Steve Rogers prison warden. He knows how the jail works, but he tries to make this place as orderly as possible. Gives Tony a tip. Get protection and get it fast, ask for Winter, he will sort you.

Winter turns out to be life prisoner James call me Bucky, Barnes. And when he mentioned protection and that it was Steve who suggested it.

Tony was not expecting to be lead to the biggest cell in the unit and be introduced to one Peter Parker.

Peter, who was in here for government hacking,terrorism, and vandalism, sentence pending, but he had been there a few years now. Total sweetheart, and runs this unit if not the prison itself. He has Bucky and Steve wrapped around his fingers. Nothing gets in or out without him knowing.

Of course Peter won't let HIS Bucky protect Tony for free.
