“hi baby,” ricky said as you answered his facetime call. common sense was dropping in ten minutes— and he wanted you on the phone with him when it did. you grinned.

“hey! you excited?”

he nodded. “yeah! i’m sorta nervous, though. you can never predict how people are going to react to things like this.”

“i get that,” you said. “but whatever happens, you know you will have people who support you.”

“yeah, for sure,” he said. “and i have you, and that’s all that matters, right?”

you laughed. “of course.”

“come in,” ricky called to someone. you heard his door open and suddenly big red was on your screen.

“(y/n)!” big red cheered when he stole the phone from ricky. you laughed.

“red! how are you?”

“great! excited for ricky’s song, as i assume you are too?” he asked. you nodded.

“very!” you checked the time. “three minutes!”

“big red, give me my phone back,” you heard ricky say.

“no. i want to talk to (y/n) more. she likes me better anyways,” big red said. you laughed.

ricky grabbed his phone back from big red and you watched, amused. he grinned at you when he got his phone back and went to sit back on his bed, where big red plopped down next to him.

“after the song drops, i think i’m going to go live on instagram. get some feedback, yknow?” ricky said. you nodded.

“that’s a good idea. i’ll be sure to join.”

he smiled. “are you going to take your accounts off private? no pressure, just wondering. people are probably going to find them no matter what.”

you considered it for a moment. “yeah, i think so. that way we can interact easier, right?”

“yeah of course!” ricky said. “just be aware that you’re going to get a lot of attention. and not all of its going to be positive— and that’s not your fault.”

“i understand,” you said genuinely. “everyone loved you and nini, and everyone loves you. a new person isn’t going to be everyone’s favorite right away.”

“less than a minute!” big red suddenly exclaimed. ricky’s camera shook as big red stood up on ricky’s bed and started jumping. ricky laughed and told him to calm down, but big red ignored him. you laughed as you watched, but then your alarm for the release of the song went off.

“it’s three!” you exclaimed. big red flopped back down on ricky’s bed and ricky set his phone down so he could grab his laptop. he typed for a moment before ‘common sense’ started playing through the speakers. you listened intently and ricky paused on facetime.

before the song (which you knew was beautiful, but hearing it sung professionally just melted your heart) even ended, your notifications on every social media started blowing up with follow requests. you opened twitter and turned your account to public before checking ricky’s tweet.

your notifications were going crazy, with people stalking all of your social media accounts, curious to learn more about you. suddenly you were overly aware of what people were going to see on your accounts, and the type of things they would say. ricky was one of the current most famous singers— and you were a nobody. yet you were lucky enough to be with someone as amazing as ricky. you were sure if you deserved him.

“(y/n)? you there?” ricky asked. you returned to the facetime and smiled at him.

“yeah, i’m here. just dealing with the social media.”

“understandable,” he said. “how’d you like the song?”

“ricky, you know i loved it!” you said. “you’re insanely talented. i’ll make sure to stream it as much as i can.”

“oh, i seriously love you,” ricky said. your eyes widened and after a moment so did his once he realized what he said. you saw ricky give big red a ‘can-you-leave-look’ and then his door opened and closed. he looked back at the phone with a sheepish smile on his face.

“i didn’t mean to say that now,” he explained. “i... meant it, obviously. i just wanted to wait for when i could say it in person.”

“i love you too, ricky,” you said. “i was waiting for us to be in person to say it, too.”

he grinned. “glad we’re on the same page, then.”

“me too. although,” you said. “in your song you did say ‘i think i love you.’”

“yeah, i was hoping you’d just ignore that until i could say it for real. which, you did to be fair,” he said.

you hummed. “i figured i owed you that much. besides, it’s nice to say it now. i love you.”

“i love youuu,” he dragged out. “i should go, start a live on instagram. you better be there, like you promised.”

“i will be. go have fun.”

“i’ll talk to you later,” he said. “i love you!”

you laughed. “i love you too!”

he ended the call and you sat there, a goofy smile on your face. you were in love— and he loved you back. you genuinely couldn’t be happier. ricky bowen was yours, and solely yours.

As I’ve done for Louden Swain in the past, so shall I do for Jason Manns! But only with your help!

Jason Manns has been an adjacent part of our show for over a decade, now. His music has been featured on the show, and he’s close friends with many of the cast, as well as a frequent collaborator with them, which has brought us so many projects with our favorites! In order to thank him for everything he does for us, I want us to do for him what we’ve done for Louden Swain.

