Fealty Felidae - Masterpost

THE BASICS

“What is Fealty Felidae?”

Fealty Felidae is my original universe focusing on four feral cat “Kingdoms” inhabiting and cultivating a massive, lush dale known as Vitalor.

Though sprawling forests, endless fields, high mountains, and a fish-filled sea make this land seem idyllic if one overlooks the few human settlements and rival predators, a peek under the surface makes it clear that something more sinister is afoot.

Some say that perhaps Vitalor was “born bad.” Others say that the Bad Vibes are merely a result of the Kingdoms’ infighting. Others still especially the more religious folk, argue that perhaps this is the resting place of the mythologized Third Almighty; Re’Malis. Its residents, regardless of the circumstances of their timeline or social climate, however, are all forced to reckon with one question in particular:

What is wrong with Vitalor?

“Is there a comic/series/book?”

Nope! However, I do have some WIP projects under my belt that I’d love to share someday… when they’re a bit more fleshed out ;]

“Can I take inspiration from what you’ve written?”

Certainly! Although it’s important to keep in mind that I myself pull/reinterpret ideas from a variety of sources, some more than others. My inspirations are listed below:

Hearts of Oak joins fellow Premier League clubs in race for Dragons FC top striker

Ghana Premier League giants Accra Hearts of Oak has joined fellow clubs in race to sign red hot Dragons FC top striker Gbedoegan Folly from Benin.

It is believed that two premiership outfits including Hearts of Oak are locked in a fierce battle for the services of the striker.

Folly has been outstanding for the Benin side since the 2019/20 Vitalor Ligue 1 commenced.

The Togolese international, who has scored 10 goals in 14 games this season has been impressive for his side in the ongoing season.

His scintillating performance for his outfit has attracted interest from many Ghanaian clubs.

Report in the local media suggest that, Inter Allies and Legon Cities FC are also interested in the services of the Togolese forward.

It is understood that the management of the various aforementioned clubs have already made contact with Dragons FC and will open negotiations very soon to try and complete a deal for the forward before the Ghana Premier League resumes – which has been suspended in the wake of the global pandemic, coronavirus.

FEALTY FELIDAE // The Kingdoms - “What are the Kingdoms?”

An Overview of the Kingdoms

The Kingdoms are groups of cats who live under the Rite of Fealty, an ancient agreement intended to preserve honor among sapients. There are four Kingdoms living in Vitalor; Brine Kingdom, Glade Kingdom, Indigo Kingdom, and Skull Kingdom.

All of the four original Kingdoms, occasionally nicknamed the VitaFour, follow the same general goal; Keep The Land Safe And Thriving.

This ideal can look very different depending on the group interpreting it, however. Brine Kingdom’s focus, for example, is on removing human garbage from the water and thus ensuring the purity of Re’Lunaris’ Domain. Glade Kingdom takes this as a call to cultivate and garden; some say over half the trees in Glade Forest were planted by feline paws. Indigo Kingdom, having land where much doesn’t grow to begin with, aids pioneering life where they can and, more importantly, spends time studying religion and the pursuit of Indigo’s Blessing. Skull Kingdom, living on the ridges that border Vitalor, is most focused on preventing poaching and over-hunting and has become very militaristic to combat it.

These cultural differences often lead to infighting, and while the Code of Honor is able to peacefully sort out some disputes, others are left to fester into more violent conflicts. Who knows what all that unrest is doing to the soil of Vitalor…?

ive submitted three big assignments on time in the past 2 weeks without even asking for extensions... like i can't stress how huge this is for me especially considering how bad my mental health was last semester (all my units i either dropped out of or failed) AND considering im unmedicated atm... like im honestly really really proud of myself! and i havent felt this good about myself in a long time

18 hours until my first T shot!!!! and i just told people on instagram which would be fine and not scary at all if not for the fact that a lot of friends i made through my old job don't know im trans bc i couldnt come out at work bc i would have been fired... and then after i quit i havent been able to tell them bc we've been in and out of lockdown and i havent been able to see anyone so... instagram story it is. and i think most people will be good abt it but im still too nervous to check my messages
