#warrior cats rewrite
Text
I think the main problem with warriors rewrites is they get so bogged down in ‘trying to make sense’ or ‘make them act like actual cats’ is they forget to make things COOL AS SHIT. Like yes your bloodclan has 200 pages of foreshadowing but is it still COOL AS SHIT? Does scourge still steal the show and be awesome as he fucking obliterates tigerstar? I don’t care if dog teeth claws makes no actual sense it’s COOL AS SHIT! If your warrior cats rewrite wouldn’t result in 200 scourge animations of him being cool as shit if it was the canon material you have failed. Having cool as shit moments and awesome dramatic scenes should be a priority in any rewrite as it’s a very important part of what keeps people into the series.

Leaders can choose which life they want to lose in order. The will experience something related to that cat's death or, rarely, have a talk with them. When the leader dies, they go into a misty, swirling meadow, surrounded by the cats who gave them their lives.
Pinestar chose Harepounce first, wanting to brave it. He felt the aching in her stomach, but also the intense love for her daughter, Whitekit. It is a looming feeling, especially when he first eats kibble, his belly full while other cats go hungry that night.
Bluestar chose Mosskit last, and instead of feeling the winter's chill, she felt nothing but safety and love, the snow becoming a blanket to settle into. Mosskit allowed her to spend her last moments lucid, seeing all of her children on the bank as she passed.
Crookedstar chose Appleshine for his first, and felt the intense pain she had felt as she died, and the pain gave him determination to keep going during a battle with Thunderclan. (Guess what they were fighting over!)
Tallstar's second to last life was lost after the Bloodclan battle, he chose Dawnstripe's life. She showed him the thrill of the battle she had passed away in, but that while sometimes fighting for something is necessary, it isn't always the only option. It sticks hard with him.
Brokenstar picked Sagewhisker to get rid of it first, he felt the intense pain of the heart attack that killed her, from that point on he made other cats fight his battles more, wanting to hold onto his lives.
Leopardstar's final life was with Brightsky, who she had been avoiding. She watched her mother's life slip away, and the heartbreak that her mother had felt seeing that 2 of her children had been born sleeping. She realized as the world faded to cold darkness that she'd made a mistake.
Losing all his lives at once, Tigerstar had begged each of them to save him, one by one. But they could not, even if they wanted to. The last lost was the tiny warrior, Olivetail, showing her death was at the claws of his own ancestor, Gorsestar, in the same way he himself bleeds out now.
Firestar choses Swiftclaw first to get that over with. It is agonizing pain but all the Might of Lionclan in his bones keeps him going and fighting even when the literal jaws of death clamp down. He remembers Swiftclaw, and all the young cats he is fighting for when he comes back to the living world.
Blackstar chooses to lose the life Blizzardwing gives him, wanting to be rid of it as fast as possible. He feels sickness claw at him, and rage at an unfulfilled life full of regrets. It's... sobering, especially when he just lost the life due to a branch falling on him.
Leafstar choses Dawnstar (who gives a life for Selflessness) during Skyclan's Destiny to see if she is doing the right thing by helping the rogues. It is calm and cold and quiet, her lungs feel tight but she can feel guilt baring down on her as she watches herself through Dawnstar's eyes denying herself catmint to make sure the other cats can live through the greencough epidemic, seeing a Starclan cat looming over a kitten, knowing he will be a heroic leader.
Onestar's final life was Brushclaw, who didn't show him his death, but only talked about how disappointed he was. He gave Onestar a life for friendship, and Onestar chose to isolate himself afterwards, acting unfriendly towards even his own clanmates.
Mistystar's first life was Crookedstar, and she spoke with him about what happened to Leopardstar, and if she was a bad cat for it. He gives her reassuring words, and tells her that he is proud if her.
Bramblestar's first life lost is for Longtail, he feels the terror as he loses his sight, reliving Longtail's last moments before the tree crashes down, all he can think of is the last though in Longtail's head: I can't let prey go to waste, I'm sorry Poppydawn. It rattles him completely.
Rowanstar chooses Cedarheart during a Yellowcough life loss, who fought with all his might to protect the Riverclan nursery, dying for them just as the retreat order was called. It fills him with vigor and strength.
As Harestar lays dying of Blackcough, he picks Barkface. They talk, and Barkface confirms that, no, he will not recover from this. But not to lose hope, for Windclan's future is still bright, have faith. As he gazes over at Breezepelt, he feels a glimmer of hope.
Tigerstar's second life lost after Rowanstar was Flametail, he missed his brother too much to save it for later. The water made him afraid, but when he saw how Jayfeather had tried to SAVE his brother, he personally traveled to Thunderclan and invited Jayfeather to a feast, re-building a bridge that had been hanging in threads.

