(i typed an entire novel and then accidentally closed chrome and it deleted everything let me try doing this again i barely remember what i said ok so. also this is just me blabbering idk guys im not a rise writer im just some opinionated guy online and you can completely disagree with me and i dont say what goes or not ok? ok!)

i dont think raph would go to him with his issues but i think it'd defo get talked about through asking CJ about things and checking up on him etc. and i think CJ would give raph alot of insight and advice on how to deal with anxieties and traumas,, tho alot of their convos would just be one of them saying something vile and the other one going "oh. is that not normal?" and the first one looking at the latter like this

but all in all i think they'd definitely help eachother with dealing with stuff... i think especially raph will assist CJ in just taking the blow on how much there is to unpack... his entire life has been a big traumatic event, i imagine suddenly living a sustained life without having to fight for survival every day would be a lot for him to deal with, especially the confusion and grief over what he has lost (maybe what he has lost feels a bit like pointless grief to him now? which is a trauma in itself) and also grieving what he never had. as we know, grief is also things we shouldve had but never got, and i think all the hamatos would be really helpful in dealing with that.

tho CJ seems to be a bit of a hardass on stuff like this which is incredibly understandable when you've had to fight for everything with zero stability at all anywhere you went. i could see him confiding in raph about it, but not only him if im honest. but there is an undeniable security about raph i think that the characters i the show feel, and i think CJ would seek the stability and consistent reliability that raph provides.

i also like that CJ doesnt seem too scared about calling out people when they do wrong, i can defo see CJ bluntly telling raph that bad coping mechanisms is stupid and makes things worse and worries everyone around. (this is ofc hand in hand with the good ol' HC that raph bottles shit up/avoids talking abt things. personally i think he never shuts up and frequently rants about stuff and lets his family know whenever shit is up but he avoids going too deep so his family thinks he's being fully transparent when actually he's just not voicing the worst shit. this is so real to me no i do not need therapy shut u)

i definitely think raph would confide in CJ about the krang thing. CJ is the one who knows the most about it, i can see raph going to him to just get a bit more information about what was going on, and also a bit of relief hearing that it didnt go as bad as it couldve gone... I wanted to talk about a topic that is interesting to me at the moment-

when me and my partner @/keebokuun bring up the subject about J x Tessa for murder drones- alot of people bring up the dynamics that may need to improve- to which we say yeah- we dont ship them in the context of the show. Tessa is still very much biased and treating drones as her slaves that dont have rights as her since shes a human. whether its cuz of her culture, her trauma or whatever else. but in the context of a human au where they all grew up together- yeah that doesnt exist, or at least we have room to improve. and people have been polite enough about this and sharing their opinions and im greatful of that. yall are really cool and gave me ideas to improve my stories on 👌

Now hear me out, even if Jimin was in that bed lying down fully clothed just shooting the shit with RM, it would not have gone down very well. At all. Shit, would have hit, the fucking fan!

Does Jun Wu know Hua Cheng is Wu Ming?

1. Yes, the whole time.

2. No, he doesn't.

3. He figures it out over the course of the present day plot.

I wonder because he told XL that WM was gone and used how 'alone' and 'abandoned' XL is alot in his arguments. But also isn't the kiln and mount tonglu like his space. He never saw any of the statues and wondered? Also what did he think HC wanted from XL? Friendship? Relationship? Revenge? Control? What did he even think of Crimson Rain during the 800 years? I can see him having Black Water figured out and just enjoying that whole mess, but I'm not sure I can imagine what he thought of HC. For a character that really seems to know a lot, I can't help seeing HC as a bit of a blind spot for him? Maybe wilfully dismissed as unimportant?? Jun Wu be hard to understand 😅

Hey! Thanks for the ask! I made a poll out of it(as u know) and now as promised I'm also gonna share my thoughts!

Short answer: no! I do not believe so. And I don't for one very specific reason- Jun Wu mentions Wuming during the fight on the Heavens-Crossing Bridge. Specifically, he mentions whether or not Hua Cheng knows about Wuming, and all the things Xie Lian did back in his first banishment. He says it to undermine Xie Lian's confidence, both in the fight and in Hua Cheng's feelings for him. If he knew that Wuming was right there, ready to go "actually that's me, I already know all about that stuff, and I'm totally cool with it." he never would have brought him up.

Longer answer: we don't actually know how much attention Jun Wu paid to Mount Tonglu. I mean, it's never confirmed one way or another that he knows/doesn't know everything that goes on down there. I think it's sort of a mixed bag. On one hand, he didn't know about the statue of Xie Lian in the Kiln. On the other, he was in the Cave of Ten Thousand Gods, and the way I see it, he could have either found it beforehand, or he could have followed Xie Lian into it(because he was following Xie Lian by that point- right before he wakes up in the cave he has a nightmare about White No-Face, actually). I think the latter, just because he doesn't act during canon like he knows Hua Cheng is, like, mega-into Xie Lian. Because I do think that it's not hard to put together who made the Cave of Ten Thousand Gods if you saw it uncovered and thought about it a little.

In regards to what he thought Hua Cheng wanted out of Xie Lian... I think it's safe to say that at least initially he didn't think Hua Cheng loved him or anything. He tries to break apart Xie Lian and Hua Cheng very early, by sending Xie Lian to Ghost City on a mission that runs directly against Hua Cheng. Nevermind Xie Lian seeing the Gamblers' Den(which many people would find distasteful and think less of Hua Cheng for), if Hua Cheng wasn't so gung-ho about helping Xie Lian, recovering Ming Yi(and Lang Qianqiu) would've been really ugly. If Jun Wu actually knew Hua Cheng loved Xie Lian(or desired him sexually), I can't see him NOT trying to use that, either to harm Xie Lian or poison his opinion of Hua Cheng(like FXMQ).

