For Khulan or FFXIV Jarexx! 19: Are they a daredevil or more cautious? 20: How do they handle being alone? 26: List out their immediate family. How good is their relationship with them? 33: When confronted with danger, how would they react?
19: Are they a daredevil or more cautious?
Khulan: absolutely a daredevil, she is an adrenaline junkie first class lol
Jarexx: tends to be more cautious and paranoid, has a lot of enemies, doesn’t want to die
20: How do they handle being alone?
Khulan: hm... Khulan... would probably get bored super fast and either go off to find company or do something stupidly dangerous to entertain herself. She grew up with a twin and is absolutely not used to being alone at all
Jarexx: enjoys time alone, although for him “alone” still generally includes his pet coeurl. Being alone with Sunny is one of the few times he will actually let himself relax somewhat. Without Sunny... his paranoia would probably get the better of him after a while. With the coeurl there he knows that most likely no one can sneak up on him.
26: List out their immediate family. How good is their relationship with them?
OH MAN ok let’s see...
Khulan:
twin brother - Temur: technically an identical twin (they’re both intersex, but she got a lot more androgen insensitivity). She considers herself to be very close to her brother, and has no idea how much he resents her. He thinks she knows exactly how much he resents her and just doesn’t care. It’s kinda dysfunctional and comes back to the fact that they’re both highly competitive, but Khulan Cheats At Life (hello echo ability) and always manages to surpass him/pick things up faster.
mother - unnamed Uyagiri woman: raised both twins alone, or tried to. Couldn’t really handle them, but did her best to teach them Good Uyagiri Values. She failed. Khulan holds a lot of resentment towards her mother (and the Uyagiri in general) for exiling her and her brother. Both her room and many of her fashion choices can be boiled down to “things that would make her mother die of shame if she knew about it”
father - unnamed Dotharl man: they never really met him, and their mother never talked about him much. They know he exists or existed, and is Dotharl. (they probably would have fit in much better with the Dotharl than they did with the Uyagir tribe)
Jarexx: haaaaaaaaaaaaaaa oh this is a sore topic
... also no one else in his immediate family have names >_> because holy crap he has a lot of family and there’s only so many names I can come up with. Especially lalafell names
father: the family/company’s head accountant. Not a brave man, has devoted his life to avoiding the sharper ends of the family business as much as possible and burying himself in numbers. Deeply in love with his wife. Would never dare to do anything that might piss off his eldest brother. The closest he ever came to sticking his neck out was to give Jarexx a 3 hour head-start after he Fucked Up. Considering Jarexx was really hoping he’d actually help cover said mistake up, he’s fairly resentful of that, but it was honestly a pretty big risk to do even that much.
mother: Professional Golddigger. Would leave his father in a second if the money ever dried up. Had as little as possible to do with her children after giving birth to them.
siblings: one younger, three older. None of them have ever been particularly close, which was only magnified after a certain ambitious cousin decided he’d rather be an only child and everyone else started worrying about copy-cats. (There is no proof, but when everyone in the most creative alchemist’s family dies of mysterious illness or accident except for said alchemist, it’s not hard to guess. Inheritance is serious business)
... and to branch out slightly to actually named members of the family:
Gegerika Lolorika - uncle: undisputed head of both the family and the family business. Is extremely proud of his relation to his far more wealthy and well-known half-cousin (it’s Lolorito), despite the fact that said cousin would never acknowledge that blood-tie. Very good at remaining unnoticed and staying in the shadows, even while enjoying the perks of wealth. (It would not do, after all, to have anyone look too closely into the source of that wealth) If it wasn’t for the fact that a good 90% of the family’s income was from illegal drugs, he might qualify for a seat on the syndicate. Could definitely be putting a lot more effort into tracking down and capturing Jarexx, but he enjoys Jare’s panic.
Sasala Sala - cousin: Gegerika’s eldest child and heir. Will take over the company and the family when he dies. Runs the family’s information network, and at least has fingers in the East Aldenard Trading Company’s network (although if all she gets is access, it’s a goddamn waste of her talents). Has a brain like a super-computer and absolutely no sense of humor. The day she takes over will probably be the day that Jarexx dies or is captured, because she doesn’t have time for this nonsense of loose ends. Probably knows exactly where he is and what name he’s using.