This is just like the Louden Swain Projects of the past, so if you’re familiar with them, this will be old hat for you.

This will NOT include any of his covers albums! This is for his original music, only!

I’m looking for BOTH writers and artists for this! For the Louden Swain projects, we’ve had art/aesthetics/edits for every story and I’d love to do the same with this. Whether you’re drawing or making aesthetics or doing something else, WE WANT YOU. All art and stories will be put together, printed, put in a snazzy binder, and presented to Jason in DC!

Here’s the schedule:

6/22/19 5:00PM EDT - I will post the rules and regs and open the projects up so you guys can start claiming songs. Only one song request at a time (though you can list a backup song or two if your first request is already taken). Once you have finished and posted your first request, then you may make a second request. (Note: Due to a mistake on my part last year, the fic for She Waits has already been written, so this song is not available this year.)

9/2/19 Midnight EDT - Deadline for writers. This gives writers 10 weeks, plus the US Labor Day holiday.

9/29/19 Midnight EDT - Deadline for artists. This give artists 4 extra weeks after the writing is done.

This schedule then gives me about three weeks to put everything together and prep for the con.

Here are the rules (below the cut):

Deadlines are final. NO LATE ENTRIES! If you find you need more time, let me know and we can try to work something out. I’m not going to make a deadline to sign up, but if you sign up the week before the end, you will only have a week to complete your part. If you want to do two, you must finish your first before you will be allowed to reserve a second song.

Artists: - You will be expected to work with writers so the art reflects the story. Whether you pick a song you like and get together with the writer, or pick a writer you like and get together on a song, it doesn’t matter to me. - If you’d like me to pair you with a writer, let me know, and I will match you up with someone. Most times, I have more writers than artists. If you are willing to work for multiple writers, I would be most grateful!!! In the past, I’ve had a pool of artists, and I tried to divvy up assignments as fairly as possible so no one artist gets all the work. -  SEND ME AN ASK or an IM or whatever and let me know what you want to do. Whether you’re working with a writer on one, or willing to be part of a pool that works on multiple, just let me know! - When you’re making your art, keep in mind that it will be pasted into a Word document, printed on letter-sized paper, and put into a sheet protector in a binder. You might want to print out what you make to see how it looks on the page. (You can check out the finished projects above for reference.) - You can post your art in your own post and tag me and #2019 Jason Manns FanFic FanArt Project or submit it to me through my blog or send it to me via carrier pigeon (please don’t send it via carrier pigeon, they poop a lot and I have cats) or drop me a line and I’ll give you an email address to send it to. - I would love some original cover art! If you are an artist and are interested in doing something, send me a message and we can talk concepts!!

Writers: - Can be any pairing or ship, reader-insert or OC, or even no pairing, whatever floats your boat. Please no RPF. - Please no smut. Anything else is up for grabs. Or maybe just a headcanon kind of thing. - Pick a song and SEND ME AN ASK with the song you have picked to sign up. I will update a masterpost on my blog with the songs taken. Songs will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. - You can’t write for the same song you wrote about in previous projects. This is to ensure variety in the stories from project to project. - Tag me in your fic, plus use the tag #2019 Jason Manns FanFic FanArt Project. You can also submit your fic to me through my blog, or send me a message and we can discuss the pigeon and email options. (Really prefer no pigeons.) - You must use a Keep Reading feature if your fic is posted to Tumblr and over 500 words. - Your fic can either be a story based on the song or just have it somehow highlight the song. Since Jason will get to read these, I’d rather the fics be more relevant than just a song playing on the radio in the background, but do what you can. - Your fic can also be a part of another challenge, BUT make your fic relevant to the song you choose, please! (Basically, please do more for this challenge than having a Jason Manns song playing in the background.) - If I haven’t liked or reblogged your post within a couple days, let me know I missed it!  - I will give your work a basic grammar/spelling proofreading before adding it to the project. If you would like, I can beta read your story for you before you post it, too. Just let me know!

Everyone: - If you would like to include a short summary of why you like the song you picked, especially if the song has some special meaning to you, I will add that to your submission in the final project. If you look at the previous projects (links are at the top of this post), you can see the kind of thing I’m talking about at the top of some of the stories. Please keep these brief, though.

And now, for something completely different: If you are interested in doing something completely different than a Supernatural-related story or art/edit, talk to me about it, and I’ll figure out a way to include it. Letters to the band or stories that are not SPN-related can be printed out and presented separately, and a list of links to posted audio or video submissions can be added.