I think it's also important to recognize that Mount Tonglu opened while Xie Lian was with Hua Cheng. Jun Wu did that. By this point in time, he's(I believe) already consumed Lang Ying, so he knew that Hua Cheng had invited Xie Lian to Ghost City for the day. If Hua Cheng's reaction hadn't been #KissingTime but violence instead, Xie Lian would have been greatly hurt, and that would have had its own repercussions on their relationship. (if it had been sexual violence...? i think he would have been mad about that, actually) The more I think about it, the more it seems like Jun Wu just didn't want Xie Lian around Hua Cheng at all, like "a supreme's already called dibs on him, back off" kind of deal.

What Jun Wu thinks of Hua Cheng... Overall I think he just hated him. Didn't like him at best. Hua Cheng really did turn out to be a blind spot of Jun Wu's, because there was so much about him that he didn't know. He didn't know he was Wuming or that he loved Xie Lian, and so he didn't think to incorporate those facts into his plans. But beyond that? Not sure. He definitely didn't like him- I would say there was value in Hua Cheng being feared and thus inspiring worship of Jun Wu and the heavens, but he has plenty of worshipers himself. Maybe some stuff about encouraging Heavenly Official solidarity. But I think the existence of Ghost City had a significant(positive) impact on the Mortal Realm, removing 'evil' stuff from the streets of mortal cities and giving ghosts a safe place to live, rather than remain in the open world where they can cause problems. So I don't think he liked that either. I also think he hated having such a powerful figure that he didn't have something over, be it authority or blackmail. Even if he was confident he could beat Hua Cheng, he's very much about control, and he has nothing on Hua Cheng.

Nah, i dont feel like ur attacking me, and I hope u dont feel the same when u see my complaints! Lmao. In my defense, I am replaying the game for the first time after completing my first file back in 2020, so alot of the faults i kinda shrugged off in my first playthrough are now glaringly in my face now that I no longer have the confusion and interest in learning the main story to keep me occupied. The game is clunky all the way through, and at some times, even frustratingly so.

But despite that, i do like this game. Alot! Its probably one of my top games ever if im being honest!

This ended up way longer than I intended, so im putting it under a readmore to keep the post short on dashboards

If i had to describe what I liked about the game in the simplest way imaginable…I think I would say, I like how the game makes me feel :) I like the music. I like the vibe. I like the immersion from city to city, and I like the premise! I like the characters and I like the connections you make with these characters! As im replaying this game, i am most excited to see Akira and his comments about the world :) i like hearing everyones voices, I like their little interactions in Mementos, and I like seeing them fight!

P5 is the first game I played in the series; its the game that introduced me to SMT in the first place! And it (smt) is a series that my longtime best friend LOVES and never thought hed be able to share with me! It is a game i keep very near to my heart; it has influenced me in ways i did not think would happen in the short couple of years since i first finished it. It genuinely keeps me awake some nights thinking about the world this game has created, and I think that is a testament to the impact its had, be it good or bad.

The joke about wishing theyd make a persona game that was Good is that despite all of its numerous flaws, the games manage to snatch your attention and pull you in anyway. Imagine if they made a game that had all of those things that i mentioned I loved, but done Right and executed Properly?? Where I got to have a story that made sense and didnt need to be spoonfed to me (in like an HOUR of dialogue and scenes; an HOUR!), and characters that talked and bonded beyond the tiny snippets of interaction theyre allowed to have in mementos? Combat that let me use PERSONAS i liked instead of BUILDS that stop me from getting instakilled throughout the entirety of the endgame, and a Persona building mechanic that didnt feel like I was shooting in the dark looking for possible fusions that end up not even being useful in the endgame.

Ive mentioned it before, but I complain so much bc I have seen what a good p5 game looks like, and its Strikers almost to a T. Combat is still your typical warriors-esque style combat, but it is at least different from the turn based strategy of the main game. Characters talk to each other freely, they hang out and comfort each other in a way that feels more connected that the base game. Strikers implements the ability to see ALL possible fusions with ALL registered personas, not just the ones in your Stock, so you can fuse easily without having yo consult a guide. The story feels like it makes SENSE with antagonists that feel morally grey and sympathetic. Genuinely, alot of the complaints for p5 I had were almost immediately rectified in this game.

But please also know that the praises I sing for this game is only bc of the groundwork laid by p5 and the world it created. Thats what I like about this game, that it had such a captivating premise and cast of characters, that a DIFFERENT company was able to hit the ground running with them. P5 had alot happening in that game, but i think what it had most was potential. The effort put into this game is astronomical, and the possible connections you can outright MISS if u arent paying attention was worth the money and time to implement; even if it meant that it could be considered a waste of resources to higher ups.

Books and games and part time jobs???!! Silly little cutscenes that add nothing to the game PLOTwise, but define and flesh out the personality of your protagonist. There was alot of love put into this game, and its evident by the fact that we have NOT seen a new persona game released; they bank on existing titles bc they are unwilling to make a game like this from scratch again. They dont want to ‘waste’ resources on good voice acting and a complex, overarching story; they dont want to waste money on scenes a player may never see, on routes a player may never get to experience. Making a game that gives u even the slightest bit of freedom means more money in programming and detailing that freedom. This has been an issue for a WHILE, and its a miracle that the gaming landscape had space for a colossal title like p5!