Zazalika Nonolika - cousin: this would be the ambitious one that decided to make himself an only child. His father is between Gegerika and Jare’s father in age. Has his eyes on Sasala’s position, even though he absolutely does not have the aptitude for it. Most of his attention goes to the horror show that he calls his lab, where he experiments on people that either crossed the family in some way or would simply not be missed. If Jarexx is captured, he’ll end up in a cage in that lab.
there is also an aunt (the youngest of that generation) and an estranged aunt that left a long time ago and was written out of the family’s history as thoroughly as possible (she was between Gegerika and Zazalika’s father). She actually went to the Empire to study magitek, where she met her husband and had a bunch of kids. The family ended up following Cid back to Eorzea and all but one of them now work for Ironworks. As it happens, all of those kids have names, but as this is already fucking long, I’ll just mention the one that Jare’s actually met.
Chechenji Fafanji (aka Chazz) - cousin: the one member of his immediate family who doesn’t work for the Ironworks, Chazz didn’t really have the aptitude for engineering. What he did have was a passion for helping people, so he decided to go to Gridania and become a conjurer. He’s very good at the magic part of it, but not so good with blood. Met Jarexx after his girlfriend (an Ishgardian elezen who’s a good three times his height) was hired by the company Jare works for. (note: this is after he ran away, and is not his family’s company). Chazz has The Look very strongly, enough that he tends to give Jarexx heart attacks whenever he sees him. Between the family resemblance, Chazz’s mention that his mother was from Ul’dah originally, and old rumors, Jare has put together that they are almost certainly cousins, but refuses to tell Chazz any more than that. Chazz can’t figure out why this makes Jarexx unhappy and why he’s so distrustful of him.
33: When confronted with danger, how would they react?
Khulan: will get excited, probably happy, and generally go into adrenaline junkie mode. I mean, it kind of depends on the danger, but mostly for her danger = FUN
Jarexx: will draw his gun, probably faster than most people would think possible. He has very good reflexes. He will also probably shoot. He can be pretty trigger happy, and if he thinks something could be a threat, he isn’t too interested in confirming that first. He thinks waiting to find out is a good way to get killed. Unless he believes he has complete control over the situation, he’s a “shoot first, ask questions never” kind of person.
whew, that was probably way more information than you actually wanted lol
I tend to go deep when it comes to family stuff, even if they don’t get names, and that goes at least double for Jarexx x_x
but thank you for giving me the opportunity to ramble \o/

July 26, 2017 · Edited · The Victim Mentality The victim mentality is characterized by pessimism, self-pity, repressed anger and a belief that life is beyond one's control. Victims blame any and every available scapegoat (fate, circumstances, other people, even objects!) for their problems and disappointments. They often lead a crisis-ridden lifestyle, going from one trauma to another, never seeing the contribution they make in creating their own crises. According to them, nothing is ever their fault. Unlike true victims, people with a victim mentality lament their misfortunes and stop there. They make no effort to learn from their mistakes, to analyze what went wrong, to pick up the pieces and move on. They wallow in self-pity, thinking that their shortcomings make them hopeless or that other's actions excuse them from responsibility. Their "poor me" attitude may be no problem for them, but it often creates anger and resentment in others. Becoming a Victim Victims always feel powerless. They passively accept what happens to them, attributing failures to their lack of ability and successes to "good luck". Lacking in self-esteem and self-confidence, their self-image depends on others' reactions to them. When others praise them, their self-esteem rises; when they're criticized, they feel worthless. In psychological terms, this is known as an external orientation. In contrast, people who are internally-oriented base their self-esteem and self-confidence on internally-held values and beliefs; when they live up to their own standards, they feel good about themselves regardless of what others may say. Praise from others may add to their sense of self-worth, but criticism doesn't destroy it. Developmentally, and external orientation is an extension of the natural dependency of childhood. Kids have little control over their lives; they must live with the results of decisions made by the adults around them. Hopefully, as they grow up, their parents help them realize their own personal power by encouraging them to make age-appropriate decisions. Acting as responsible role models and teaching them to temper their impulses with thought and planning. However, when parents withhold affection and praise, and only criticize and belittle, children draw negative conclusions about themselves. They conclude that they have no control over their life and that nothing they do can alter this. Passive and Aggressive Victims By accepting hopelessness and helplessness, children learn to be victims. They grow into adults who are either weak and pathetic or chronically "mad at the world". Whether passive or aggressive, victims are depressed, pessimistic, angry adults who expect little from life, but resent it just the same. MISERY MONGERS: VICTIM PROFILES Victims feel both angry and scared. But often display only one of these emotions, depending on which was more acceptable in their family of origin. But hear and anger are two sides of the same coin: within the frightened victim lies repressed anger