What do you say in a WCW post?

A WCW, which stands for Woman Crush Wednesday, is a post on social media that highlights and celebrates the accomplishments of an individual woman. These posts are often shared to inspire others who may feel less confident in their abilities or worthiness. They also serve as reminders to be kinder to ourselves and each other.

What qualifies someone as worthy of being a Woman Crush Wednesday honoree? There is no particular qualification for inclusion in this series beyond having accomplished something notable or otherwise noteworthy. You can be male, female, transgendered, cisgender- identifying with your birth gender - it doesn't matter! It is very important to have an interesting picture in your WCW post, but you also want to say something about the person in your text.

How do I post my WCW?

Do you have a woman in your life that you would like to nominate for Woman Crush Wednesday? Well, here is how to do it. 1) Find the person's social media page or website and make sure they are following you on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. 2) Tweet their picture with the hashtag #WCW so people can find them! 3) Include why this woman inspires you in your tweet (optional). 4) Tag @instagram if your post is about an IG account. 5) If she has her own blog or website, include a link in the tweet 6) If she doesn't have social media pages set up yet, contact me at @womancrushwednesdays via DM and I will help get.
