When will people admit treating an egg differently from other eggs because of the relationship you have with their parent is bad actually, and you need to treat them as their own individual.

Guys, last night I had the weirdest dream that I was All for One and was getting married to Inko Midoriya, which was terrible because:

her mom (Nana Shimura) was being a monster mother-in-law to me (fair enough)

All Might was there in a really bad civilian disguise that somehow fooled everyone

and he couldn't fight me because he thought I was going to kill everyone there

the wedding photos went really badly because they couldn't fit me in the shot (being 7'4" is a real pain)

I think at some point Mitsuki Bakugou socked me in the face (also fair)

I kept banging my head onto doorways

the real All for One is freaking out in my head because he's stuck there

I wasn't sure whether to laugh, cry, or die because while this is amazing and I'm sure AFO feels every bit of the pain I feel, so many people are being mean to me (again, fair, but ouch)

this man has, like, a thousand quirks, and I can't control any of them

I end up crying over a glass of sweet tea

just wanted to remind everyone that french canadians are technically latin americans.

#the french literally invented the concept #but i think the most important part of this is that it was explicitly invented #to strengthen ties with europe #which is bad #it was trying to undermine the new world identity #and specifically meant to use it to antagonize america and other anglo territories in the americas #and encourage hostility between latin america and anglo america #it's not really conceived that way anymore thanks to the french invasion of mexico so i don't think it's a big deal #but it's something to be conscious of #we need to maintain a strong pan-american/new world identity #but yeah i'm mostly memeing with this post #just using it as an opportunity to muse about stuff in the tags

Kirk calling their relationship suffering when Sam cams it the best thing that ever happened to her and the way Kirk is so sure they would have been married when all Sam ever dish was turn him down... the way that he assumes that all they can do is suffer from their love for each other and that it cannot bring joy to either of them.

Ugh.

Truly disgusting. Honestly, it's awful. He's as bad as the grandmother and in the same way, that same way that assumes that anything different, that anything society even remotely disagrees with, must be bad for the people involved and incomprehensible to the people around them.

It's the assumption that queer love cannot be real love, that queer joy cannot be real joy, that love is not love unless it is on their terms.

Y'all know how Movie Sonic doesn't punch very hard right? Makes it seem like he has weak arms.

I think the truth is he's pulling them. He doesn't even realize he's doing it, but if he actually punched full-force, he would definitely at least break someone's nose.

He doesn't want to hurt people, so even when he thinks he wants to or thinks he should, he doesn't.
