This paragraph could refer to Hollyleaf's depression, loneliness, and insanity. Her anger and sadness could lead her to feel this way (Gonna take off all my skin / Tear apart all of my insides). "Mom and Dad think you'll be saved" refers to Hollyleaf finding out Brambleclaw and Squirrelflight weren't her parents, saying that they (specifically Squirrelflight) cannot redeem themselves for their lying, secrecy, and betrayal.

They never had the time

They gonna medicate your lives

You were always born a crime

We salute you in your grave

This whole paragraph refers to all of her parental trauma. "You were always born a crime" refers to how she is biologically half-clan. Her dedication to the warrior code makes her feel like a fraud after finding this out, or, as MCR would say it, she feels her existence is a 'crime' against the code. "We salute you in your grave" is sarcasm in this sense. "In your grave" is speaking to how Hollyleaf's parents are dead to her after she finds out it was all a ruse. "We salute you" is sarcasm, saying that Squirrelflight thinks lying to her "child" was smart, but really gave her trauma, and the lyric line is referring to how Hollyleaf could never forgive Squirrelflight for that.

Can't find my way home

This line refers to how she ran away to the tunnels and lost herself in her feelings and insanity. She feels she can't find the feeling in her heart to ever want to go back to ThunderClan because of all that has happened to her there.

But it's through you and I know

Hollyleaf would need to work out her feelings with her parents, her siblings, the prophecy, everything. She needs to process her trauma before she can ever go back.

What I'll do

Just to get back in her arms

Hollyleaf desperately wants to go back to childhood when she was happy and believed the lies in bliss. She just wants joy again, and not the guilt of the murder of Ashfur or the anger and hatred she now has toward her parents. "Her arms" is referring to Squirrelflight's "motherly" love that she enjoyed before finding out it was all fake.

Hollyleaf could never find it in her heart to ever return to ThunderClan, let alone forgive her parents or the prophecy. She was led to believe throughout her life that she was the third cat in the prophecy, and she was a pureblood ThunderClan cat with her two "loving parents". She could never begin to forgive anyone for the lies fed to her that she believed.

Hollyleaf tries to stay strong and believe that she has made the right choices and that it was never her fault. But deep down in her heart, her TRUE belief is that she brought this all upon herself because of her actions, and that she doesn't deserve to cry, because that would make her selfish, unworthy, and weak. All she truly wants is love, acceptance, calmness, and happiness.