(If you’re vision impaired pls let me know and I can absolutely make our posts larger font for you if that’s something you need to be comfortable!)

ORDER OF BUSINESS THE FIFTH - RULES & VERSES & HEADCANON

My rules have been recently updated to reflect some changes. Most notably, I am not completely ship exclusive anymore. From now on, I will have mains with a select few exclusives. (Please note that I do still ship chemistry first and foremost and that yes, I still do not ship Pepperony.) Mains will be people that take priority and exclusives will be those select few whose characters I will only ship with that version of. The two will be detailed and outlined in a page on my blog.

I will be adding a comprehensive verses section. Because of my 616 and MCU influences, I realize verses can get a little muddy. I will have clear canon divergences listed and explained as I’ve recently decided on a few more places I’d like to stray from the beaten path.

My headcanon regarding Tony’s mannerisms, quirks, & behaviors will potentially be added as well for ease of reading. The tag will still remain but I think it’s important to have all the relevant information in one place.

what is the project about?

the basis of this project is for me to get to know you (the precious people who’ve given me love & support) better. not only will i get to know more about you, you will also be able to get to know me better as well. this project also serves as an interaction stater between you and me as i will be replying to you through the project’s sideblog in the form of a text post.

the project is form based where i will be collecting both super duper basic information about you & feedback regarding my blog. this form can be completely anonymous, apart from an identifier (i.e. a name/nickname/anon name/alias) for me to address you with in my replies. on top of replying to your responses, i will be taking the time out to write a personalized thank you message for your support towards both my blog and this project.

also, i know the title of the project says ‘followers appreciation’, however, the change in 2017 is that i’m opening this to both followers & non-followers! (tho i would most def appreciate if u do follow this blog ofc) this is because i feel that non-followers =/= non-supporters since ppl can still show support through liking/reblogging of my content despite not following this blog.

[from me to you]: second anniversary message

hello, everyone~! :D knjvkdfn omgosh it’s been 2 years since i brought this blog back to life and wow, that’s a really really long time. ;u; some of you might remember me as: daesung-ssi, xiurnins, xiumlns & minseokked over these 2 years and when 2017 came, i made the url change to theseoks. along with the url changes, the person behind this blog (aka me) have changed quite a bit as well but more on that later. as of right now, i’m very honored and grateful to be able to mark my blog’s 2nd anniversary with everyone!

firstly and most importantly, i would like to thank everyone who has/had shown both my blog and me support ever since my return to the kpop fandom back in 2015. be it followers, non-followers, ex-followers, etc., i’m grateful towards everyone because i wouldn’t be where/who i am today without any of you. all of you serve as a motivation to keep this blog running + for me to continue creating content (be it edits, gifs, writing, idek what else) bc this blog began as nothing but a place for me to reblog stuff i like and post my not-so-gr8 stuff back in 2015. fast forward to today, it’s still a tumblr is still a place for me to reblog + post stuff but in addition to that, it’s a place where people have shown their support and kindness towards me.

these years have also blessed me with the chance to meet a lot of amazing & sweet & talented people who have been nothing but patient and loving towards me. what have i done to deserve all of you tbhhhhh ㅠuㅠ i’m extremely grateful to everyone i’ve met and thank you so much for putting up with me despite my crappy doo communication skills (wow @ self bc comms graduate). i hope we will become even closer this year~ :D to mutuals who i’ve yet had the chance to talk to bc i’m an awkward shy, i do hope we get to talk to each other in 2017!

it’s been a really long time coming and there has been quite a bit of ups and downs over the past 2 years when it came to this blog (in terms of fandoms, content creation, activity, etc.) but here i am. in all honesty, i haven’t been around much this year so far due to real life stuff in addition to the fact that i had fallen into the ‘obligated to churn out content’ blackhole for a while which brought me a lot of pressure (that i’ve put on myself) & made tumblr more of a burden instead of a leisure. but!!! self-awareness is the first step to getting better, which is why i’ve been taking time off to pull my life together so that i will be able to come back and enjoy tumblr once again. despite my absence/dip in activity + change in content (i.e. me stanning bts in late 2015(?) aka this blog became more multifandom), so many of you have decided to stick around and i’m so kfnvjkv thankful towards you. thank you all so much for your support.