I complain bc I want better, and I do not think that is inherently at odds with my love of this game. In b4 im told to get good; ive played on hard and tested out merciless (its NOT fun, im making godbuilds again and its boring 😞). Its not the most accessible turnbased rpg; theres no colorblind modes, and the affinity system is convoluted and overwhelming. Combo moves are hard to keep track of and it can be incredibly frustrating to see your turns being skipped or seeing characters take extreme technical damage without understanding WHY it happened. The fact that they KNEW the game was desperate for qol improvements by the time royal came out, and instead of updating the base game to have those improvements too, they just pushed the royal edition out for people to play instead. It sucks! Customers and fans deserve better than being forced to shell out money for a game they already played !

As the gaming climate gets more and more hostile and unbearable, I think it is good to look at your games critically, and understand why products come out subpar. Persona 5 is a fun game that has a nice cast and an interesting premise, but it is ultimately tied down by its refusal to build on existing building blocks regarding its combat, and it insists on having insulting and downright out of character dialogue and scenes to appease the audience its designed to be targeted to. It is easy to forget sometimes that queer ppl are infact NOT the prime target of these games, its cishet gamer bros from aged 16 to 40 who will laugh at homophobic comments, who drool over a 16 yr old girl with a 16 yr old mindset and a grown womans body, who need to be placated with constant sexual comments to deal with a convoluted story that will inevitably make zero sense until its laid out for you before the literal end of the game.

Its bad. Its good. Its so shallow and its unbelievable that they thought having the plot twist make ZERO sense until they showed CUTSCENES of YOUR character discussing Goro and his connections to the metaverse for endgame SHOCK VALUE was more important than just having your team be smart and piece it together over time. Its shit. Its literally amazing. It let you FUCK your teacher ??????????????what the FUCK. They also let me shoot a god in the face w the best looking ult persona in the world so i can ignore that shit. And ultimately that is how i got through the game. Lol.

I do think the Endo community should actively stop painting everyone and every sub-group within the anti-endo/Endo critical/endo-neutrals movement with the same brush. There are different levels of harm each subgroup causes and pretending we all believe the same thing or go about syscourse the same way is exhausting.

There are plenty of smaller groups within these communities and I've honestly never seen an Endo acknowledge them or recognize that they are different with different beliefs. Not to mention, now that I think about it, "anti-endo" is a bit nebulous. Not in a literal sense but everyone you ask says something different and holds that view for different reasons. Anti-endos don't even all agree that they don't believe in endos and believing in endos is typically how it's defined. But back to the sub-groups, let's see there are;

Anti-endos that believe endos exist but dislike the community or common communal actions so they disapprove of it.

Anti-endos that don't believe in endogenic systemhood full stop

Anti endos who think endogenisism is a MUD or medically unrecognized disorder like Biid or munchousens by proxy

Anti-endos who were too harmed by the endogenic community and it's allowance of said harm to ever be ok with the community. They could believe they exist or not

Anti-endos who don't believe now but could believe later with sufficient and good evidence.

Anti-endos who think some endos exist but not to the extent shown.

Anti-endos who approve of some system origins and not others.

And so so much more. Why are all these people under the anti-endo umbrella? And! Why are terms like endo-critical, Endo neutral (even those who don't have an opinion, dont care or just don't personally feel comfortable around endos get lumped into the anti-endo label!!) often lumped in when they can mean so much on their own?? Endo-critical could just mean you don't like the bigger Endo community or that you don't believe certain aspects of what endos believe as a whole, not that you discredit the whole thing.

Endo-neutrals and those without opinions, don't care or arnt comfortable due to abuse truely get some of the worst of Endo anger. How are Endo neutrals harmful when they often acknowledge endos exist. How are they harmful when they say they don't have enough information or evidence to form an opinion. So just passively existing without interacting or explicitly supporting the Endo community is an act of aggression against it? That's fucking concerning.

I think part of it is that they are like white American Christians, they claim they are experiencing some sort of oppression and no body else believes them because they arnt. They see themselves (and by extension other "usually only online" identities like therians and other microlabels) as inherently oppressed because they are small, they think that have something similar to a very oppressed mental disorder, they have "antis" and they occationally experience misdirected ablesim because they are assumed to be disordered. It's really concerning when your personal view point sees everyone who doesn't support you as an enemy or a potential enemy.

Why? That's bigot rhetoric. Bigots don't like people who don't acknowledge them, arnt them or explicitly hate them. It's the very simple truth shared by so many forms of bigotry from racism to transphobia to sexism to xenophobia and so many others. Your not the same as me, you don't give me attention (support) and you don't like that im hurting these people therefore you are part of the enemy. That's how alot of fucking endos act. If your not Endogenic(traumagenic or singlet. They themselves constantly admit that they are wary of traumagenics aka the actually disabled due to their system folks) your immediately suspect. If you post system content or did content or anything even remotely system related but don't talk about endos/acknowledge endos or answer questions related to the Endo community or imply you support the Endo community, your suspect. If you are not actively anti-endo, you are suspect.

Of course all these things could make sense when we talk about actually oppressed groups. Disabled (did/Cdds) have every right to be uncomfortable around abled people (endos), It's suspicious for someone to be talking about different cultures and foods but only concerning white cultures and foods, if you arnt actively saying you don't like sexism or have somewhere stating you are a feminist, women might assume the worst of you. Endos, by virtue of not being an oppressed group and not inherently having a disability by virtue of their endogenisism, do not get to act and treat others like they are their oppressors. They do not get to be on guard because no one cares about them. They do not get the benefit of the doubt when they ask offensive questions. They do not have the right to pretend it is an oppression when it fucking isn't.

Its just another offensive part of that community and makes you look dramatic at best and at worst? Just another clear sign that you're pretending to have some form of disability (Cdds) without actually having it but dont want to openly lie about it. We all know your lieing and if your not? Get your shit together and get your ass in therapy so you can stop supporting pseudo science and start supporting your fellow systems in the actual system community.

