#Repost @virajo.paris VILLAGE PERNETY OU LE COCON IMMACULÉ D'UN PASSIONNÉ DE DESIGN LIEU : Paris 14ème SURFACE : 49 m² PROJET : Rénovation partielle, décoration et aménagement de terrasse Voilà plusieurs années que l’occupant de ce bel appartement y vivait sans avoir pris le temps d’y faire de travaux ni de le mettre à son goût. Le potentiel était pourtant là. Une fois lancé, il s’est vite pris au jeu de la déco et des mélanges de couleurs. Le virus de la décoration est hautement contagieux. LE PARTI PRIS : Oser le contraste du parquet blanc, des teintes profondes sur les murs et d’une décoration colorée. Quand on rentre dans cet ancien atelier à deux pas de celui qui abrita l’illustre Giacometti, on est tout de suite frappé par la luminosité et la verrière donnant sur la terrasse. Seulement voilà, l’appartement manque cruellement de chaleur. En peignant le parquet en blanc à la mode scandinave, l’appartement gagne en volume et prend immédiatement une toute autre allure sur lequel le mobilier soigneusement chiné se détache. Ce qui fût un choix économique au départ, se révèle être un pari esthétique gagnant. L’agencement du séjour fut repensé pour profiter de la vue depuis le canapé tout en optimisant l'espace et la circulation. Des briquettes de parement murales apportent de la chaleur tandis que des niches créées dans un renfoncement mettent en valeur beaux livres et souvenirs de voyage. Des notes curry et safran pimentent le décor, des coloris que l’occupant affectionne tant.
