The cat started to overheat when we got back from hiking to find the sun had shone through my tent and turned the black floor into lava and the interior to an oven, and I’m so mad at myself for not considering this would be a problem. The only time she’s really seriously overheated it was 95° and June and we were stuck somewhere far longer than we were meant to be. It’s not more than 78° here, but her fir is so unbelievably thick. Poor thing, she’s fine now, she warned me before it got bad, but ima have to find somewhere in the town go for the whole afternoon tomorrow because it’ll be 85 up here and she doesn’t need that