Wouldn’t it be neat if Nightheart is kicked out of all the clans? Like, he tries to join Shadowclan but really overstepped Sunbeam’s boundaries so then he goes to Riverclan and pretends to be the leader and gets the boot, Skyclan and Windclan turn him away without giving him a chance.
So Nightheart leaves the clans and pulls a reverse Firestar and becomes a kittypet for a bit, then begins to simply wander. He ends up back at the old territories where he meets a super old Smudge who upon seeing him says “you know, you remind me of someone…” and Smudge tells Nightheart of everything he knows of the clan cats.
Nightheart even gets to meet Warriorclan and learns what it really means to be part of a clan. He returns home to Thunderclan a changed cat and grows to be a wise old warrior.

Cat Age Guide
Not a direct match, as nothing really can be, but here’s my personal approximation for cat-human equivalent ages! ^^
The cats of the Fourtrees Fealty track age by months, or “moons”, as cats typically reach growth milestones at the height of each month.
0-1 months = newborn to 1 years old in human time
2 months = 2 human years
3 months = 4 human years
4 months = 6 human years
5 months = 8 human years
6 months = 10 human years; it’s around this time that a cat will begin to form a solid sense of identity for themself
7 months = 12 human years
12 months / 1 year = 16 to 17 human years; it’s around this time that a cat will earn their full names, and are viewed as an “adult” by their community’s standards
18 months / 1 year = 21 human years
24 months / 2 years = 24 human years; up until they turn 2 years old, a cat’s human-equivalent age is equal to that time. Once they turn 2, you add 4 years for every year afterwards!
36 moons / 3 years = 28 human years
48 moons / 4 years = 32 human years
60 moons / 5 years = 36 human years
72 moons / 6 years = 40 human years
84 moons / 7 years = 44 human years
96 moons / 8 years = 48 human years
108 moons / 9 years = 52 human years
120 moons / 10 years = 56 human years
132 moons / 11 years = 60 human years; it’s around this time that a cat is considered “old”, or at least somewhat geriatric. They typically debate retirement around this age
144 moons / 12 years = 64 human years
156 moons / 13 years = 68 human years
168 moons / 14 years = 72 human years
180 moons / 15 years = 76 human years
192 moons / 16 years = 80 human years
195 moons / 17 years = 84 human years
216 moons / 18 years = 88 human years
228 moons / 19 years = 92 human years
240 moons / 20 years = 96 human years
This is just an extended chart for ease of convenience ^^’
If y’all enjoy my work and want to see more of it, please consider buying me a Kofi! It would help me out so much!!

oooh what does Sun Firesong look like? Sickness name btw
Sun Firesong (Fireheart)
Leader of the Fall Thunderbringer Sect
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Kittypet -> Apprentice -> Messenger -> Deputy -> Leader
He/him/his Cisgender kater, bisexual panromantic
Image IDs below the cut and information.
Grandparents: Crystal, Unknown Parents: Jake, Nutmeg Siblings: Princess, Henry, Tommy
Mates: Sandstorm, Grouseflight Platonic partner: Dustdapple Kits: Squirrelflight, Leafpool, Juniperpaw, Birchfall, Foxleap, Shrewbelly Grandkits: Petalblaze, Jaypatch, Hollylarch, Poppyfrost, Fernsong, Sorrelstripe, Sparkwood, Alderheart, Dandelionpelt
Mentor: Sweetberry Former Apprentice(s): Cinderberry, Whitewing, Ivystrike
So, what a guy! He's lived a very interesting life, and actually dies at the end of the Eclipse Period. He will die at the claws of Moon Tigerchaser, like his old, and first, foe passed. He is idolized heavily in the Sky Breezemoor sect and the Fall Thundebringer sect, along with the Band of Blood, post-reconstruction. Firesong took Sandstorm as a mate a bit after they both graduated. They are basically highschool sweethearts, and sickeningly affectionate immediately outside of apprentice-hood. Eventually, Dustdapple and Firesong do become platonic partners, but not for a while. Firesong develops a crush on Grouseflight once Tigerchaser is exiled. Sandstorm was the one to court Grouseflight first, and then followed Firesong. They, all three of them, officially became a polycule once the Final Battle of the Forests is over, and upon the realization that Sandstorm is pregnant. Dustdapple is only in a QPR with Grouseflight and Sun Firesong, as he is Sandstorm's cousin.
Personal Comments:
I'm very proud of how his design turned out. I was mulling it over for the past hour before I got this ask, and it pushed me to finalize it. Thank you, I needed this lol
Because he is partially Abyssinian through Jake, he is genetically a black cat. This means all his bio-kits should be torties! Very interesting, and I'm excited to play with his genetic traits that'll show through his kittens.
I basically speedran this, the art took way less than I thought it would!
Yeah, he also will have autism and social anxiety. It will affect a lot of his adjusting period into the sects and his entire growth as a character.