It's not a shock that endo numbers decline when public visibility of did/Cdds peters out. They have record low numbers right now because it's been years since the public had some media or person with did be in the spotlight. It's not shocking that they suddenly stop talking about it and delete posts when they realize they are going to get ablesim from actual ableists and not just the actually disabled people calling them out. Your a fad. A trend. You can stop pointing to poc's cultures and practices now and offensively comparing them to you, white Endo. You can move along now.

All in all, anti-endo really doesn't mean anything and it gets thrown around with zero nuance or solid definition. Usually it means you don't believe in endos but if you do believe in them and don't like the community or don't think them and Cdds should have shared spaces or dont particularly care about them or don't talk about them or don't consider them oppressed or really just piss one of them off for unrelated reasons and happen to be traumagenic exclusively, your now a certified anti-endo. It's bullshit essentially lmao same as people who call all LGBT people groomers. It means nothing, it's a buzzword and it only matters to their other bigot friends.

So if someone calls you an anti-endo, regardless of if you actually are/identify as one, wear it with pride because it means fuck all other than you pissed off an ablesit.

(Some of them don't even clarify why and make pretty bad comparisons/points) Like uh what

You are telling me Dick Grayson , the same guy who turned down a whole rich funding from a shady guy at one point wouldn't care on how Alfred somehow managed to have more money than Bruce Wayne ???? And the only explanation we get is that it was invested WISELY & ETHICALLY?!

Like bro depending on the continuity, Alfred has killed people in his run as a spy in England, he is not too innocent and his definition of morals and ethics can differ ALOT from us.

If TT did act on it other than the bland/low stake stuff he's been doing, we could have had a pretty good stake in the game since that money would matter quite a lot (its too relevant to the plot) and would put Dick into a dilemma on if he should use it or not incase he found out its origins...It would have actually led to Character development...

Like what's wrong in pointing out bad writing? You have to show or atleast show implications for things not just spell it out.... just saying "Character A did good things" isn't enough. You need to show what good things Character A did.

Im genuinely curious as to what exactly is this fan base...and what's wrong with it since....how is this question even dumb?

Unpopular opinion…

It seems as if everyone is annoyed at Bryce for not immediately sharing every detail of her world with the IC. Bryce did not read 5 ACOTAR books or know these people as we do. Her experience with Fae (rightfully) show that they are horrible. These people overthrew her enemy which must mean they are dangerous.

Although they do not physically torture her it is EXTREMELY CLEAR not just by their actions but actual DIALOGUE that they do not trust Bryce

Also, the IC just finished a war and for the first time in most of their lives are experiencing peace. We know from ACOTAR that Rhysand and friends will do all that is necessary to keep their world save even if that includes killing Bryce which could upon a portal for the big bad “Daglan/ Asteri”

Bryce realising she needs to escape and being reckless is understandable she left her mate and family behind and she doesn’t have time to win the IC’s trust. They clearly view her as a prisoner not a guest and have disarmed her. Bryce does not have one reason to trust them or even expect to them to be trustworthy.

I feel the people who feel let down by this crossover are let down by the fact that the CRESCENT CITY book centers around the CRESCENT CITY characters and isn’t more batboy smut.

There are definitely plot points that could have been dealt with better such as the information from Silene, everything about Ithan. The biggest issue I have with Bryce is her seemingly having this golden hamster wheel in her mind which happens to make perfect conveniently timed plans. Bryce does feel like a moderniser attempt at Aelin’s character. That being said constantly drawing comparisons between the FMC takes away from them so it isn’t something I feel I should do.

Ithan is so annoying to me especially his inability to stay on track or have any logical thought process. I don’t understand his undying loyalty to the wolves who abandoned and betrayed him. Sigrid tried to KILL HIM as well but he still yapped on about her and had no respect for his friend Cormac by not even protesting against the idea of resurrecting Sophie just to use her power to make himself feel better. He should have focused on the friends that are loyal to him which he even called his pack.

Also ENOUGH with the sunball references. Only so much benefits can be drawn from sunball which directly correlates with any real world benefit.

Tharion just feels like one big yap fest (lack of a better explanation to convey the boredom he perpetuates in me). Aidas and Appolion also could have spoken up about EVERYTHING about two books ago or at least in all their little encounters with Hunt.

I have religiously read every Sarah J Maas and all things considered I really enjoyed this book it might even be my favorite in the CC universe.

I enjoyed it more than Tower of Dawn, ACOSF and ACOFAS but I will not read the next book if it is about Ithan or Tharion.

I suspect Azriel is linked to Hel but Sarah definitely still has alot of loose threads surrounding him which is starting to feel redundant and an elaborate attempt at making him seem mysterious.

Things I would like so see in the Maasverse: the parasite being removed from the water and the Midgardians tapping into their raw power, better understanding of Bryce and Hunt joint ability. I also think Sarah could become one of the best fantasy writers of all time if she focused more on how the multiverse works (time differences, abilities (technicalities of it all). I would like to know what happened to Erilea because all the evidence points to it being a conquered world which will honestly just be depressing but we see that Prythian and midgard follow the same time sequence so perhaps Erilea is joined in on that time scape and Aelin falling through still happens relatively “recent”.

And I agree on how annoying the term “alphahole” is but lets focus on the real enemy “his luxurious length”. That just reminds me of ms Perky in 10 things I hate about you and Reginalds quivering member.

Let’s move away from the smut which was excellently balanced out in TOG in my opinion. I do think that Sarah amortised her credibility as a fantasy writer between TOG and ACOTAR by focusing more on the smut scenes and not the plot point. I am ready to be hated but I DON’T care about what Lorcan did or Cassian and the stupid headboard. I DO care about how the time differs between the universes, the different gods in all the worlds and how they link, each string on the harp and the different heritages.