and resentment, and behind the angry victim's aggression are deep fears of being alone and unloved. As children, passive victims learn that anger must be choked back, lest it drive loved ones away, and angry victims learn to repress fears that might render them vulnerable to rejection. They develop certain patterns of interactions that keep them victims and bind others to them with ties of guilt and pity or fear and intimidation. Over time these feelings and actions become substitutes for love. The Passive Victim Passive victims' underlying anger usually takes the form of "beating themselves up" when things go wrong, berating themselves for what they could have, would have or should have done differently. Their negative outlook sets into motion a downward spiral of self-defeat in which they see themselves as increasingly incompetent and unable to get ahead. Nothing good ever happens to them, they think. (Even if it did, they'd dismiss it and focus on the bad.) Their themes are "Ain't It Awful" and "Poor Me", classic "pity parties" that invite others to rescue them from their hopelessness. The Sickness Tyrant Sickness tyrants, says Herb Goldberg, co-author of Creative Aggression, expect the same special attention for being sick that they got as children. They succumb to their illnesses wholeheartedly. Some indulge in regular doctor visits, while others never see a physician, but all use their symptoms, medications or surgeries to escape responsibilities, displace unacceptable feelings and get care-taking in a way that is acceptable to them. They may use their illnesses to generate guilt and concern or to bully and manipulate others. The Martyr Martyrs expend a great deal of time and effort pleasing others, thereby earning praise and positive strokes. They appear to be selfless givers, but there's a catch. The more they give, the more they expect in return. The martyr plays "You Owe Me," a guilt-inducing script hinging on others' sense of obligation. A typical example is the breast-beating parent who laments, "I give and I give and I give, and what thanks do I get?!" The Angry Victim Aggressive, angry victims seem to be constantly angry about something. Deeply fearful of being abandoned by others and of losing control, their anger wells up when their insecurities are incited. Although the target of their anger may vary, they feel like whatever they do, it's never enough or never good enough. At the root of their problems is anger at their parents who didn't love them enough or who criticized them too much. The Bully Bullies are self-righteous victims who lash out and steam-roll over anyone or anything that frustrates their needs. Profoundly insecure and emotionally immature, bullies take little responsibility for their emotionally abusive behavior. In fact, they maintain that if everyone would just do things the right way (meaning "their way"), they would never have to get angry. Bullies are so caught up trying to defend themselves against what they see as a cold, hostile world that it never occurs to them that others have feelings, too. BEYOND VICTIMHOOD Most victims probably were victimized as children. However, what happens to us as children is beyond our control, but what we do about it as adults is completely up to us. It's our responsibility to resolve leftover conflicts and emotions from childhood - anger, fear and insecurity - so that we don't continue to victimize ourselves as adults. Moving beyond the victim mentality requires courage and commitment. Changing patterns learned in childhood is a risk, since it requires looking at the world in a new, more personally accountable way. Victims must learn to see how they contribute to (if not create) most of their troubles. That means recognizing that it's not bad luck or fate or your spouse or your boss or anyone or anything else that controls your life: only you do. Such a shift in perspective can be difficult to achieve alone. A therapist can help by acting as a mirror in which you can look objectively at the negative thought processes and emotional responses that fuel the victim mentality. For victims, therapeutic change begins with the question, "How can I change my behavior and take responsibility for my own life regardless of what others do (or don't do)?" Once in therapy, victims need to: · Focus on themselves and what they can do to improve their lives now. · Be realistic. Even with the best therapists, change will not come quickly. Therapy requires a lot of effort on the client's part and you will only get out of therapy what you put into it. · Avoid the urge to blame the therapist or assume change is impossible when results don't come quickly enough or when therapy becomes a challenge. Victims tend to be easily defeated, so blame is a retreat to hopelessness and passivity. VICTIMS' VICTIMS Victims can be manipulative. Since they feel powerless, they assume that they can only get love and attention indirectly (i.e. through manipulation). Unable to say, "I really want you to like me," they'll selflessly cater to others' interests and desires hoping for love and friendship in return. Instead of asking "Do you love me?" or "How much do you love me?" victims create crises and watch others' responses for evidence of care and concern. They confuse sympathy and pity with love, willingness to listen to their litany of complaints with intimacy. Handling victims can be tricky. They don't respond well to direct confrontation, since that only reinforces their negativity and helplessness. But you can protect yourself from their manipulations: · Don't get sucked in by victims' feelings. Victims use their suffering to keep others emotionally tied to them. Their feelings are real, but often subject to rapid change. · Don't give advice. While victims may seem helpless to resolve their problems, the truth is, they don't want to. Giving advice and counsel may make you feel good, but don't