[ Image ID - An image of Sun Firesong from the Wildfire Rewrite, who in canon Warriors is known as Fireheart. He is a round and plump cat with a ruddy orange pelt and a cream underbelly. He has green eyes and thick fur. He looks at the camera, giving the viewer a clear shot of his pelt. It's pattern is distinctly similar to the cat breed Abyssinian and it's pelt. End ID ]
[ Image ID - The same image as above, but with accessories. Earrings made of painted wood are pierced into his upper ear. A thick leather and woolen coat is covering his lower back, kept on by a loop of leather that holds two brown bags. Two necklaces are wound around his neck. One has two stones, one stone gray and one stone painted green, and the other necklace has a part of his old collar. On his front left paw there are two bracelets. One is a piece of scrap vine, and the other is a bead bracelet painted in a pattern of colors. End ID ]

Worldbuilding: Kittypets
In my rewrite, Kittypets are not seen as regular cats, like clan cats or even loners and rogues. They are seen as distinctly non-cat.
They are seen as Fae. The cats, of course, dont know the human word for Fae, but the concept is the same.
Kittypets are considered tricksters by all the clans, some more than others, and those connected to kittypets are untrusted.
The reason why is a few different things.
-If you give them your name, they will replace it ("Oakface is a silly name, i'll just calk you Oak")
-if you spend too long around them, you'll lose your clan name entirely, and if you try return to your clan, you'll never behave the same.
-if you lie to them, every other kittypet will know (and some will hunt you for it)
-if you break a promise, you will be cursed
Over the years, this idea has skewed from generation to generation. As of Arc 1, the cats believe Kittypets have magic, and can do various things, like talking to or commanding dogs, embuing flowers or herbs with powers, and, in some cases, can even curse other cats with misfortune or death.
Fireheart never disputes these claims, Cloudtail actively plays into them, and Scourge unintentionally confirmed the promise one after killing Tigerstar (because he broke an agreement)

