one of my riso print designs! based on the ventricosus arc when phos began their journey of change through unraveling the truth of humanity and understanding the concept of death.

i like how the sea is portrayed as a pivotal point of phos' undergoing physical transformation and deepening their sense of purpose, like driving their passion in keeping their promise and learning about the lunarians and the dark past of humankind. this part of the series is so nostalgic now ugh😭🥺

I painted this a long while ago when the party first split cause I knew I wouldn’t have to time paint anything when the Hells finally reunited cause of my current job. I obviously thought it’d probably be Imogen in a really dark place and Laudna being full of joy etc, when they reunited, but based on last week's episode, it’s definitely going to be the opposite. Makes me want to redo this now and switch them around. Someday when I have time, maybe.

i was reading the tags on your latest ghost work and saw that konig (my little cutie patootie who also probably reads the terms and conditions) also has a demon. what are they like and how do they work together on field?

You sit across from König, bouncing your leg over your knee as he flips through the leather bound tome you'd summoned. His anxiety seems to have disappeared as he's settled in to focus on reading. You were getting a little worried there for a moment.

"This is very thorough," König tells you, glancing up from the book. You nod, watching his eyes slide over you. His gaze is appreciative, but in the way one might appreciate a fine piece of weaponry. You like it all the same.

"You asked for the manual, this is the manual." You wave a hand.

"It might take me a while to get through this," he says, the anxiety is starting to creep back. His finger scratches at he edge of the leather, picking at the paper as he watches you.

"I'm not going anywhere," you smile, he nods and goes back to reading. You don't need to see his face to know he's blushing, it's in the way his eyes keep darting up to look at you.

"Excellent work Colonel," you whisper in König's ear, draping yourself over his shoulder as he looks down the rifle scope, "anything I can do to help?"

"There's a man behind cover I can't get a clear shot at," König hums, rolling his shoulder under you. You don't think he's trying to shake you off, just finding a comfortable position again.

"You want me to get him?"

"I don't need him alive," König frowns, you shrug.

"Not what I said." He glances up from his scope, and seems surprised to find your face so close to his. You lean away when you feel his heart rate spike.

"Your specialty is location and retrieval is it not? How would you retrieve him dead?"

"I don't have to retrieve all of him." You tilt your head, watching the wheels in his head turn as he thinks through your words.

"So you could retrieve just his heart?"

"Fresh and beating! You want some intestine too?" You grin, König's eyes sparkle with excitement.

"Bitte, just the heart." You sink back into the shadows, following the line of König's scope to find his missing man. He's found a nifty hiding spot, cramped in to a corner of rubble and radioing for exfil. You find it all too satisfying to thrust your hand through his ribs to rip his heart out, dragging yourself back through the shadows to deposit it by König's side.

König's big body shakes, nerves just on the right side excitement, as you drop the still beating heart as promised onto the grass next to him. "Done and dusted," you tell him, running your tongue over your arm following the trail of blood. König's eyes narrow, he's pleased you think.

"How many of those could you do at once, Fetch?" He asks, pushing himself off the grass to start disassembling his rifle, the signal of a finished job. You bounce excitedly.

"As many as you could, just faster."

König settles a big hand on your head, ruffling your hair between your horns. "We are going to make a very good team, meine kleine Dämon."

Hey everyone! this is where the zebra is currently with the design.

It has knee braces!! I will most probably be drawing the zebra usually with them on, but it’s no requirement, for example if anyone else wants to draw the zebra :-]. I always like to make sure an animal design has official colors underneath any clothing and accessory anyway. I think this will be final! thank you everyone for your feedback!

As a reminder, aside from why the zebra was requested for this flag, this is also just a zebra with the disability pride flag on it. It’s just a deisgn to fit the flag, with input from other disabled people in our community. It doesn’t mean other animals can’t have designs with these colors, too! I don’t mean this design to be the only mascot for all disabled people. It’s just a silly series i do of pride animals, and at the time, during disability pride month, I wanted to see what everyone wanted me to start off with for this flag!

you know, there are a lot of posts about how transitioning as an adult is like going through puberty all over again. and I’m not medically transitioning (at least not yet, maybe one day), so I don’t know if I ever expected to exactly experience that. after all, my hormones are at normal adult levels for someone on birth control. but no, some of the stuff I experience does make me feel like a teenager awkwardly becoming an adult again, actually.

see, I’m attending a friend’s wedding, and I need new formalwear for it (protip: it is generally frowned upon to wear a wedding dress to someone else’s wedding, and that’s the last formalwear I purchased). and I just… really didn’t want to wear a dress, so I went to go get a suit. and I didn’t know how to get any of the required clothes for it and had to have a salesperson help me figure out how dress shirts work and nervously stood there while getting shown how to try stuff on and it really did feel like I was a lost teenager, despite being, you know, almost twenty-six.

but also: I own a three-piece suit now! it’s grey! it looks pretty good on me! I even got a blue tie with bees on it! so it was worth the temporary embarrassment of suddenly realizing I don’t know how men’s formalwear sizes work and, oh god, why are there so many variations of “white dress shirt” what does this mean.

and I figure as I very slowly work up the confidence to be out more irl there will be more and more moments like this, and I’ll lament the fact I didn’t do all this stuff as an actual teenager, but as weird and scary as it is, so far, it’s been worth it.

Omg, I actually did it! I finally joined a queer dating/friendship app!!! EEEEEEK!!! I'm sooooo nervous!!! I literally have almost no queer friends IRL so I don't have anyone to get excited with me!! 🥳

One of my New Year's resolutions for 2024 was to put myself out in the world more and try my best to be more social, meet new friends (as well as potentially find a partner), and explore all my passions, hobbies, and interests with like-minded people.

As a very shy bisexual woman, it's so hard to meet other queer people, especially when you live in a more conservative area. So when I joined a queer dating/friendship app I was was SO surprised to see how many other lesbian/bi women were located near me.

Also, for some reason I've always had this super toxic thought in my head that queer women wouldn't be attracted to me because of the fact that I'm S U P ER femme/girly and I think I look very 'straight' to the average person assessing me. Trust me when I say I was genuinely SHOCKED at the matches I was getting like??? Why did I think such terrible things about myself and my sexuality? I feel really silly for thinking that and I've realized that I have a lot of inner work to do regarding my sexuality and self-worth.

This is honestly such a new, exciting experience for me and was so healing for my mind and mental health to just be able to communicate and talk with other queer women. I know this isn't writing related but it's really not something I can share with other people or on my other social media (yet) so I knew I had to make this post bc I'm just SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO excited!!!

It honestly makes me wanna cry a little. It's a very emotional feeling and also feels so freeing to just BE MYSELF and not have to hide my queerness or be afraid that someone is going to find out I'm bisexual and act really awful/disgusted towards me, you know?

Regardless of whether I find a partner or make new friends and whatnot, I'm super proud of myself that I'm not denying this part of myself anymore. I'm exploring my sexuality with people who know what it's like to be queer in this crazy world we live in. It's a really awesome feeling. 💕💕💕💕
