I understand that The Amazing Digital Circus is ripe for "what if the main character snapped and killed everybody" crackfic, but y'all, if Pomni went off the deep end she would not be your sexy glitchcore murderwife. She'd do it screaming and flailing, and it'd make Tom and Jerry sound effects the whole time she's killing you.

@revretch I just binge-watched all available content for @humansbgone and adored every second of it! The voice-acting is great, the educational elements are a fantastic addition, and I’ve been thoroughly absorbed into the story and worldbuilding. You’re knocking this out of the park!
The appearance of the Cows was a great twist, and I’m wondering what both the Humans and the Ants are plotting…
And regarding the Gregorsa’s Notes minigame, I achieved a perfect score so far!
Keep up the good work, you might as well catch me and drop me into Sophodra’s collection because I’m hooked!
And I couldn’t help but notice the fragmented pieces of text at the end of each episode…I wonder if they’re eventually all going to fit together…hm…

made entirely by two guys from Georgia
timeless, wholesome humor
isn't needlessly bloated with convoluted lore or character drama that goes nowhere
never sold out
never tried to go "bigger and better"
no controversy
no crunch
never became consumed by drama from the creators' personal lives
still gets updated as a labor of love even after the creators went on to bigger things
I just think the indie animation crowd could learn a thing or two from Homestar Runner.
(and before you say "BUT THEY HAD A TELLTALE GAME AND ALEX HIRSCH ON" it bears mentioning that Telltale was a much smaller company back then and it made sense as a way of returning the favor, given the Chaps had done tributes to LucasArts games, and Hirsch was just a one-time thing and they didn't make a big deal about it, plus the whole reason Matt got to work on Gravity Falls was because of HSR and not the other way around)

fun fact, doctor is listed as a “mortality pet” on TV tropes. I think about that a lot.

Welp, it seems my fears of Angel Dust's sexual assault being as poorly handled as any raped victim written by Kodaka of Danganronpa fame seems to be true from what I've been hearing. Congrats Vivzie, if this is true, then you are just as bad as a writer as him, especially handling touchy subjects.

Man, animation review YouTube will just compare anything to Vivziepop. What show will be next?
"Is My Pride the next Helluva boss?"
"Is Metal Family the next Hazbin Hotel?"
"Cow of the Wild the new Vivziepop?"

Every other week I see folks complaining that this or that new web series is trying too hard to be edgy and memeable, why are we giving money to the worst effluvium of the Newgrounds generation, etc., etc., and then I actually watch whatever they're complaining about and it's literally just a mid-1990s-to-early-2000s Saturday morning cartoon with a bigger animation budget. Like, if these people think The Amazing Digital Circus is edgy tryhard bullshit, any randomly selected episode of The Tick (1994) would probably make their heads explode.