expect the victim to act on it. When victims seek advice, they are looking fro evidence of your care and concern, not a plan of action. (If your suggestions are usually met with a "yes but..." response, you know you're dealing with a victim.) · Go with the resistance and make it worse. Agree with victims: life truly is awful for them. Often, they'll change their tune, saying, "things aren't that bad…" · Make it their problem. Express confidence in their ability to find a solution. By refusing to give advice, you reinforce the idea that victims have the power to solve their own problems. If you follow these guidelines, victims will either begin to take responsibility for themselves, or they'll seek sympathy elsewhere. Either way, you won't be their victim. TAKING CONTROL Whether passive or aggressive, victims can take control of their lives by taking responsibility for their feelings, thoughts and actions. All things in life are choices. You may think, "I have to go to work." But the truth is you choose to go to work because you want the income it brings. Similarly, you may think feelings just happen, but, in fact, feelings are emotional reactions you choose to have. Recognizing that you always have choices, even when the alternatives are unattractive (like going to work or going broke) or unimaginable like not sinking down into depression when things don't go your way), is the first step in taking charge of your life. When you blame others for what happens to you, you give away your power. Every time you say things like, "You made me mad!" you're telling someone (and yourself) that they have power over your actions and feelings. Start using "I" messages. It's a subtle change, but, over time, changing your language will help change your beliefs. Being unclear about what you want and need from others guarantees disappointment. Don't expect people to read your mind. Tell others exactly what you want and expect of them, and they will be less likely to let you down or take advantage of you. In the face of such constant companions as crisis, injustice and disaster, happiness can seem an impossible dream for victims. Their self-defeating, all or-nothing, negative thinking leads victims to measure happiness by an absence of problems rather than the presence of pleasure. But this kind of pessimistic happiness takes effort since it requires such determination to seek out and focus on the negative. The same effort applied to optimism will bring much greater rewards. Moving beyond the fear, anger and pervasive negativity you've carried around since childhood will take time, effort and a firm commitment to change. But you can unlearn a victim mentality. A therapist can help you learn new, more powerful ways of thinking, feeling and interacting with others so that you can take control of your own life. REWARDS OF RESPONSIBILITY The psychological impact of a lack of personal responsibility can be devastating. Studies show that when people cease to be self-reliant (as with those on welfare for long periods of time) they suffer a considerable loss of self-esteem. They become unable to identify their skills, their initiative declines and they enter a downward spiral of decreasing self-esteem and self-respect and increasing failure. Successful people tend to: · Take full responsibility for their actions instead of blaming others · Learn from mistakes, instead of seeing them as signs of incompetence · Improve the way things are done instead of clinging to old habits. Clearly, accountability is crucial to personal fulfillment and success.
BUCK PASSING AND FINGER POINTING: VICTIMS ON THE JOB
Too often, the workplace becomes a stage for unresolved family dramas to be replayed as people unconsciously replicate childhood patterns with coworkers. For children of perfectionist parents who withheld affection, attention and approval, the performance orientation and competition of the workplace can stimulate a child-like desire to please authority figures. Parents who seek culprits rather than solutions create insecure adults who assume that job security depends more on escaping blame for mistakes than on competence and productivity. Caught up in their own personal anxieties, they reflexively put up a smokescreen of excuses and scapegoat others when problems arise; getting their work done becomes secondary to interpersonal conflicts in the office. A victim in the workplace is like the one rotten apple that ruins the barrel; one victim breeds others. Buck-passing and finger pointing is costly and inefficient; team efforts grind to a halt as workers seek ways to protect themselves from blame. The resulting every-man-for-himself environment erodes team spirit, slows personal and corporate growth, and discourages creativity.

The Headcanon Thing: Sonny Carisi, even numbers
That’s one interesting system you got thar, kiddo.
2. Do they have any daily rituals?Sonny isn’t really one for routine. The most routine he gets is stopping by the coffee shop down the street on his way into work.
4. What would they do if they needed to make dinner but the kitchen was busy?Assuming that Sonny does not live with his parents and commutes from Staten Island, I think we can safely assume that the guy lives alone. That being said, the kitchen is only ever busy when this monster of the manicotti is in it!
6. Eating habits and sample daily menuThis guy … How can you be Italian and get so much good eatin’ and be so damn thin!? … Probably because by the time he gets home from work, he doesn’t feel like cooking. Sad as it is, he probably usually just has a dinner of cereal and conks out for the evening on more than many occasions. But leading up to this, there’s at least one coffee and either a sandwich from the nearby deli or something from whatever food truck is within proximity. However, his mother often makes him food to take home from whenever he visits, and those things are carb heavy.