Aries moons are my people. They're just so true to themselves and others and if there had to be a 'true honest' placement to exist, it is aries moon. They can see the truth and they always stand for it no matter what. Very strong opinions and their brutality shows once they think you're doing something wrong. They are like so trustworthy at a point when you would realize they're the only people who you can "always" count on. Both my mom and dad have this placement so i know very well.

Virgo moons are sometimes fake. They do know what they're doing tho and yes they do worry alot but you can't always count on them coz they have a jealous nature somewhere and it's rare you find a true friend in them. They are absolutely hardworking but sometimes they do show off by lying to some extent. I'm sorry but i really do love you guys for your great intellect.

Gemini moons are so manipulative. Omg these people act so innocent but they be knowing everything about you and what you really are and so clever they will manipulate. This placement not always stands up for the truth and they infact are the biggest criminals if they tolerate injustice as marked by subash chandra bose. When it comes to trust, I don't trust you guys. I live and let live :)

Aquarius moons are also somewhat like gemini moons but they are so scattered in their personalities which makes them less likely to be manipulative. They are good people man. Better than gemini moons atleast hahah.

Aquarius sun. So recently a few months back I finally met someone like me, an aquarius man. I didn't have any aquarius friends and I didn't really know if all this stereotypes were actually true. They are true. But to some extent. He's an aqua sun wid an aries moon. And yes he's so exciting, humorous, energetic and so truthful and trustworthy omg. We met in such an unusual way and we shared many things in common. Moreover our bdays are in the same week! 7th feb and 9th feb. So yeah, I'd just say one thing that Aquarius and Aquarius compatibility works. Infact very well. This is a real life experience and we're in love wid each other rn.

I have a soft spot for all the Taurus suns out there. I'm a taurus moon and the level of comfort vibes we get from each other is soo goood. My two brothers are Taurus suns but different moon sign. And that doesn't matter much actually coz I observed something similar between them. They are my cousins so I get to meet them twice a year on occasions and we share alot of hugs and cuddles whenever we are together. I don't have sibling so when I'm with them, there's an urge inside of me to kind of have that brother-sister love. And this isn't just about my brothers. I've some guy friends who are taurus and they all make me feel so comfortable and good. They're trustworthy af.

And now if I talk about taurus sun women, I mean older women, like my english teacher, she is so open minded I love it. Generally taurus suns are stereotyped as narrow minded but irl I've never met a taurus sun who is not open minded. They are very accepting of new ideas and innovation. Ah and one similarity I noticed that these open minded taurus suns who I've met and connected with have air moons.

Capricorn men are gentlemen. I mean it. I've a great friend who has a cap sun wid scorpio moon and he is so generous and truthful. But ofc, there is some hidden depth inside of him which he doesn't let anyone knows about. But we're greaaat friends and he makes me feel at home.

Virgos are so against astrology I mean they hear something about this and they're like 'ah that's all bullshit'. Especially virgo suns. My dad doesn't get all this. And even some friends who think it's just a made up story.

Aquariuses are very open to astrology I've seen this alot. We don't believe this is all true. We simply try to connect the dots. We observe and we don't force ourselves to relate. Astrology observations are just observations. It's a simple thing. I don't believe in astrology. I just observe and if it connects in some way or even if it contradicts it, I write it down here. Nonetheless, these are real life observations.

I've seen scorpios find capricorns intimidating and vice versa? Provided they have the same moon sign element.

Gemini suns are awesome. I recently went on a trek and this guy was so friendly and great to talk to. We made friends wid him and omg the bond we created in just a one day trek! Gemini stereotypes as far as I've observed are freakin true.

I know I don't write much about leo, libra, sag and pisces placements and that's because I don't have much people havin those placements. But since I added this as a point, it has a reason. I've observed pisces placements are shy when you're talkin for the first time. Libras are not that trustworthy, I just don't engage much wid them. I don't have many leos in my life coz after once that I've engaged wid them, that's it. They mind their own business so well. And sag is just sag. Carefree and crazy. Love y'all.

Aries suns are so immature at times but if you give them a little sympathy and make them understand just like a child, they will understand. I did this wid one of my aries friend and she's so cute she cried when she lost in go-karting.

So I noticed this thing twice. A man dates a woman who has the same sun sign as his rising sign, fell in love and are in a serious relationship rn. He's a libra rising wid gemini sun and moom and dates a libra sun women. The same thing happened wid me hahah. He's an aquarius rising and sun and I'm an aquarius sun. This synastry works I guess.

Hi 👋🏼 so I heard the rest of the album and wanted to share my opinion.

So I have listened to it one time but so far I have loved most of the songs.

There are songs that started great but ended up being disappointing and others that I think should have been kept in a drawer. But I can say that my favourite is fortnight. I don’t know why but it actually stuck with me for some reason and fresh out of the slammer.

Now, I am going to share my insight into this album and you can agree to disagree but I hope we can all be civil when discussing because we are all mature adults here. And again this is my impression. And if I am not making sense please say so and I’ll try and explain myself better. English is not my first language and so I can sometimes say stuff that don’t translate well into words.

The first thing I noticed about the album is that there were no love songs on it but it was also not a breakup album.

I think the biggest theme of the album was “ I am lost”

Taylors entire life has always been mapped out. And even when she ventures off and did things differently that was also planned because everything was a theme. When people say she changes her self to fit her “boyfriends” image they are not wrong but they are also not completely right. I think a part of it comes down to finding herself which she probably never had the chance to considering how she consumes her self with the music and the industry.