i’ve learnt quite a lot throughout these 2 years (in terms of skill and worldview/ knowledge), i’m hoping that i’ve become a better person over the 2 years that i’ve been here maybe??? i’m still quite lacking as a person tbh. which is why... i would also like to take this chance to apologize for any mistakes i’ve made over the years and thank you all for your patience towards me in addition to the efforts you’ve made to educate me on my mistakes. i’ll do my best to improve on myself & become a better person in future.

hey guys, so this is gonna be a long ass post, but here’s the tldr version: i love you and i hope you continue to learn about yourselves, and advocate for your mental wellbeing cause y'all are literally so beautiful and important and an integral part of our universe, the world literally wouldn’t be the same without you ✊🏾💕

SO, i just wanted to let y'all know that if you’ve ever messaged me (and this is for my black followers, btw, the rest of y'all … i don’t know why tf you’re here, but none of this is for you so ✌🏾bye, you can leave lol) please please know that i almost always read whatever’s in my inbox right away, and that i do care about your questions and what you have to say, even when i don’t answer right away or at all. you guys reaching out to me is NEVER bothersome. NEVER dumb. NEVER ridiculous. and tbh, it’s always flattering to think anyone would come to me w/ mental health concerns, considering that this blog literally started as a place for me to just vent out into the void & that i used to block anyone that followed me, lol.

(i jus didn’t want people to follow my blog ??? idk, i just felt like i had no other outlet to scream, and i was in a really bad place back then, idek, it made sense at the time. anyway, NOW this blog is a place for me to store information, affirmations and links to resources that i find informative or helpful. and i actually really love getting feedback (cough and validation cough) from you guys 💖 so pls, just know that you mean a lot to me.)

THE THING IS, though: i’m still not a professional. and when it comes to something as serious as mental health (especially in the black community) i just feel like i still have too much learning to do and too much healing to do before i’m qualified to offer any real advice. rn, all i have to say to most of y'all is ‘damn, thas unfortunate, me too’ and i really don’t want to give anyone a half assed answer like that, lol. it might take me a while to research what you wanna know, so yeah. bls be patient with me.

also i kinda wanted to introduce myself, since i don’t think i’ve ever posted an intro on this blog lol:

in summary, i’m a twenty one year old black girl, gay as hell, still living at home, still unemployed, still on leave from college, and still struggling just to shower and get out of bed every day :)) which sucks and i hate my life rn and i battle with like, intense self hatred cause a lot of my family is very disappointed in me and, quite frankly, i’m very disappointed with myself.

moving on, lol, more about my mental state: i’ve only ever been professionally diagnosed with depression and gad, though i personally believe i experience too many bpd symptoms to rule out the possibility that i am, in fact, borderline, and so i consider myself as such.

(( a small rant about that real quick: imo, and tbh, labels are just terms that researchers make up to help organize studies, keep track of patterns, and come up with plans and solutions to help large groups of people. so, basically, i am a strong advocate of NOT beating yourself up too much when it comes to finding the ‘right’ label for you and NOT attacking someone else that you don’t think ‘fits’ the description for a disorder or illness according to your research. like, yeah, fake ass neurotypicals are annoying as hell and they can all choke but ! the only person who really knows what’s going on in someone’s brain is that person themselves. and NO ONE owes you a dissertation on their mental struggles just to ‘prove’ they’re in pain. so, imo !!! it’s just a lot more important to recognize and identify what SYMPTOMS you struggle with, and the severity of said symptoms, and worry about umbrella terms later !! cause that insight will make it easier to look for help and advice and !! mental illness and personality disorders are all on a spectrum. so yeah. go easy on yourselves 💕 anyway, i struggled a lot with that concept, and for far too long, SO just wanted to get that out of the way before i continue (hope that made any sense) but i digress!!! ))

i also struggle with both intrusive and suicidal thoughts, a few minor self destructive habits, and i’m currently taking medication for my depression and anxiety. and tbh, though i still have some pretty terrible days, i will say the meds have helped a LOT. and i’m so glad, cause i’m the first in my family to openly take medication for a mental illness (stigma stigma god fucking stigma) and i was so so scared the meds would just make it worse, but they didn’t, so yeah :)

also, and this is a bit personal (but i’m willing to be a bit vulnerable with you guys, if it’ll help anyone at all) but, i planned on killing myself last year. it didn’t happen (evidently lol) but i ended up staying at the hospital for a week and then participating in a two week partial program after that. i’m currently looking for a new partial program or support group that i can join, and i’m trying to get a job and get back to school.

