MY DISABLED REVIEW OF: Tyson 2.0 Mike Bites Delta-8 Gummies | 500mg Per Bag/25mg Per Piece

Hi everyone! This is my first review, so I'm still ironing out the kinks of how I want these to look. There's an image description attached to the image, though if unavailable to see, it reads "A bright orange resealable bag of Mike Tyson edibles is pictured. There is a large black and white illustration of an ear, with a shape at the top of the cartilage of a bite mark taken out of the ear. The large text reads "TYSON. MIKE BITES. (Δ8) (THC)" while the small text on the bottom reads "25mg Delta 8 Hemp Derived THC per gummy." The flavor reads as "SOUR APPLE PUNCH."

First of all. Props to Mike Tyson for biting off Holyfield's ear in the 90s in an insane move that, at first, everybody was mad about because it meant the match ended super early and they wanted their money back for the full match. Especially pay-per-view watchers. But then years later everybody makes jokes about it so now it's like. His brand for weedibles. Imagine you're Holyfield and your ear is bitten off, and the dude who bit off your ear has it as his logo for ear shaped edibles 20 yrs later. Objectively funny. Now to get into the review!

TASTE: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5)

They taste like. Ehhhhh. Ok. Fine but Kinda Bad. The best flavor imo is the one pictured, Sour Apple Punch. The other flavors are Watermelon and Black Eye Cherry. They both taste like Shit and have effects that actually make me feel worse. They are all REALLY slimy though, not just in texture but like. they have so much SLIME GOOP everywhere in the bag like every time I get these. So for the autism slime texture haters, this one is already NOT for you. Autism slime texture lovers however? Perfect. Though be warned, it is REALLY sticky. Stickier than most edibles. Sticky as in you can throw it at a wall and it'd stay there all day. It gets everywhere, so if you don't want to wash your hands of a goop mess after reaching in the bag, use a kitchen utensil👍

FOR PAIN: ★★★☆☆ (3/5)

OVERALL BODY EFFECTS: ★★★☆☆ (3.5/5)

Overall decent. Breakdowns below.

Helps the pain a pretty good chunk, though if the pain is pretty intense then it merely softens everything. The body relaxation will make you feel all loosey-goosey like a wet noodle, except not unpleasant. Works really well for my all around back pain. and my muscle cramps. Doesn't work too well, however, for head pain (ironically enough) or for other areas of the body. So migraine havers should probably look elsewhere.

FOR SLEEP: ★★☆☆☆ (2.5/5)

These will knock your ass out if you take more than one, however. You do need to take more than one for sleep, depending on your tolerance. The sleep is pretty nice, very decent on these. Though I don't recommend falling asleep high to the Mike Bites because they give me weird dreams. My roommates don't get this, however. So it could be a me only thing...

FOR APPETITE: ★★★★☆ (4/5)

Works decently well, especially in a pinch! My appetite is the first thing to start working on these, then come the sillies, and then the pain relief. I usually have to smoke a few hits of a dab cart to Really get my stomach full hands on deck for appetite, though it certainly does most of the work.

HIGH: ★★★☆☆ (3/5)

The high is decently pleasant, almost like a really soft buzzing that eventually replaces the pain. I get pretty silly on these, it's a Silly Weedible. Will get me to laugh at the worst low hanging fruit that other edibles DO NOT do to me. It's a pretty even combination of head high and body high, though I usually feel the body high more on these. Great for winding down before bed, as the high does not last too long, which is honestly my biggest complaint about the high for these. Like I know they're 25mg a piece, but they're not as long lasting as compared to others, such as the Urb 25mg delta-8 edibles. Other complaint is afterwards they leave me feeling foggier brained than most other brands of edibles.

PRICE: ★★★★★ (5/5)

NOW TIME FOR A POLL!

Ultimately, I like them. They're not too expensive and work pretty well for their price, if you find them on the cheaper side of the pricetag scale. Not the fanciest by far, though they do the job nicely! I would recommend them if you mostly need the appetite and/or silly boost.