8. Favorite indulgence and feelings surrounding indulgingCliche as it is, Sonny loves to smother himself with pastries and pizza. It really hits the spot after a long week. He feels a bit guilty about it, though, often times observing it as gluttony. However, he has a hard time turning down a cake craving. And pizza’s just so cheap and good – !!
10. Neuroses? Do they recognize them as such?Is manspreading a neurosis? Because if it is, freaking Sonny doesn’t notice it and hasn’t for the past several seasons. Hell, maybe he does notice it but just uses it to make the people he’s interrogating feel uncomfortable! Who knows?!
12. Favorite book genre?THE GOOD BOOK, King of All Genres, the Print of Peace, the Lamb of Literature. He also likes young adult fiction novels like Harry Potter and Percy Jackson.
14. Physical abnormalities? (Both visible and not, including injuries/disabilities, long-term illnesses, food-intolerances, etc.) Is a birthmark an abnormality? My gut tells me he has one on his butt.
16. Biggest and smallest long term goal?Biggest: Become a lawyerSmallest: Apparently, it’s becoming trying new things
18. Favorite beverage? Not gonna lie, I can see him secretly enjoying fruity drinks. And not just the alcoholic ones, either; spending time with kids both in and out of SVU has caused him to greatly appreciate Capri Suns and juice boxes.
20. Childhood illnesses? Any interesting stories behind them? Not an illness, but when he was little he swiped an entire plate of cookies at the church picnic and threw up on one of his sisters’ dresses. He cried really hard in confession about it (the priest thought it was hilarious).
22. Given a blank piece of paper, a pencil, and nothing to do, what would happen? He’d probably draw a smiley sun.
24. Is there one subject of study that they excel at? Or do they even care about intellectual pursuits at all?He aced the bar, so we know he’s skilled with law. In his high school or college days, though, he probably enjoyed political science or theology.
26. Do they have any plans for the future? Any contingency plans if things don’t workout? That boy is gonna become a lawyer, no ifs, ands, or buts about it. He’s got his heart set on it… . But if he can’t do so as quickly as he would like to, he would still like to stay within law enforcement. He’s seen way too much shit to take on anything else and not think about all that needs to be done.
28. Who do they see as their best friend? Their worst enemy?Honestly, Sonny probably sees everyone he works with who isn’t a complete asshole as his friend. There is no best one. Worst enemy is anyone who fucks with his squad. Or Lucifer himself. Yeah, Lucifer is a pretty good assumption.
30. Reaction to sudden intrapersonal disaster (eg close family member suddenly dies)If someone whom he felt close to were to die, Sonny would try to put on a brave face. He would turn to God for direction and honestly probably attempt to smother his feelings because he feels that he needs to stand as a stable pillar for others to lean on. However, it’s obviously a bad idea and he will eventually snap under pressure. But what’s awful is that he’ll do it in privacy and pretend like it never happened afterward. He doesn’t encourage others to do this as well, though.
32. Thoughts on material possessions in general? He knows that not everything will make you happy and tries to consider biblical teachings that disregard materialism. However, he ain’t no monk; he loves his suits and watches and worked damn hard to get them. Just so long as you’re not living outlandishly like a certain New Yorker with a gilded apartment, Sonny will not judge you for clinging on to certain items.
34. Thoughts on privacy? (Are they a private person, or are they prone to ‘TMI’?)As much of a blabbermouth as Sonny can be, he likes his privacy. He’ll only let you know what he wants you to know, and he’ll do it with a cheery disposition. But if you prod where he doesn’t want you, he’ll get irritated.
36. What makes them feel guilty?Failure and disappointment. Oh, and Catholicism, which thrives on feeling bad.
38. Would they consider themselves a Type A or Type B personality?Sonny is a bit of a mix between the two: like a Type A, he’s hardworking, can be impatient, disdains failure, and can occasionally be hot-tempered (especially when he was first introduced); but, like a Type B, he loves games and is aware of his abilities and can be surprisingly open to certain concepts if given the proper amount of time. But if you give him the general description of Type A being serious and Type B being fun, he’d go with Type B, insisting that he’s a fun guy.
40. Would you say that they have a superiority-complex? Inferiority-complex? Neither?Neither. While he strives to be better than what he is, it’s never done for a need to feel confident. Sonny is content in his skin.
42. Hobbies? While studying at Fordham and for the bar, Sonny put a lot of his hobbies on hold. Now that those are over, it feels weird to have more free time to himself. He fills much of it with cooking, looking up recipes, babysitting Jesse, occasionally jogging, and watching reality TV.
