Johnny getting a holo goes like this:

1. Vira thinks he’s just going to put her in there as “V.” 2. He goes to put in her full name—Vira Volkova—and she’s just like NO. 3. He makes fun of her name, like he always does. (“Sounds like you’re named after a Russian porn star, V.”)   4. Since she’s so against him using her full name, he puts her in as “Russian Porn Star,” just to keep the teasing going. 5. Vira just rolls her eyes and adds his new info to her holo as “Dickface.”

The best part? Vira’s Ukranian, not Russian, and Johnny totally knows it.

Vira Volkova (V) ↳ style throughout the years (2064-2078)

2064 - ON THE STREETS - As a teenager, Vira lived on the streets of Night City under the watchful eye of Padre, doing odd jobs for the fixer. Her clothes weren't the best, but she had other, more important things to worry about—like surviving.

2066 - AMATEUR MERC - Two years later, Vira met Jackie Welles, becoming instant best chooms. The two decided to start doing merc-work together, aiming to "make it to the big leagues." (She's a little more put together, thanks to the influence of Mama Welles.)

2075 - OFF TO ATLANTA - The end of 2074 was a rough few months for Vira, and she hit rock bottom, so she started out the new year by heading to Atlanta for a fresh start. She had some eddies to her name from everything she and Jackie had been doing, and her clothes reflect that.

2076 - RETURN TO NIGHT CITY - Atlanta doesn't work out, so Vira heads back to Night City at the end of 2076, and she and Jackie pick up where they left off, aiming for "the big leagues." She even gets a fancy jacket and starts to dress the part of a big-time merc so people will take her seriously.

2077 - IN GAME (ACT 3) - By the time Act 3 rolls around, Vira's style hasn't changed, except for a few important additions: the necklace holding the bullet that "killed" her, a replica of Johnny's SAMURAI jacket, his dogtags, and that tattoo he got when he went on that infamous bender in her body. (Are almost all the additions Johnny related? Yeah—but don't try and tell Vira that. It's not like she has feelings for the guy or anything.)

2077 - POST-MIKOSHI - Vira's devastated after Mikoshi, but can't stop wearing Johnny's jacket and dogtags, since it's all she has left of him (besides his Malorian). She put the bullet necklace in a niche at the Columbarium for Johnny, with the statement, "The Guy Who Saved My Life" on it.

2077 - WITH THE ALDECALDOS - After getting Johnny his body back, Vira & Johnny leave Night City with the Aldecaldos to deal with the biochip that's still causing her problems. She still wears his jacket and dogtags (over more relaxed clothing since they're in the desert), but now her bullet necklace is back, too—now hanging around Johnny's neck.

2078 - RETURN TO NIGHT CITY - Once the biochip is dealt with, Vira & Johnny return to Night City. She wears more merc-centered clothes again, but still wears Johnny's jacket and tags (and him the bullet necklace), despite the two always being together. Once back in the city, they start doing merc-work, and settle into city life together.

After Vira gets Johnny’s body back and they solve her whole Relic problem, they hang around with the Aldecaldos for a while before heading back to Night City. 

They spend a lot of time under the stars, around a campfire, and sometimes Johnny can even be convinced to play guitar for more people than just Vira.
