If you've been doing a lot of shadow work and keeping to yourself lately, then your message is that it's time to step out of your cocoon and put your lessons to the test. I'm seeing someone entering an arena, with a sword, but you're so tense and waving your sword everywhere because you're ready to defend yourself, but you can't even see what you're attacking or if the thing you're fighting is even a threat. It's important to remember that healing isn't about being inevitable by avoiding every single mishap and loss or feeling pain—it's about flowing with the inevitable, to still understand what you deserve and will not put up with, in addition to knowing when it's time to leave, but also making room for more to grow and learn. Not everyone is out to get you, and it's okay to show others your real self. Put that sword down. It's okay to regret the person that caused your pain, but don't regret yourself, live your life, free from remorse.

You are in the 'Believix' phase of your healing journey.

You're learning to know the difference between what is your intuition and what is your fear. Don't let disappointments from the past, project onto your future, by not allowing yourself to believe that things will get better. It's also important for you to also not get caught up with the possibilities of your future, by neglecting the present. As much as it's vital to find balance by leaving the past in the past, and what will be in the future, respect each of these time periods, including the present, with the same grace, because these are the ingredients that contribute to getting the most out of your life as well as being your best self. You aren't your best by your wins, you're your best by your losses too. If life was only about your accomplishments, the pleasure from seeing improvement would cease to exist. Do not be intimidated by what the next day will bring, see it, as a brand new opportunity to change for the better. This phase requires a lot of patience with yourself and others, but also a nudge to stop using your intuition as a crutch to find out what will happen next, rather than what's the best that you can do for yourself now.

You are in the 'Enchantix' phase of your healing journey.

You could feel that you're at a point in your life where you're lacking support but don't know where to find it, or what you even need help with, but you're being asked to take it one step at a time, and break down what you're feeling emotionally, where it links to, and a list of ways that it restricts you at the moment. I recommend Journaling, and although it could seem overwhelming, know that you're in control of what you apply to these pages. This isn't an essay or a work assignment where you're being told what to do, write all of what you're feeling, even if you can't elaborate on some things. I feel like a lot of you have a lot on your minds, so don't focus on prompts for now, do brain dumps. Dump all that's weighing on you, into your writing, and when you have the strength to look back at what you wrote, break them down into smaller words and concepts. When you find the common theme in what's bothering you, look through communities that specialize with that one thing, and you'll find like-minded individuals who understand what you're going through, where they have a different perspective to offer you, as well as perspectives from yourself that you can give to another person.

You could be in the beginning stages of learning to love yourself and raise your self esteem. The most important thing to remember in this journey, is that love and courage is already within you, you just have to learn how to give it to yourself. I'm also getting that this is also about boundaries, once you step into your power, a lot of people may not like it. You could have others who think that the love you give yourself could mean that the love they receive from you, will be scarce. This could apply to those who have ill-intentions and know that they're time is up from what they could benefit from you, but also those who know that they no longer have control over your choices. Another big part about loving yourself, is melting away the belief that it has to be transactional. You don't need to invest in expensive beauty and self care rituals or to be another person, to be worthy of love. It's acceptance that the person you are right at this moment, deserves it now, not later, or because you want something in return, whether that be confidence, attracting love from a special person, or other reasons.