44. Religion?Seriously?
46. Do they express their thoughts through words or deeds? Both, but they express different things. When Sonny speaks, it’s usually for blunt situations or in ways he thinks is helping. However, it’s what he does that tells the person how much he cares (or how pissed he is).
48. How do they express love? He’ll drop whatever to make sure that you’re okay. This goes for any kind of love he’s expressing, be it familial, platonic, or romantic. He’ll tease you a bit, but it never goes too far and he’s always sure to try and leave it on a sweet note by complimenting you. Also, he’ll make sure you’re not hungry. Total wiz in the kitchen (not that he’ll ever beat his mother at it), and will make sure you go to work with his next pasta dish packed in your lunch.
50. Is this person afraid of dying? Why or why not?Sonny’s faith has him calm about the promise of being rewarded with a pleasant afterlife. And his job is very dangerous, something that became clear especially when Dodds died and when he had a near-death experience himself. That being said, however, he doesn’t want to die any time soon. Just because you may get something great in the next go doesn’t necessarily mean you’re quite ready to end what you’ve still got going on here.He knows that when it happens, there’s no stopping it. But he want to make sure that, if he can help it, it’s not happening any time soon.

How does health insurance work?
Forgive me for being financially illiterate, but I've never had anyone to teach me these things even in school. I don't really understand how health insurance works, like, at all. I am sick, and I rely on family health insurance to pay for my treatment, which my dad pays for. But eventually I will have to pay for my own health insurance. What I've gathered from what I've read about it is that you are usually not eligible for many types of health-insurance if you have a pre-existing condition. What does this mean, though? Does that mean that because of my illness, I will not be eligible to get insurance? How do other sick people get insurance? Forgive my stupidity, no one has ever tried to teach me these things.""

Can I add my grandmother to my car insurance?
We live in different cities. Same state. I just live 2 hours away. I am a 20 year old college student. Female. Single. I just bought a newer car. Financed. BEFORE I bought the car I did a estimate on it with my car insurance to see how it would be affected. I can afford the payments but my main concern was my insurance going way up. And of course after buying the car the quoted price online is nothing near what I am being required to pay. So far I have been living on my own for a year. And I have been paying my current policy in my own name out of my own pocket. The car I have now is paid for. I CAN afford the increase in the insurance (its $90 increase) and I do have the option of switching to a different company at the end of my policy in 2 months for one that is only 1/2 the price but of significantly lesser quality. BUT I would rather save the money and use it to get this new car paid off in 6 months rather than the 48 month lease contract. My grandma already has insurance (with a different company). We do not live together but we live in the same state. I am willing to pay for both policies. mine and hers. My question is------>>>> Is there any way I can add her to my policy or jump on her policy to lower my insurance? Just for the 6 month premium so I can get get this car paid off? If so, how? Please no lectures. I work and go to school. I can afford the increase or switch to a different company but I want to avoid all that. I'm Just curious thats all.""
My son's Beretta car is now in his girlfriends name. He wants me to put insurance on it so it can be driven.?

Can health insurance companies request medical records from other health insurance companies?
When I was in college I was in a relationship that made me really depressed, and the psychologist on campus referred me to an outside therapist with a diagnosis of major depression --the outside therapist corrected it and said she believed i had circumstantially-related depression, but she told me she coded the claim with the referring guy's major depression label so the insurance company wouldn't hassle me about the paying the claim. I worked with her for a 6 months --no medication, just got out the relationship--and am happy and healthy :) Now I'm reading all kinds of scary stuff about MIB, retroactive declining of coverage, etc and I currently have new individual (underwritten) coverage--I can ask her to correct the claim with my old company, but it seems like any action might rock the boat and I'm scared--if they didn't notice it, should i leave it be? or is there a chance that if i (god forbid) get something serious down the road that my current insurer will dig up my records from my old insurer to look for a reason to not pay? she was trying to do something to make my life easier but this whole thing has turned into such a mess!""

Car insurance question.?