Strain: Strawberry Lemonade (Sativa Dominant Hybrid) This is a nice strain for beginner smokers. A sweet note will hit your nose (when you give it a good sniff) although you may notice a lack of citrus, despite the name. This bud is nice for an introductory smoke or as filler/mixer with another strain. A gentle smoke and white ash will be accompanied with a not so overwhelming head high. No sleepiness with this one which also makes is optimal for a mid-workday pick me up. 5.5/10 could smoke again but probably won’t.

Motorbreath from Curaleaf 🍃🚨

Indica dominant strain with 28. 29 % THC

Smell: GASSSS! I totally get why it's called Motorbreath the second I opened the jar lmaooo. Also notes of wood & undertones of citrus 🍋

Effects: My chronic anxiety loves this strain! I'd say both body & mind, I was chillin'. Amplified music listening experience!!! Yes, you're gonna want to have your munchies handy after this one ☺️

WEDNESDAY WEED REVIEWS - SHOCKWAVE by BC BLACK [A.K.A. Falcon 9 x Strawberries & Cream]

Coming in from PureFire in British Columbia, Shockwave does leave a lasting impression. It's a lighter high at first - but as time goes on, the light buzz gives way to a focused, laid-back, and productive high.

## First Impressions

When first opening the 3.5g bag purchased from Garden City Cannabis, [shoutout to Garden City Cannabis], we went in blind, and were more than pleasantly surprised to be met with such a powerful, herby, citrusy aroma, which I personally think smells like lemongrass, citrus, and rosemary, with hints of oregano, and of course, weed.

These mildly sticky nugs were small to medium size with a savanna grass green-tan coloration. Highlights of little orange fibers are visible, and the buds are glazed with a beautiful frosting of tiny, glistening trichromes.

Unfortunately due to my cracked camera, it didn't pick up all the trichromes that well, and it also skewed the coloration mildly.

After a nice lookover and game of "pass the nug" we put 'er in the extendo-bong and lit 'er up.

## The Sesh

The first thing we noticed was the flavor of the smoke. My first impression was that of a rich herbal, fruity flavor, with the inhale flavor reminding me of oranges and berries, with an exhale being a bit spicier, all while retaining citrus and floral notes.

Each toke was a smooth one- especially with bong filters in place. While that's a good thing for many, be warned, it's so smooth, that with bong filters in place, it's easy to take too big of a toke without realizing it until you're already coughing - but that's alright. For what Shockwave delivers, it's definitely worth it.

The high came on quickly and smoothly with a light, cooling buzz, that took the edge off any anxiety or stress present. It was a light high at first, and we were a little worried it may stay that way - even with a few good tokes off the extendo-bong.

After a good twenty minutes, however, things started to change, and that light buzz progressed into a nice, productive, lighter midweight Sativa high with no signs of couch-lock in sight.

## Conclusion :

Shockwave definitely earned its name - despite not being a heavy high, it offers focus and functional drive - a clear mind, and a desire to do with a new viewpoint. Painting or reading a book, this strain is your friend.

Though I personally prefer heavier highs, this hybrid strain definitely does deliver an enjoyable experience - no matter the logic [or lackthereof] behind it.

CBD : 0.30%

Terpenes : 4.10% [Limonene - 0.94%, Beta-Caryophyllene - 0.58%, Selina-3,7(11)-diene - 0.25%]

Quality - ★★★★★ Craft

Intensity - Moderate

Duration - 3-3.5hr. on ⅔ gram split between two people.

Anxiety relief : yes.

Overall rating : 4.5/5

Buy again? Totally.

Blue Face

Face Off OG x Animal Mintz

Indica dominant hybrid.

Aeriz and Fig Farms seem to have teamed up for this potent puppy.

When I smoked it I was overcome by the sweet and smooth smoke. A kind of sweet berry flavor that gives way to that earthy pine forest floor. There was a crack of sharp bitter or astringent quality on the back end as well, like strong ginger.

The high set in very quickly for me, and was uplifting and euphoric, while still being very clear-headed. I tend to prefer Indica strains because I find that Sativas tend to make me feel stupid, but I love when an Indica gives me a lift. I felt chatty and social. As it continued to settle in and peak, I started to mellow out and relax, but that uplifted euphoria still hung around, which resulted in me settling into bed with my Switch and playing games until it was sleepy time. It was an absolutely wonderful time.

