CR episode 49 spoilers ahead!!!

so this is rambling thoughts but like. to me the Conversation at the end of the episode seemed like a plea. It seemed like Laudna looking at this woman she loves and telling her that she has a choice and telling her that no matter what she supports her right to make her choices for herself... and begging her to choose her, and their friends, and their wonderful weirdness. never in so many words, but she spends a lot of that conversation pointing out they don't have to throw away their morals and their friendships and everything to get the "normal" life Imogen had taken from her. they don't have to side with the people who murdered Orym's family, all those other people, Fearne, Orym, her.

Laudna would never force her to choose something, no matter how much she hates that that choice may be on Imogen's shoulders, and she'd always love her and support her and her right to make that choice for herself. but I think she really, really hopes that coming back to the Hells and being surrounded by kindness and people who love her will be enough of a reason to reject the "promise" of Predathos.

You know, all in all, it's been a great year for sapphics in animation.

And it's not done! Season 5 of The Dragon Prince comes out this summer, likely featuring more of Amaya's and Janai's relationship.

Harley Quinn should be coming back sometime this Summer/Fall for more adventures of Harlivy!

Coming in October is I'm In Love With the Villainess, which follows the adventures of Rae Taylor, a normal woman who is isekaied into her favorite otome game and is determined to woo the game's main antagonist, aristocrat Claire François.

And there may be more! These are just the ones I know about currently. So yeah, a pretty great year for sapphic animation.

I'm apparently so desperate for witch wives content I fully imagined seeing a gifset from ep 42 of Imogen saying like "Hey... you know I love you, right?" to which Marisha/Laudna looked surprised for a hot sec before being like her kinda flippant but sweet self and replying "Of course darling, and I you." And then Laura/Imogen just kinda had this little bittersweet smile cuz that just sailed RIIIIIIGHT over her head. I can imagine this SO CLEARLY, BUT I THINK I MADE IT UP???

Sumitra is the red one and Asta (my witchsona) is the blue one.

Dialogue balloon reads: My wife can't talk. But don't think that means I'm going to speak for her.

Like I've said (Ha!) in recent posts, my self-insert OCs can't use their voice anymore just as I cannot. (It's a whole thing, and I've written about it elsewhere.) Anyway, stay tuned for a fun little comic with these two featuring some sign language. (OMG. You want to get good at drawing hands in a hurry? Draw a comic with a character who uses sign language.)

Good Omens Wicked AU anyone???

Sometimes I'll listen to musicals at work, and try and see if i could insert my current faves into any of them and well... here we are.

Thoughts on Crowley:

-i gave her wings instead of a broom cus y'know... thats what Elphaba was trying to do in the first place so it just made sense that she would have wings

-idk if she'd be green, but i think having yellow snake eyes and fangs would have a similar effect on people

Thoughts on Aziraphale:

-thought her crown could be more "halo-like" and it's the wrong pose, but her sleeves would be wide and flowy

-i feel like she'd be less popular than Glinda was, but also just having that mindset of wanting everyone to like you and think your a good person is very fitting