Alright, first post on here so forgive me if it’s awful.
Let’s talk about my Warriors Rewrite (specifically the Three)
Who are their parents? Their biological parents are Mothwing and Leafpool. Their adoptive parent is Squirrelflight. Squirrelflight presents them to the Clan as her own kits, but they go unsired. The Clan respects this because it is a she-cat’s decision to reveal her kits’ lineage. (I am the biggest mothpool fan 😤)
Why do they have powers? StarClan has granted the power of the stars to the Three because they are Tiger Fire kin. This is their way of apologizing for/fixing their mistake of granting Tigerstar nine lives.
Jayfeather/wing: Jaykit wished to become a warrior, however his clanmates are concerned about how well he could defend his Clan. During the upcoming moons to his apprenticeship, Leafpool tells Mothwing about how ThunderClan is unsure whether to allow Jaykit to train as a warrior. Mothwing is taken back by this and decides to do something to persuade Firestar. She confronts Brightheart and Longtail at a Gathering and acts as a concerned medicine cat. She urges them to speak up for Jaykit and they agree (especially since Cloudtail is Jaykit’s first cousin). Brightheart and Longtail address their concerns to Firestar about how ThunderClan doesn’t see Jay as a capable independent cat. Firestar agrees and apologizes for how he was complicit in this mindset. Jaypaw trains as a warrior apprentice under both Longtail and Brightheart, honing his skills to become an excellent hunter and fighter. As a nod to Mothwing who convinced Brightheart and Longtail to speak up for Jay, Jaypaw is named Jaywing. When Longtail catches a nasty bout of greencough, Jaywing pleads for Leafpool to train him as a half medicine cat (half time med cat half time warrior). He wants to protect his mentor and realizes that maybe it’s not so bad to heal the cats he cares about.
Hollyleaf: Hollykit always longed to be a warrior. She upheld the warrior code more than any other cat in ThunderClan. She grew up hearing stories of Tigerstar’s tyranny from the elders and vowed to never misuse the code StarClan had so graciously provided the Clans. When ThunderClan was debating what to do with Jaykit, Hollykit begged Leafpool to make her a medicine cat apprentice instead. She would rather her brother live her dream of becoming a warrior than be stuck doing a job he never asked for. Leafpool is hesitant because she doesn’t want Hollykit stuck in a role she doesn’t want, but respects how determined she is to protect her brother (this reminds her of Squirrelflight) so she accepts. Hollypaw is really terrible at healing cats. She cannot comprehend any of the lessons Leafpool teaches her and almost comes to resent her decision to become a medicine cat. But she preserves for Jaykit until he’s finally made a warrior apprentice. During her training as a medicine cat, Squirrelflight trains Hollypaw as a warrior in their free time. Hollypaw asks Leafpool and Firestar for permission to train as a warrior. Both respect her strong desire to protect her brother and accept. When Firestar is about to dub her as a warrior, Hollypaw stops the ceremony to ask if she can be named Hollyleaf after Leafpool who never lost patience with her. (Leafpool nearly cries at this and so does Mothwing when she’s told).
Lionblaze: Lionkit was the biggest of the Three, leading to him taking a very protective role over his siblings. He and Hollykit were the first cats to speak up against how the Clan treated their brother unfairly. While Hollykit became a medicine cat apprentice to prevent Firestar from making Jaykit one, Lionkit flat out refused to be made into ANY apprentice. As long as Jaykit couldn’t become a warrior apprentice, Lionkit wouldn’t be one. This led to some of his clanmates seeing him as wasted potential and a disgrace to Fire Kin. Firestar would immediately shut that mindset down as soon as he heard it, but rumors would spread regardless. When Jaykit became an apprentice, Lionkit became one. They were both excited to train together and became as well known as Firepaw and Greypaw in their apprentice moons. Firestar names him Lionblaze after Whitestorm who sparked a blaze in Fire’s life. Everyone else just thinks he named Lionblaze after himself though. Lionblaze has a fierce sense of protection for his family. He would die for his family if his power allowed him. He is protective to a possessive point. He needs to know where his siblings are and who they're with at all times. This is probably the result of Tigerstar influencing him in the Dark Forest. He is highly defensive and this amps up his issues with Breezepelt because Breezepelt hates Firekin. Breezepelt would call them entitled and only half clan due to their kittypet roots. This leads to Lion lashing out physically out of rage, not realizing how strong he is compared to everyone. Despite his strength, Lionblaze is super caring of his Clan. He makes sure that his clanmates are eating and feel comfortable. He'll even help out the elders (despite it being considered an "apprentice's" job and causing some of his clanmates to snicker at him). He definitely inherited Firestar's caring nature (which could get him into trouble with his granddad like how Fire used to get into trouble with Bluestar).
Powers: Jaywing has the power to walk into cats’ dreams, Lionblaze has the power to be unharmed during battle, and Hollyleaf has the power to persuade cats to do as she says.

A Starless Clan: an idea!
----
I saw a post the other day saying something about Wind and how WindClan probably won't be important. So, I got to thinking..
I could have protags in every Clan! Now, It would get difficult but, how it might work: The book with the Clan name (ex. River) will have a RiverClan protag throughout the whole book. The protags from the other Clans will still be important characters and will be shown many times!
Possible protags for the books:
RiverClan -> Frostpaw
ThunderClan -> Nightheart
WindClan -> Whistlepaw
ShadowClan -> Spireclaw or Sunbeam
SkyClan -> Needleclaw?
Now of course that's just possible options, I'm gonna make OCs and they might take some of those cats places!
Two more ideas I thought of:
This arc will be more that six books, I don't know how long I'll make it at the moment. I feel like this arc shouldn't be wrapped up so quickly, maybe ten books? I might also do the same with other arcs, make them longer or shorter!
2. After the defeat of Splashtail, RiverClan is left leaderless yet again. No cat really steps up, so Mothwing does! Mothwing becomes leader!

