Before the next post goes up, I have to make a couple of statements: 1. Yes, I was one of those who paid for early access to Hazbin Hotel's first two episodes. No, this blog will not post spoilers of any kind until the 20th, the day after the first season begins releasing on Prime Video. After that, you may see images from all of the first four episodes.

2. It's been brought to my attention that the number of edits concerning Charlie's failure to get the rest of Hell to agree with her plans may give the impression that I dislike Charlie. Well, it may be unclear, but that's not even slightly true. Charlie endeared herself to me from my very first viewing of the pilot. I like that she wants to use her power for a good cause, that she tries to remain optimistic under pressure, and that her goals have nothing to do with finding a man. Depending on the way the canon goes, she could have the sort of relationship with her father that is much more frequently given to male characters, which could be interesting to see. The sarcastic text on this blog's Charlie edits is meant to reflect her underlying self-doubt and what sinners and/or her parents think of her. Many headlines and horoscopes from The Onion are insulting to the second- or third-person subject, so it's easy to use them for a character who has a tenuous faith in herself and a reputation (deserved or not) as an out-of-touch individual. They represent her insecurities and other people's rejection of her, not the way I see her.

If we're writing together, please please please please please please please please please give me something to work with! If I can't work with what you sent me, I can't respond. That being said, PLOT WITH ME!! I do so much better with a thread if we've plotted it out beforehand. This is especially true with starters and memes, think carefully before you send me something. If there's a specific context for that meme or that starter, TELL ME! I'm not a mind reader, guys!

As I said, I prefer plotting in general but plotting is 100000% REQUIRED if your muse is an OC. If I don't know your character, Alastor doesn't either.

Do not reblog shit you're not involved with. This is the single most annoying thing in my opinion and I will block you SO FAST if you do this. If it doesn't concern you, leave it alone. I don't care if y'all interact with my OOC posts/Discussion posts but please don't reblog shit that doesn't concern you. Headcanons can be reblogged by MUTUALS ONLY.

Don't Godmod. This portrayal of Alastor is MINE and I am more than capable of writing him. If you think you can do better, make your own Alastor but let me write mine, ok? Ok.

Please, for the love of everything unholy, do NOT write in first person, chat speak, chat style or script style if you're interested in writing with me. I can't work with it and it's a HUGE pet peeve of mine. No offense to those who enjoy it, I just can't do it. If this is the only way you plan on writing, move along.

Alastor is AroAce but shipping is still an option. I will have a Canon Divergent Alastor that's easier to ship with as well. Don't force ships though. I ship based of Canon, Chemistry and my own personal ships.

Ships you can expect to see are RadioDust, RadioHusk, RadioHuskerDust, RadioStatic (Alastor x Vox). Don't like? Don't interact. I'm not a fan of Charlastor, sorry! I'm open to other ships though!

Small Update re: American Politics

I was going to finally start @tranquilstudy's summer studyblr challenge today, but in light of the overturning of Roe v. Wade decision this morning, posting about other things just doesn't feel quite right. I may start later today (it's 4 PM where I am), but for now, no posts not related to reproductive rights will be posted on this blog, save for what was already queued for today.

I also just found an anonymous ask that I received in July of 2021 (oops). I am working on a response to it, but again, posting about less serious matters right now doesn't feel right. I may post my response later today, but for the moment, I will not be posting.

Most likely I will be back to regular content tomorrow.

To everyone with a uterus, to everyone who knows someone with a uterus, to everyone who is going to be affected by this decision: I love you. I am here to listen if you need someone to talk to. Today is hard, but we are going to fight for this. We will not take this lying down.
