It was a little more complicated than that. VoxTek and Loo Loo Land were collaborating and churning out new commercials for the park, and Pinwheel had found itself strolling the streets of the Pride Ring more and more as of late.

Vox kept an awful long leash on him... he just let him out there when break came around. He could fend for himself! And he could get some pent-up emotions out on sinners who just came back to 'life' again after you killed them anyway.

Pinwheel was actually starting to like it here... the chaos was thrilling.

But he didn't think about all that right now. He was distracted by the cat-thing.

Mimicking the weird fucking noise coming out of the cat, the robot holds out its rusty claws towards the creature, the whole situation reminiscent of somebody coaxing an animal.

He finally snatches the thing from Charlie's arms, holding it up as they both make a racket together.

it completely escaped to me when i read ch 95 but: ame is still using lustrous script

and it's not like the rest of the moon has adopted lustrous script. this panel shows very clearly that lunarian script (which writes left to right, like English) is still used

so this is just an amethyst' thing. or maybe it's something all gems do. after all those years and after being integrated into lunarians society, they're still holding onto this small part of cultural heritage. potentially also holding onto their native language. i love this