also, i have been seeing a therapist since my senior year of high school (which !!is a bit of a wild tale tbh, but long story short, my parents literally refused to believe mental illness was a real thing for the longest time. and it wasn’t until i told them i literally wouldn’t graduate high school if i didn’t get some help that they believed me.) my first two therapists were awful racist white women (still fuckin hate them btw) but my third therapist was a really cool white woman who actually introduced me to my current therapist who is this really amazing black woman and so far, i feel like she’s been the best fit for me. but i’ve very recently had to put my therapy sessions on pause cause i’m poor as hell and couldn’t pay for them anymore, so yeah. and, tbh, that’s really been stressing me the fuck out as of late, but what i’m trying to do is make the most of whatever other resources are available to me (helplines, textlines, self care strategies, forums, blogs, google, etc.) and i still have a social worker so idk, i should be okay 👌🏾

anyway, that was a lot of oversharing but, now you all know where i am atm ;) and i only share this with you guys cause a lot of asks i receive are about feeling like shit for not knowing what pd you have, or about being too poor to afford good health care, or not knowing how to convince your conservative ass black parents that you’re dying and need help and like !!! all of those topics are so so important to me on a very personal level !!! and i wanna help y'all so bad. but tbqh, i’m still trying to figure this shit out myself 😕 so, what i’m hoping is, just by letting you know more about my experience and being as honest as i can about it, at least one of you readin this might feel a little less lonely dealing with your pain. idk.

anyway, second to last thing: fr tho, i hope y'all know that it is both a rare, and amazing trait to be as insightful as so many of you are. even just trying to figure out ‘god, what is wrong with me’ and taking the time to do the research, is self care. it’s defiance. it’s acknowledging that a better life is possible, and it’s straight up refusing to settle for the pain you’re in now, for a life less fulfilling than what you know you deserve. i feel like the generations before us didn’t do that enough (with good reason, tbh, even today it’s still hard to know who we can trust) but it’s high time black people start healing our minds and our hearts. so power to you ✊🏾

and yeah. that’s all i wanted to say this morning. i’ve been wanting to say all that for a while, but wasn’t sure where the hell to start. i just hope that was all coherent and made sense, lol. don’t ever hesitate to message me guys. i may be an emotional wreck that takes too long to reply, but i do love you. lol.

and please please please continue to research things on your own as well, like. keep up with the latest studies, the TED talks, the blavity articles, the mental health blogs etc. etc. learn as much as you can about how to take the best care of you, even if my executively dysfunctional ass can’t help right away lol.

also !! (last thing, i promise) a quick update about this blog: i edited it a bit, namely my tagging system, to make it a bit more useful. i won’t go through all my tags here (maybe i’ll add an about page and a tag page later) but, for example, there’s my new affirmations tag (full of helpful reminders that i like to think about everyday) my positivity tag (just, yk, positive shit that makes think positive thoughts) and my black tag (whatever content i feel like pertains to just my fellow black + mentally ill peeps, cause lbr a lot of our struggles only happen at the intersection of both identities) 💕

Pav or Indian Dinner Rolls is a very popular, egg-free bread that is soft and fluffy and enjoyed with the street foods in India. Pav became famous from Mumbai where it is known as Ladi Pav and it is believed that Portuguese introduced it in Mumbai. Pav means a quarter and ladi means ‘ slab’, it is the way in which the bread is arranged while baking. Two of the most loved Indian street food Pav Bhaji and Vada Pav can’t exist without the Pav!! A true Mumbaikar(people who are from Mumbai, India)or someone who has tested Mumbai’s Pav can only tell the real charm of these two dishes that come with it. We love Mumbai ‘s Pav and you can’t get the same Pav in India in other cities. Years back when the baking bug bit me I tried few recipes for pav from net. But my pav sometimes came dry and sometimes hard, since there was ample Pav bread available in Mumbai so I gave up with my trials. Then when I was doing my baking course there I learned to make Pav bread the same as we get from Mumbai’s bakeries. Baking is art and since combined together, requires a lot of patience. And if you are into bread baking you know what I mean. In my baking course I learned few tips and tricks and a visit to a nearby bakery and then also after few trials I can now make soft, fluffy and airy Pav bread and I make any time as per my convenience. But we still miss Mumbai’s bakery Pav!!