I think the only downside is that as it started to wear off, I had a slight headache but that could have come from anything, not necessarily the cannabis.

All in all a high quality strain, this lady was on special when I bought it but it was retailing for around $45, and in my opinion is worth every penny.

smoke: it hits very good it makes you cough like a bitch

Mt. Citrus from High Peaks: New York Dispensary Flower Review

High Peaks' featured strain Mt. Citrus introduces a unique and euphoric blend. Using Chemdog as the basis for this well-rounded hybrid, High Peaks is taking you to the top shelf with this strain. While the initial uplift is euphoric and giggle-inducing, the comedown is slow and gentle. You can certainly taste the limonene on the initial inhale, but the exhale produces a surprising and delicious fuely twist (insert the Super Skunk genetics). I could really feel the high set in behind my eyes-- another nice twist.

High Peaks markets themselves as a high-end, top shelf cannabis company. At most dispensaries here in New York you'll find eighths for $40 or a five pack of prerolls for $32. They also offer infused gummies and half gram disposable vapes (stay tuned for more reviews!). You'll find that the quality of their packaging speaks for their price point, and that their product quality likely stands alone.

As a long time stoner and seasoned budtender, it takes a lot to truly impress me. While many strains on the market in New York are gimmicky and over-hyped Gelato crosses, Mt. Citrus genuinely holds its' own in an oversaturated market. I contend that even the most seasoned enthusiast would find Mt. Citrus to be a pleasant surprise.

Welcome to Blunts & Blunts!

Hello all and welcome to Blush and Blunts! My name is Scarlett Rose and this is my first try at blogging so bear with me as I navigate this throughout the next couple weeks. I wanted to make a blog that anyone can come to and get some nice reviews on food, movies and tv shows and of course...WEED! I am a 25 year old woman in Northern Michigan and have been wanting a blog like this where I can hopefully reach a few people at least about things we have a common interest in. Along this journey together we are also going to be getting some opinions from non other than my boyfriend of two years who is also a big fan of all the above.

We recently went to a dispensary in the next town over from ours that we frequent quite a bit lately and went in for our usual pre roll stock up and possibly a new something to try. As we were picking out our pre rolls that were on sale (thank god for deals), we found out that Snoop Dogg came out with his new brand of weed, Death Row Records. Now this particular one we chose was the only strain they had in stock at this time and it was an indica dominant hybrid, not one of my favorites but was wanting to try it because come on....its Snoop! Anyways, this strain was called Strawberry Coffin and it was a total weight of 3.5 grams (1/8) and it was $58 in total. This was probably the most expensive flower we have gotten recently for such a small amount, we normally buy Ric Flair Sativa 1/8 and its usually $25 which isnt that bad. Again we mainly rely on pre rolls at this time because its the most affordable all around.

Along with the new addition of the Snoop weed, we also picked up our bag of Ric Flair and about 10 pre rolls. The pre roll brand we got this time was called Doobies, really original right? The thing with these are that they are very old bottom of the barrel dried up parts of the flower. Some of them you can get a decent quick head high off of but most of the time we are having to smoke pretty much the whole 1 gram before it even starts to hit a little bit. So if your in a pinch and want a nice quick high, I wouldnt recommend these. Instead I would recommend either ones that are called Pop pre rolls, the sativa ones come in a pink/coral color tube, the indica is in a blue one with a sleepy cartoon cloud on the front of it, or the baby Jeeters that come in a glass container with about 5-6 of them in there. These ones will give you more of an intense high and one that lasts a little longer as well. Burn time for the baby Jeeters for us was about 10-15 minutes because they are .5 and they are a slow burn in general but we also had two people taking hits off of it so it went out faster. Burn time for the Pop ones are about 20-25 minutes depending so keep that in mind too.

As I get more advanced with this blogging and more used to it, I want to be able to do reviews on movies while we are high, movies and tv shows in general, food reviews whether thats cooking or buying new food from the stores and fast food places and of course the bud and our thoughts on different brands/strains etc. Soon I want to be able to post pictures, share recipe ideas and other fun things! Again welcome to Blush and Blunts and lets have some fun!