OK, so I got my car insurance renewal to start on 16 May, and it went up from 40 a month to 60, for no gosh darned reason. Grrr. I know that the insurance has gone up a lot, and I think they blame the compensation claims for this, but up a THIRD! Jeeeeeez! Last year, it went up from 35 a month to 50 and I had a whinge down the phone at them, and they reduced it to 40 by changing the recovery a bit (I don't get help now unless I am more than a mile from home; but the chances are I would be when I broke down anyway, and even if I was half a mile away, I could walk back!) so I agreed to change that. So I rang them today and they said they can lower it a fiver because I am a 'loyal' customer, (so down to 55 a month.) Big deal! I am nearly 40, I passed my test 20 years ago, and I have been with them 10 years and NEVER made a claim, and yet they bump my premium by a third! I am like It's a LOT of dosh. Does this seem like a ludicrous leap to you? Has yours gone up a lot too? Does this sound like a high amount to pay? (55 to 60 a month.) Or reasonable for a 38 year old woman? It does include recovery in this quote, and the recovery is about 130. But 2 years ago, I was paying 35, and this year they are asking for 60 a month! I do like this insurance company and have my home insurance and pet insurance with them too, and don't want to leave, but a jump of a third!""

The people always brighten my day and sometimes I will go out from my living spot into the street just to look ant the people passing by and maybe make a friend but for some reason people don’t want to be friend with me and I don’t know why. Maybe because I am very little and have dirty hair.
Dec. 23 (2 days till x-mas) I’m starting to think people fear me or perhaps are scared to come near me. But its okay I will keep on trying to make new friends because I am lonely out here and what a better time to make a friend when everybody is in a jolly mood. A few weeks ago, I was around a different part of town and an old lady told me that Jesus loves me and that everything will be okay one day. She handed me a gift card to some restaurant I think… I’m not really sure but there was a picture of a chicken breast on it so I think that it s a chicken restaurant. I’m not really sure why she gave me the card because I don’t now how to use it but maybe that means she will be my friend. She didn’t seem to be scared of me. But in my opinion, I think the old lady thinks I am sad and lonely all the time but I am just super duper happy with my life right now because my daddy doesn’t know where I am and I think he likes it better that way too. I just wish I could make a good friend.
Dec. 25 (x-mas) Oh. My. Goodness. I can’t believe that it is x-mas! Some people that I see walking around the town call it krismas but I don’t know if I am spelling it right so I just like to call it x-mas because it is easier than krismiss. I do not know why this day is so special honestly but it must be pretty cool because the town was super busy last week with people scramming in and out of stores with giant bags and sparkly boxes that must cost a lot of money.  But today there are not many people walking around the town which is strange because it is x-mas today. Maybe people are tired from buying so much stuff they decided to have a long nap so they can have fun in the afternoon. One thing I do know is that on x-mas people like to eat lots of food with their families so I decided to try and use the card the old lady gave me to the place that had the same chicken logo but they were closed and I got sad because then id have to go back to me and my other peoples house to eat yucky food. But at least I get to eat. It just sucks that it is icky tasting.
Dec. 26 (the cool day after x-mas) I think that daddy is staring to look for me again and that is very scary. I do not want to see daddy so I hope my people who live at my house will hide me from them. I am scared of daddy and I was walking through the street and saw on the tv through the window screen that I was on the news labelled as “missing”. I think missing is a good thing because I don’t have to see daddy because he is mean. But on the good side at least today is the cool day after x-mas and I will probably see the nice old lady because she walks n the street every day and smiles at me. I think we are friends now and I hope I see her either today or tomorrow and maybe I can try talking to her.
Jan. 2 (I think) I SAW HER TODAY! It has been so long and I have not wanted to leave my living spot because I did not want daddy to find me but I just had to go down to the street and see her because she is so nice. It was too bad because the old lady did seem scared of me today and she even asked if I was the “missing girl” everybody was looking for and I said, “yes but please don’t tell because I don’t want my daddy to find me”. She then started to ask me a lot of questions and insisted on taking me to her house for some yummy food, a chat, and a place to sleep for a bit. So of course, I said yes because the winter is very cold and I don’t think I have seen my skin its normal colour it has only been red so maybe I will not be red when I go to her house. I am very happy because she is now my friend and she even invited me over to play. The old lady told me that her name was Emily, and I told her that my name was Max and that I was 6 years old. She then seemed even more scared for some reason maybe she ddnt like my name but then she said we had to go see the doctor as soon as possible. We are driving there now. We are now at the doctor and he put a stick with cotton on both ends into my mouth and wiped the inside of my cheek I don’t know why it was kind of weird but then Emily had to do it too and then we sat in the warm room afterwards which had a lot of fun toys until the doctor came back to us and said that tests would be back n a few days. Whatever that means.
