Officially doing readings professionally 🎉

My practice is very intuitive, more of a conversation with my divination tool(s). They tell me how many I need to lay out and in what order. Rather than charging per card/ rune, I'm going to charge for how in-depth you want to get with the reading.

Rune readings start at $15 - which includes a minimum drawing of three runes for a 10-15 minute reading

Card readings start at $25 - which includes a 20-25 minute reading

Longer readings will cost approximately an additional $1 per minute. For example, one main question maybe with an additional clarifying question will usually only take about 20 minutes. Two or three clarifying questions will start to bring it up to 30 minutes (which would cost $30-35). (Further examples of my work will be available on this Tumblr blog.)

The time includes not only shuffling and laying out the cards or runes, but also typing up my interpretation. I include a picture of the spread, identify the cards/ runes, and explain traditional meanings before diving into the "vibe" I got/ my interpretation.

Ask me your question(s) and I'll let you know how long it'll take. You can contact me via this Tumblr blog or Discord (@alyssumflowers). This initial consultation regarding price/ timing is, of course, free. When we come to an agreement, you can send payment through Venmo or as a Ko-Fi donation. Please remind me with a note who you are, the agreed-upon time and amount. Then I will do the reading for you.

Madoka Rune font update!

I made candy's font into an actual font for the pages. As well as edited some fonts ot be a little better for display purposes. These fonts took a long while to make so once i get the next batch of them into font format ill be sending out an update with the links to where you can get the fonts.

I’ve finally been able to make myself a set of Elder Futhark runes! <|:^D It took a little while for me to figure out what to use to make them, since I needed a proper amount of small (somewhat uniform) objects.

But then, when reorganizing my room, I remembered that I’ve got my dried up chestnut collection! So I drew the runes on them with a permanent marker. I mosty used the bigger ones, too try keep the sizes sort of similar.

And to go with my new rune set, I made a drawstring pouch as well. I also figured out some bindrunes and handstitched them onto the fabric before fully assembing it.

A supportive community - we want to stay on top of the community and make sure that there’s a space for everyone to have there say. Bullying and hate speech will not be tolerated in anyway. Healthy discussion is encouraged though!

Lives & tutorials - something new for myself and Asteria, but something we can’t wait to start with, plans at the moment include live tarot sessions, live rituals, guided spell classes, and magickal arts & crafts.

Hello darlings 🥰

Today we’re talking about divination methods 🔮✨

Divination is the practice of seeking knowledge of the future or unknown by supernatural means. Here are a few examples of popular divination methods:

🎴Tarot: A deck of 78 cards that are used to gain insight into current and future events. Each card has its own meaning and can be interpreted in many different ways.

🪨Runes: Ancient symbols that were used by the Norse and Germanic people for divination. There are 24 runes in the Elder Futhark, each with its own meaning and symbolism.

🔮Scrying: A method of divination where a seer gazes into a reflective surface, such as a crystal ball, mirror, or bowl of water, to gain insight into the future.

📿Pendulum: A tool that consists of a weight suspended from a chain or cord. The pendulum is used to answer yes or no questions by swinging in a certain direction.

These are just a few examples of divination methods, but there are many more out there! It’s important to remember that divination is a tool for gaining insight and guidance, but it should not be relied upon as the only source of information.

Elder Futhark Rune set in the theme of galaxy with hues of purple and pink with little gold moons. Made with Epoxy Resin, it’s a full set of 24 runes.

HOWEVER, this is an oppsie set, their are some flaws within the set. The Hagalaz rune is more matte in the top then the rest, the backs are not completely even on all of them and some air bubbles that are normal with in resin.

I will not be accepting returns on this product. If you have any questions or want more photos please message me and let me know! I typically ship same day or with in three days.