Making Pav just like any bread needs the right measurement of ingredients and a lot of kneading, right proofing time and baking temperature and time. The Pav dough is very sticky and needs a lot of muscle power 💪 if you are kneading it by hand so many people avoid making it at home but trust me it is worth all the effort. If you have stand-mixer then it is quite easy, dough kneading doesn’t require much effort. Pav bread commercially is made from all-purpose flour(maida) but when making it at home you can use 1:1 ratio of whole wheat flour and all-purpose flour. It will be a little dense as compared to the all-purpose flour Pav. We have to increase water content by 10-20 ml in whole wheat pav as whole wheat flour absorbs more water and it depends upon the kind of whole flour you are using. In this post,  I am covering pav recipe using all-purpose flour.

To get perfectly baked Pavs pls keep in mind the below pointers..

Measure your ingredients accurately.

Don’t use the old yeast. Prefer buying these small packs of yeast instead of buying the bottles if you are not very regular at baking. If using dry yeast, activate it properly.

Knead the dough well till it is smooth and soft.

Keep in warm place for proofing and check for proofing by doing the dimple test.  To check whether the dough is proofed, press the dough lightly with a finger, it will form a dimple/indent. If it rises back the dough needs little more proofing time, if it doesn’t bounce back, the dough is proofed.

The baking temperature should be as per the recipe and don’t open the oven door again and again to check. For Pav, baking time is 8 minutes so you can check your bread after 8 minutes.

Let’s start making Pavs.. This is going to be  long post. Please read the steps carefully.

Take 4 cups of All-Purpose flour in a bowl. You can take 50:50 all-purpose and whole wheat flour.

I have used Instant Yeast for proofing. Instant yeast can be directly added to the flour. No need to activate it. You can use active dry yeast also, but the dry yeast has to be activated before adding and to work in the dough. Click here for steps activating dry yeast.

Take 260 ml of water, to it add sugar, salt and yeast. You can use milk also for kneading the dough. Many times I also use the whey that is left after making Paneer from milk. The whey is very nutritious and can be used in soups, making curries and lentils or kneading the dough. Breads come out very nice soft and pillowy whenever I use it.

Make a well in the center of flour and add the liquid. Start kneading the dough. It will be sticky.

Add soft butter and knead again to a soft and smooth dough. You can use a scraper to scrape off the dough that sticks to hands. You can add some flour while kneading but don’t add too much as flour ratio will increase and you will get dry pav. Keep on kneading the dough it will eventually become smooth and soft.

Keep the dough in a well-oiled bowl, cover with a cling film. Keep the dough to rise. It will double up and will take around an hour depending on the weather.

Once the dough has doubled, punch and deflate it, knead lightly and form a log. Divide the dough into 12-14 equal pieces, arrange in baking pan(square one preferred). Keep some space between the dough balls as these will rise.

There is another way of lining the dough in baking pan. Divide the dough into 4 portions of 100gms each. Roll each portion and make an indention in the center, dividing the dough into four portions, each mini portion is known as Pav. Use whichever way is convenient for you.

Keep the divided dough balls for the second rise. This takes another 1 hr. The pav balls will rise and increase in size.  Start the oven and preheat it at 420°F or 200°C. Spray some water on the top before putting in the oven. This will prevent the drying of the top. Bake the pav bread for 8-10 minutes. The top will become light brown in color. When done, the bread sounds hollow when you tap on it. Brush butter on the pavs. When you take out the pavs the top may seem a bit hard, but don’t worry it will become soft once the pav cools down. Transfer to cooling rack and let it cool down before using.

Pav-How to make Mumbai Pav

Ingredients

All-Purpose Flour-400 g

Water- 265 ml

Instant Yeast- 7 g

Butter- 30 g

Sugar- 6 g

Salt-7 g

Directions

Sieve together flour and salt, in a kneading bowl. Make a well in the center, mix yeast and sugar in water and add to the flour slowly, start kneading the dough.

 Add soft butter and keep kneading till you get a smooth and soft dough.

Once you get soft and smooth dough, keep it in a well-oiled bowl, cover with a cling film. Keep the dough to rise, for first proofing.

Once the dough has doubled, punch and deflate it, knead lightly and form a log. Divide the dough into 12-15 equal pieces, arrange in baking pan(square one preferred). Keep some space between the dough balls as these will rise.

Pav bread pairs up beautifully with different dishes!! Pav-Bhaji, Vada Pav, Misal Pav, Bhajjiya Pav, Pav Bhurji, Bun Maska and many more yummy dishes…My mouth is watering and having the temptation to eat any of the dishes or all of the dishes if I get a chance. Will be gradually updating the recipes for each one of these.
