My first goal in MFP was 139.5lbs because that just puts me at a normal BMI. Grain of salt and all with that stat but still. I’ve lost almost 30lbs you guys. I hit my first big goal. I can’t fucking believe it. I’ve never consistently lost weight beyond like 5-10lbs and now here I am… This is surreal!
The journey does continue too! I know I still want to lose fat and I’m guessing about 120lbs would look & feel good at my height, depending on how much muscle I have and all. That goal weight is much more arbitrary though.
But damn. I fucking did it. I hit a goal!!!!

It's kinda hard to tell but that first 4/16 is from 2022. Basically took a long break from the 2022 holidays until this past summer haha. But then I kept it going!

day 3/100 (100 days of productivity)
yet again, my phone camera is acting tempermental. i miss having photos of my day as a lil banner.
anyhow, my day today consisted of my english exam, physics tutoring and grit training. i'm quite proud of how well i operated in my english exam--i'm getting used to the exam structure. i spend over an hour going over my physics and it definitely helped me to understand better.
for training today, we did legs in the gym. a freaking hour and a half. oh my, my legs hurt. however! i got to learn how to squat the bar! it made me feel very proud.

Oh yeh 🙌🏼 My streak almost could go back to August tbh, but on Thanksgiving week I was recovering from a cold and then Thanksgiving shenanigans, so that was a streak-breaker. But it is what it is, especially if you get sick.
Also I had been at 70lbs on the bench press for so long but I could finally go up this time!
Oh and here’s a mug shot finally for @thisgingersnapped50 & @marine-corps-strong! I knew I’d get to it one day 😅