My theory is that when she met Joe she found the escape she needed and a new place to explore far away from the media. But that didn’t satisfy her, because deep down she doesn’t know who she is away from the light. And thats the insecurity we see in lover. The. Locked down happened and again she was lost musically and romantically but with songwriting she thought she can fill in the wholes in the relationship but I don’t think that satisfied him and so he didn’t want to continue. Which made a bigger gap

With midnights, for me at least, it sounded like she was going back through her life to try and figure out who she was and how did she get there. I think there was a lot of questions about herself she was trying to answer. So when she and Joe broke up it added to doubt she had about herself and that why we got TTPD.

The reason we didn’t get alot of Joe songs is not because she loved Matty more or she wanted him more but because she her self was struggling, it was not just a rebound but it was an experiment. From what I heard in the swings no one in her circle understood the appeal but were playing along because of what she was going through. To me it felt like she was not saying fuck you all the fans and people around her with the relationship but more of “ I need this so let me be”. Like she was trying to prove something to herself.

The most interesting song to me was So High school, because it does seem to be about Travis, but it sounded like he is just convenient more than a love affair. She also doesnt understand him or finds him interesting and sees his world as juvenile but it’s safe to stay in for a little while

The song I Can Do It With A Broken Heart is not about heart break but about struggling with fame. I can’t explain why but that’s how the lyrics played to me.

I don’t think she is happy in her life outside her music and songwriting. Again I think she is lost and she is trying to cop with a lot of sad emotions.

It’s both relieving and heart-breaking to see a child star grow up to realise that they have been moulded to be who they are by their elders and the industry. Her anger and confusion at this is so understandable and well over due.

I also agree with your interpretation of So High School. From The relationship being portrayed in this song sounds quite superficial/surface level. Especially when you compare it to the way she writes about her other muses.

At the end of the day, Taylor Swift is midnight rain; she is ever changing. I can imagine this would leave her in a state of constant confusion.

Also involving TADC. This isn't some no name. This is Gooseworx. She has a long line of animation before this that was popular. And I mean it that it has better wider appeal.

I tried to show my friends Hazbin back when the pilot released at a party, and I got stopped by someone saying "that creator is a pedophile, transphobic, racist, homophobic, disgusting person" and I got threatened to be kicked out of the party after trying to show someone the pilot. Now, dear readers, I had not heard the allegations at that point because I just wasn't on those parts of the internet, and I only knew VIvzie from her Die Young and speed paints. I knew of Zoophobia, but it did not interest me much so didn't read it. I will be honest I was orginally really sceptical, since that was alot of accusations being told to me aggressivly. I asked the guy where he saw this and said he had never heard of the creator until that week on twitter. I honestly was a bit suspicious since this was during the time of hunicast and everything seemed great. I almost got kicked out of a party over it too, which is not a good way to get someone to be sympathetic to your opinion if they had heard nothing up to that point. This was sometime after the pilot when the main big spike in controversy had started to settle and alot of callout posts got deleted by this point, so I just shrugged my shoulders and moved on. I couldn't find the evidence after all the big deleting and broken links, since it might be obvious to us, but it can be rough figuring it out for a newbee to the controversy. Especially back then when things were overwhelmingly more positive. I also wasn't going to condem someone for something I couldn't even find evidence for. I never spoke of Hazbin amongst anybody for years, and it was my biggest secret, since I knew folks were weird about it because of some twitter post I couldn't even find anymore. Maybe I should have read the writing on the wall, but I don't blame myself for being skeptical when I had such a hard time finding the evidence in the beginning, and the few I did find were some of the more softball accusations that leaned toward more a slap of the wrist like how she could he kind of a brat on twitter or something (alot of people are, so not gonna drop her over that. That's like alot of internet personalities). Obviously I found the stuff later and now things make more sense.

Not to mention some of the Hazbin content is edgy without a purpose at times, so it takes some disclaimers when showing a friend. The Hazbin pilot was not the worse, but you wanna show a friend the Helluva Boss Pilot. Good f***ing luck. You'll get alot of silent judgement. I will give credit that actual Helluva Boss after the pilot is more sharing friendly a bit. I think I could shiw a friend some early HB epidsodes especially the harvest moon festival without too much incident. Hazbin is pretty okay without the controversy with some bad moments like the Jeffery dahmer joke and shit, but you can kind of get by. However, Viv's controversy kept the show back from being shared more. It also sometimes push the envolope but rather than in storytelling it was edgy humor and you would have to ask yourself "Do I want my friends to associate this with me?"

My main point though. Throughout this entire time we watched the shit out of goosworx and would even hang out having "viewing parties" aka an excuse to hang out and eat. I never have been nervous about showing their stuff. I don't think you have to be no controvercial or plain for that either. Look at little runmo. My friends and I were obsessed with the idea of a capitalist metephor and some of the theories we made with deeper themes. But it was never crude in an embarassing way so it spreads through word of mouth better. That's why Vivzie has a fandom more than viewers now. You gotta already have bought in to watch it.

I'd say that at the end of the day, the adult show that you can show your friends, kids, and mother is going to have an easier time finding a bigger audience than the one that opens with the r-word...but Family Guy and South Park.

Vivzie's shows have several hurdles in place just by virtue of being an extremely crude animated show. And then, after all those, they've got to overcome Vivzie.

Wille’s privilege?

So we all remember the Queen's famous words about how being royal is not a punishment but a privilege.

And in many ways he is super privileged. But in otherways he's really not.

And being the Crown prince actually limits some of his human rights and freedoms compared to his mates. And as someone who has studied human rights law I find it pretty interesting to think about.

Now I just want to start off by saying that Wilhelm is still very much privileged when it comes to human rights. He doesn't have to live in fear of persecution or death for anything. He has rights other people around the world does not.