Some sigils Im gonna be using on my story

Most were made up by me, inspired by irl stuff/using references

Like number 7 being Inspired by Ouroboros, and being sorta "8" shaped, soooo It points to infinity twice. Number 1 is inspired by the rune Jera (harvest/earth) and a bit by Azhdaha. Number 6 is very close to the alchemical symbol of Reverberation. I'm very happy how number 4 turned out, I made it using a boat as reference c: Cool, huh? I'm overall really happy w how they turned out!

Others actually exist, so not mine, like the last two, 11 & 12(symbol of Freyr and Odin, respectively)

I'm reeeal proud of number 10, I baptized it "The Swallow" <3 I can confidently say that it is 100% mine! It has the norse runes Ansuz and Mannaz in it

so Mom and I did resin crafts the other day and she got me molds for witch's runes

ever used these before or looked them up so have absolutely no clue about them

just recognized the symbols as that vs say elder futhark

the purple and green pigments we used on them are supposed to glow in the dark

not sure if they haven't had enough sunlight yet or if it just doesn't work but haven't seen it yet

started painting the backs black because they look/ felt unfinished

forgot to get a picture before I started but I got it before I got all of them so

will post more pics when they dry etc

Madoka Rune fonts

So I've been making some fonts off an on for the Madoka Rune fonts. I've even revived a hand full of the lost fonts with the use of some vectoring tools and such. I really want to make more for the witches but most people don't really use/care for them i guess? If ya'll have any images or ideas you would like me to throw into it for a font then ill make it.

My font collection will be up for download on Ko-Fi and Gumroad when im done with them. but even then i'm not to sure i want to upload to them.

MY RUNIC JOURNEY

Runes are an alphabetic script used by the peoples of Northern Europe from the first century c.e. until well into the Middle Ages. They are a deep, multi-faceted relic of ancient pagan practice that are often considered to be magical symbols. Using the app Runic Formula, I decided (7 days ago) to undergo what the app calls a “Runic Journey” every day in the morning I write a rune in pen on my skin, activate it, and then wash it off later in the afternoon and write down what happened that day along with anything that I may notice that day that strikes me as peculiar. In total there is 28 runes in the runic alphabet, I’ve not finished it yet, but so far I feel like its a good idea to share what I’ve noticed so far with all you lovely people.

Day 1 (September 4th 2022): Fehu for prosperity, to thrive, wealth, harmonizes relations | I made a ton of new friends on Town Of Salem that later joined my friends discord server, I was thriving and in my element, it was a chaotic day. I got some art done - I did have somewhat of a headache and I had a fever. This marks the day of a new beginning where later in the next few days I get involved in the making of a game thanks to meeting one of the new friends I had gotten via playing TOS.

Day 2 (September 5th 2022): Uruz for fortitude, valor & vitality, can strengthen friendship or love or accelerate recovery | a friend who has been away for a few days dmed and reached out to me today.

Day 3 (September 6th 2022): Thurisaz for social energies, help in clarifying unfavorable situations and direct course of its development into your favor, concentration and ability to make important decisions. | ???

Day 4 (September 7th 2022): Ansuz for Language, Speech, Thoughts, Inspiration | I got some creative writing done, inspiration hit me. Teamed up with a new friend of mine that I met via Town of Salem to create a game.

Day 5 (September 8th 2022): Raidho for Travel, respite, vacation, transition, travel | Mom went on a vacation today, my internet connection for long distances is going wonky. Zoom is dead, am unable to finish my DBA's. Got a respite from having to do my DBA today, I can just submit the date and get my grade =P

Day 6 (September 9th 2022): Kenaz for Inspiration, creativity, revelations, passion, light in the dark | I got some writing done as well as a big burst in inspiration and character analysis

Day 7 (September 10th 2022): Gebo for relationships, partnerships, the ending of internal conflicts, sacrifice and the strengthening of established contacts. | I won’t be elaborating on the events of what happened today. Private info that I don’t think the other person would want me to share. There was a lot to do with relationships and partnerships today, a big change in my life that I believe I can deal with moving forward. I have some good friends who have my back <3