sorry to spam you, but. what happens with scourge in your rewrite? he’s my favorite <3
Please, don't ever apologize for sending lots of asks! I love answering them and they can help me think of things I hadn't thought about before, or flesh an arc out. Send as many as you want, all of you!
Anyways, Scourge, the literal scourge of my brain, because I've had to rewrite him 3 different times.
This little guy has been reworked SO much. The first was to tell the story of a downfall, how sometimes people become worse than the people who hurt them, and pay for it, but showing that there was still 'Tiny' in there, having The Rise Of Scourge end with his spirit, now back to being Tiny, reuniting with Quince, while his older self faded away.
I... Hated the vibe. And I'm probably gonna save THAT kind of ending for someone else...
I then changed it to be somewhat more like Better Bones, but with Scourge remaining leader of Bloodclan.... But that also doesn't line up with the themes of Graystripe's Clan and Ravenpaw's Path, where Fury and Neo Bloodclan come into play.
I didn't wanna kill him. I didn't want him to join Thunderclan. I didn't want him to stay in Bloodclan....
Then, it hit me.
So... Meet the new Scourge. He can say the F word.
Scourge
His story is one about coming back from the brink of no return.
Firestar has noticed something about Scourge. The fur around his neck has rubbed off, his voice is brittle, swallowing is so difficult that he drools a bit, his breathing is shallow, and he's... Painfully underweight. Now, aside from the terrifying thought that is "how strong would this guy be if he WAS properly nourished?", he realizes that even if Scourge manages to make it through this battle, he will most likely not make it to next season.
In a flash, Firestar leaps onto Scourge's back, and sinks his teeth into his scruff and collar. Just like his new deputy Longtail did to him, he begins to pull, hoping and praying that Starclan will grant another miracle.
The collar snaps, just as Scourge is about to pass out, he takes in his first deep breath in ages. Firestar pays for it with his first life.
Swiftpaw, now posthumously named Swiftclaw, is chosen as his first life to lose. He feels the pain and terror and rage and desperation that Swiftclaw did, but he also puts pieces together. Why did this happen? The real why. Not just the dogs getting a taste for cat. Not Tigerstar's seemingly unending thirst for power. Before all that.
This problem is the fault of the Clans. Churning out radicalized youths who will hurt others because of the instilled belief that Might Makes Right. Sure, Scourge has taken things too far, and seems hellbent on revenge, but the seeds of this bloody battle were planted on Clan Land.
Blackfoot, Brokenstar, Leopardstar, Mistfang, Darkstripe, Longtail, even Crookedstar and Nightstar have all fallen victim to this belief at one point of another. Tigerstar was not made in a vacuum. This kind of "kill or be killed" mentality is not making the Clans strong, it is getting cats killed.
He sees another vision of himself fighting Scourge, killing him. But his sight flickers, and it makes him sick. Scourge's build is so much like Princess. His eyes the same shade of blue that Cloudtail has. He sees his own loved ones in the one he is fighting. He is sinking his teeth and claws into his own Kin.
And then, finally, he sees the vision of Tigerpaw being goaded by Thistleclaw to beat Tiny. Then Thistlepaw being rewarded by Adderfang for sparring with a Riverclan apprentice and tearing their ear. Adderfang charging into battle alongside his father, too eager to take a life from Heatherstar Heatherstep. Tigerclaw berating Darkpaw for failing a training exercise. Darkstripe getting his new apprentice Longpaw to eat prey instead of giving it to the sick elder... The vision ending with Longtail touching noses with the newly named Swiftpaw, a line of cats behind him so long it stretches into the shadows, endless kittens behind Swiftpaw, a mentorship doomed before it even began. Generations of cats hurting each other with no end in sight.
Enough is enough.
When he comes back to life, he slams against Scourge, dodging his attack again, and looking around to confirm his worst fears. All of Bloodclan's cats are fully grown. The Clans have brought apprentices. This victory is for the future, to Save The Clans as Fire Alone.
He slams Scourge against the ground, and knocks him out. However, Rooster, a Bloodclan cat, cries out that Scourge has been killed. To be fair to Rooster, Scourge is laying limp at the feet of Lionclan's leader.
While many Bloodclan cats scurry away, some to one day become Neo Bloodclan, Firestar taps the ground to call attention to Snowpaw, using a bit of Body Speaking to silently tell the deaf apprentice to sneak Scourge to camp, grabbing Scourge's torn collar and hiding it for later.
Bloodclan negotiations begin with the cats who stay and will later be seen in Graystripe's Clan.
Meanwhile, Snowpaw drags Scourge through the woods and sneaks him into Cinderpelt's den, scaring Cinderpelt half to death. She begins to treat Scourge, removing the enforced claw tips and gathering some food for him to eat without getting sick from the influx of sudden nutrition. Snowpaw is so friendly that he manages to become friends with Scourge while he is slowly recovering, hidden in the back of Cinderpelt's den and slowly putting on some weight as he eats with his friend while getting more comfortable with others. None of this would have happened if Snowkit had been taken by that hawk...
Eventually, he is healthy enough to groom himself properly and walk around. But... What now? Can he stay in Thunderclan? Would that be a safe option for him? Firestar is still teaching cats to unlearn their biases, and Scourge may be subject to suspicion and discrimination, which isn't fair to him.
Firestar talks with Princess, and the answer is clear.
His housefolk are not home now, haven't been in a week, but... Smudge is pretty lonely. Rusty left a bit of a hole there, he could use a good friend.
Scourge is brought to Smudge's home in the dark of the night, collar in his teeth, and welcomed inside. His collar tag reads 'Tiny' but with no phone number or microchip, Smudge's people take him in as their own, and Smudge isn't so lonely anymore.
Firestar left housecat life to be wild, proving himself with a broken collar, and Scourge is leaving wild life to be a housecat once more, saving himself with a broken collar.
He is seen during Firestar's Quest, slightly chubby and full of energy, and I might have him go on the Quest with them to round out the party. The important thing is, he is happy.
Princess's Short Story, currently unnamed, is about her passing, visiting her old friends and family as a spirit. She finds Scourge's spirit, along with Quince, Socks, and Smoke, enjoying a peaceful afterlife together.
He is allowed a place in Starclan and Sky-Starclan, and will reappear during Beyond The Stars as a supporting cast member.