But this is about something else and I just want to talk about the rights and freedoms that are more limited in different ways. And in this case it's mostly rights that the royal family has sacrificed themselves. Again, we are not talking human rights that are limited, deprived or breached by the government. I just want to underline some ways in which Wilhelm and the rest of the royal family are very limited.

Right to privacy: Everyone has the right to respect for his private and family life, his home and his correspondence article 8,1 ECHR

Yeah, pretty self explantory. The royal family does not enjoy alot of privacy. Pretty much everything seems to be fair game when it comes to sharing and digging into their lives.

Right to freedom of religion: Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief, in worship, teaching, practice and observance. Art 9 ECHR

The royal family has to be raised Lutheran. Or to be more specific the person in direct line to the throne has to be, according to the law of succession.

So here we actually have a law that limits Wilhelm’s freedom of religion. We don't know however how religious the family actually is apart from cultural and ceremonial purposes. He does wear his cross necklace almost all the time so.

And Simon is still free to choose his even if they marry. Their children- not so much.

Right to freedom of expression: Everyone has the right to freedom of expression. This right shall include freedom to hold opinions and to receive and impart information and ideas without interference by public authority and regardless of frontiers. This Article shall not prevent States from requiring the licensing of broadcasting, television or cinema enterprises. Art 10 ECHR

This is an article that already has limitations that applies to everyone but the royal family has limited it for themselves even more. They are not supposed to speak on politcal matters and keep a neutral stance on politics.

They are allowed to vote but have chosen not to to keep their neutrality.

You can always argue though that the work they do and the topics they choose to engage in are infact political statements, for instance engaging in environmental issues and participating in the QX gala but they are still far more limited than the rest of the population in Sweden.

If we take Simon for example, nothing stops him from speaking up in the classroom when the discussion comes up in class whearas Wille has ti stay silent. Simon even questions him about it and demands answers to why Wille never spoke up. It doesn't even cross his mind that Wille isn't allowed until Wille says it.

To a lesser extent it's also highlighted when they are in Wille's room before Wille's interview and Simon says "they can't make you..."

Because in the end they kinda can make Wille say or not say anything depending on their agenda.

So while these might not be the most serious limitations on human rights, especially not in the bigger picture I still think it's worth remembering that with every privilege that Wille enjoys there's also a downside. And it's pretty sad.

On inherent stories and worldbuilding

OK so the title is pretentios but you looked at it right? cool

anyways, Im making a cardgame right now, like MTG but hopefully monotized in a more ethical way. like, as a 1 time purchase or subscription.

So, In my game there is a very heavy emphasis on ecology, and it is basically explicitly environmentalist propoganda, that's not the point tho, what we are trying to do initially is trick people into thinking about environmental issues with cool worldbuilding. And on that worldbuilding, as lead desiner/writer person, I think I can actually share some pretty good tips.

Some quick background, not super important. In our wold there a 4 color identities, wich is both for gameplay (mtg inspired) and lore (also mtg inspired) Red, white(yellow), Green, black(purple), for each of wich is a place on an alighnment chart and teirs within the factions represented by these colors. again, like MTG

On that topic, of the factions and identities these card colors and gameplay elements represent, I have some tips for Dms and other worldbuilders.

My main thing, Is inherrent stories (built in stories).

As an example,

The Orks in my world are reptilian hominids obsessed with fire. As a starting point my desire was to do a new type of Ork, where we maintain the motif of chaos alighned "Monsters" who's actions serve the bad guys, like in WoW or LotR. from there I knew that my red faction was fire themed, but building up this concept was kinda hard for me. I didn't really know hoe to start with meeting this desire while subverting the typical Ork tropes.

So I decided to take the aproach of working from first my desire to have a fire ascociation. I Already had a theme of the main humanoids in my world being ascociated or related to specific animal groups, Goblins have similarity to anteaters, elves bees, and Dorvs beetles and grubs. So I knew the first step in my Orls was going to be Making them some sort of animal.

And i had a good think on that, you know I landed on reptiles. wich seem obvious in hindsight, but at the time I was very excited about this, since it meant there was already a clear connection to be made with fire. since most reptiles cannot regulate heat on their own, a connection to the sun and fire is very easy to make. Especially for a hominid species. Already we have a peice of a narrative, Orks love Fire because they need it to survive cold days. Wonderful, now how do we get that ascociation to chaos and subvert the typical barbaric Orks trope?

My first thought was inspired by Warhammer greenskins, wich isn't super subvertive, just giving orks big techy robots doesn't do much to change the ascociation with brutish methods and uncivilized nature. I knew I wanted to make the Orks more equal intelectually with my other factions, instead of having them be the mindless other bent on chaos. So the step after "Ork like fire" turned out to be their philosophy

What I ended up going for was in my opinion pretty original,

Orks, Due to their reliance on Fire, developed a culture and Philosophy built on the nurturing of "Warmth." Warmth takes many fors for the Orks, they find it in Art, Music, magic, and love. Family and play and Food, and even war. Where the Orkish philosophy deteriorates as a method of governance it the often single minded focus on what makes an individual feel good, and forgetting that other people, even those that don't seek warmth, have needs and desires too. By creating this intrinsic societal issue, where governance ends up focusing on how to make one's tribe as warm as possible, we can create narratives about how desperate poorer comunites are for warmth, how creative they get, and how even bad, and evil deeds can be seen as a positive as long as they bring warmth to your tribe.

We can have wars and espionage and gatherings and beutiful ronmances all built around this pervasive desire for individual pleasure. And we can have stories form when an Ork realizes that the Goblins they've hurt also want good things, and how the Orks realize that their selfish behavior makes the world less warm for everyone. We can have stories about nurturing empathy in a selfish society, and stories about becoming closer to one another, of seperating one's self from those who use them and hurt them.