Jan. 5 (the doctor called) The doctor called and when Emily picked up the phone she started to cry and then ran over to me and hugged me like I’ve never gotten a hug before. She said she was so happy to finally have found me and she said that she is my mommy. The mommy I never knew, I was so happy because now I know my mommy and she is not as mean as daddy. I asked her why daddy was so mean to me and why I never met her and she said that daddy drinks lots of water and gets very upset and mean to us. Mommy said she then was pregnant with a baby and daddy was not happy about that and he hurt her. That made me sad. When mommy had the baby, daddy was so mad at her that he said she needs to leave and never speak to her again. He kept the baby though. Mommy said the baby was me. And since daddy didn’t see mommy anymore because he is mad at her he decided to be mean to me instead. Mommy asked me why I was alone in the town for a lot of weeks and I said I ran away from daddy because he hurt me really bad. Mommy then took me to the doctor again to be healthy and fix my ankle which has been red and puffy for quite some time. I am feeling a lot better now and am eating good food. I am happy I do not need to see daddy anymore.
Jan. 21 Mommy has been in the court fighting for me for a long time now, I know she is with daddy because she tells me she is getting him in big trouble with the police because he was mean. Mommy got me a baby sitter and she is so nice. Her name is Hilary and she is 16 years old. When mommy is out getting daddy in trouble with the police me I am excited because Hilary will come over and colour with me and make food for me and talk to me. She says that I am an amazing kid and that I will grow up to do amazing things. I really hope so because daddy told me I would never do anything good but I believe Hilary more because she is nice and makes me happy. I think I have made a friend.
Feb. 11 Today mommy told me that daddy is now in big trouble with the police and that he will never be mean to me or her again. I am so happy and I love my life with mommy. Mommy hugs me and lets me watch tv and lets me eat cookies if I do my homework. Luckily for me, mommy is a teacher so she can teach me school stuff at home which is good because kids my age scare me because I think that they think I look weird. Hilary is still my best friend and her and mommy are the only 2 people I need because they are nice to me and make me very happy.
Sept. 6th, 2008 It is a few years since I wrote my last diary entry. I was gong through some drawers and found it again today. Today mom is enrolling me into a public school with some other kids. I’m pretty excited because ill get to meet new people and teachers and learn different things. I am in grade 7 now and I know it’s kinda late to go into school but its ok. I’ve been through a lot of scary stuff and this cant be too bad.
Sept. 15th, 2008 This has been incredible. I’ve made so many new friends and they all want to hang all the time. School so far is pretty easy too and I even got a perfect score on my math pop quiz. Maybe public school really isn’t too bad after all. Until next time diary…
Dec. 22, 2010 Today I started to date this amazing girl named Evangeline. She is so beautiful and I am so happy I get to call her mine. She has so many amazing ambitions and supports me in everything I do and calls me out on my shit when she has to haha. I am going to make her feel like the most beautiful girl in the world, she really deserves it. Mom really likes her too, I’m going to treat her the way my mother should have been treated.  Hope we are together for a long time.
March 13th, 2011 Today Evangeline and I are visiting my mom in the hospital. It’s a pretty short walk from my house so we can usually see her pretty often. Mom is sick, she is about 66 years old now and the doctors told me that she wouldn’t be around much longer.  Am absolutely crushed but at this point her cancer is rapidly spreading, so realistically I just need to be with her for her final moments. We talk about amazing things, she tells me that no matter what happens she will always love me and insists I continue to care for Evangeline and support and love each other.
March 14th, 2011 Mom passed away today. I am going to always carry with me her valuable lessons and her upmost affection towards me even when I was in my lowest points. She was the only lady that appealed to little kid me on the streets. Everyone else was so big and scary but she was so comforting and soft. She smelled like roses and seemed to have a glowing aura around her. She was my angel. I was homeless and it was hard. She gave me hope, she made me feel special and she didn’t even know who I was at the time. Maybe it was fate, but she defiantly changed my life for the better. I guess a mother’s love really is unconditional… The pain I am feeling is unbelievable and I don’t really feel like writing an entry. I’ll be back.
May 28th, 2012 Its been over a year since my last entry. Evangeline and I are still together and I am still upset over the loss of my incredible mother. Each day does not get easier but I am learning how to cope and life a happy life knowing she is still continually supporting me, right alongside me. Since my dad is still jailed Evangeline’s family so willingly let me live with them, and it has been amazing. I am doing well n school, I am in advanced programs and can only see a bright future ahead of me. I visit therapy and go to programs at the hospital to cope with my loss and bad physical tendencies. I am improving, life is getting better and I think I will grow up to do amazing things. Evangeline’s family is my family and I can see myself being with them forever. I love Evangeline and how much she supports me, maybe I will be okay soon. We shall see.