HUGE page of art for my warriors au
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
this au is my own take on the idea that the 3(or in this case 4, since hollyleaf does have a power) are split up into all 4 clans
holly = windclan
dove = shadowclan
lion = riverclan
jay = thunderclan
holly and jay are still the son and daughter of crow and leaf, but lion is how the son of hawkfrost and an unknown she-cat, and dove and ivy are the daughters of snowbird and scorchfur
cant wait to post more about this soon!!!

Worldbuilding Tidbits: Ranks
Most of these ranks are canon but I figured I ought explain some of them
Leader- Same as canon
Deputy- Same as canon
Druid- Renamed medicine cats
Lore-keepers- These guys are the historians, storytellers, lawmen, recordkeepers, diplomats, and morale boosters of the clans. Lore-keepers are very educated in history, legends and mythos, the warrior code, and diplomacy. They also keep extensive records of important events in the clan and older lorekeepers often help counsel the leader. Of course a single lorekeeper can't be good at everything, so usually a lorekeeper will specialize in one or two of the above fields. They don't fight and rarely hunt, and hurting or, Stars forbid, killing a lorekeeper or druid is one of the heaviest offenses in the clans
Warriors- Same as canon
Caretakers- The camp bodies, they keep the camp clean, repair/build dens, regulate which areas of the territory are to be hunted on, and offer emotional support for their clan. They can also hunt and fight, and are trained to protect their camp with their lives
Apprentices- Same as canon
Perma-queens- Mollies (or in rarer cases, toms and moggies) who stay in the nursery to help the queens and kits. They help raise the kits and offer support and comfort to their parents, and kitsit if their dam needs to take a break. So pretty much Daisy and Ferncloud
Fun fact, this rank is the most accurate to IRL feral cat colonies since they're made up of mostly mollies
Queens- Same as canon
Kits- Same as canon
Elders- Same as canon, but they are much more revered and the whole clan pitches in the care for them
---
Scavengers- A ShadowClan specific rank, they venture into the town to gather supplies and food and maybe recruit some new cats. They're very skilled in diplomacy