Also, with this narrative, Orks turn into warbands of bards, preists, and mages, keen on nurturing warmth and helping their ingroup. WHOA we just subverted the barbarian ork trope didnt we? HORRAY ALL OF OUR GOALS HAVE BEEN FULFILLED BY ONE DESCISION SPIRALLING!

Of course perscribing concepts and personality to individual characters based off of their race is a horrible thing to do. but for a group it's very usefull to narrow down concrete adjectives and emotions that are associated with your societies and cultures.

My Advice to you, is try to find your Ork bards, but don;t start there. Think about how society would form around the 4 legged Praying mantis men your story is about, and how different a society could be based off of the physiological environment your characters exist in.

My second peice fo advice, Is that If you want to make a specific type of civilization, As an example, hive cities (like warhammer), try to think about what typre of culture would develope that city? who would live in the underwater Utopia, who would work in the sugar mines, and why do the sugar mines exist? I know It can be increadably difficult to find an angle to take your worldbuilding, so start with 1 small descision, an easy one, like "Do I want my orks to be colorful?" Answer that, then build from there.

My opinion no one asked but i belive jm is more close to hobi and yg than he's to V. I know ALOT of people love their dynamics and because of that it's hard to tell but i do believe jm is more close to hobi and yg emotionally and otherwise too than he's with V. Yes it was different in their early yrs cause those might be the yrs where these two were attached to the hips and all but that has changed over the yrs. Their dynamics is still same silly goofy but the like what jm has with hobi nd yg..hobi is jm's person.

i agree with RM and jk cause they have that admiration for each other but they simply don't hangout together like other members infact i don't remember a time where these two went out by their like just the two of them. Jk looks upto RM since he was trainee and he still holds RM to that position and all the members including RM respect jk as an artist alot cause of the amount of talent he possess in a single person.

if there's one thing about yg? it's that he wouldn't never shut up about jk. he seems very very endeared by jk and treats jk as his own child. He's proud of jk and just endeared by him alot.

Jinkook are funny together even if they don't hangout together as you said Cause both seems pretty introvert but they just too synch with eachother that those hangouts doens't falter their friendship.

And as you said jk doens't seem the type of person who goes out much unless someone asks him so i believe most those hangouts with tae nd wooga are Pretty much tae including him in his circle cause jk wasn't doing much at that time, just like it was jm with his friends nd jk tagging along Maybe cause jm asked him to. I remember jk saying he don't mind new people joining him at all. In the phone call jk did say that vmin came to his home to that time and dragged him out so this tells he's not much of a outgoing person unless someone asks him and he joins happily.

Now with jikook i believe they didn't hangout much this yr but idt it affects their friendship in any way. When you have spent too much time together and have been the first person to comfort the other for these many yrs some time apart doens't affect it much. I don't know where they stand now but yeah they are one of the closest pair in the grp if not the closest.

Yeah, Hobi's definitely Jimin's person. I think Yoongi's someone Jimin gets along really well with. They both like drinking and bickering. Their personalities fit. They apparently hang out with that MC Armys don't like because of Jungkook. I'm not sure we know enough about Jimin and Suga to say they're closer than, say, Jimin and V. This year, I think Jimin and Yoongi's schedules were really compatible, and they were both going through the same tiring process of recording music, preparing for a comeback, shooting content, etc., so they hung out a lot. I think Jimin and Hobi are also the members that reach out to everyone the most. Jimin's big on socializing. I remember Yoongi saying "someone" felt the need to call him everyday when he had covid, or after surgery?, and Jimin sheepishly said that someone was him haha.

All the members know, more than some Armys want to acknowledge, that Jungkook is vital to BTS. They're all very grateful to him for it. They baby him a lot, but have heavily relied on his role in the group. Jin is actually the member who probably least idolizes JK, and that's so on brand for them.

I think Jinkook are really similar in terms of personalities, while also being opposites. Jungkook's more thoughtful and sentimental while Jin is more impulsive. But they both kind of live in the moment and have very playful and eccentric personalities. They cling to each other a lot on stage and at work because Jungkook is very restless and Jin will always play along with him. Jin said the person who shared his humor the most was JK. I think Jin is kind of the safe, endearing yet annoying, big brother. Their relationship seems more simple than some of the other relationships, maybe because that's how Jin is. He's "simple", consistent, and reliable. Jinkook's dynamic is one of the most stable ones, or one that has changed the least imo, and it's not easily impacted by time apart. But it's unfair to just call them funny together. I think people, not saying you!, sometimes downplay Jinkook's bond and also Jin in general. Jin is not someone who brags about himself, and he downplays his own worth a lot, so he's kind of mysterious. I think there's a lot about Jin and his dynamics with the members that isn't shared.

I agree with you about V and Jungkook.

About Jikook, I don't think they were hanging out tons, and I think they went weeks without seeing each other because Jimin was really busy and focused on work while Jungkook was resting at home in the beginning of the year. And then jungkook became super busy and was flying everywhere, so... But they hung out a lot more than we think. I mean, they shot a documentary together, they were seen in Jeju island - yet that was only confirmed by V and not Jikook. Jikook rarely confirm they hang out. We kind of find out. The fact that they enlisted together is a big bomb they dropped on us. The whole time people thought they weren't close they were planning to spend the next 18 months together. They're the only members who weren't forced apart... That says a lot about them. As for their closeness, is there anyone Jungkook talks about more in his lives than Jimin? Didn't he react to multiple Jimin videos and covered all of his big songs? To me, they'll always be the closest in BTS. Their relationship is so deep we can only see the surface.
