Danny feels exhausted. His stupid ghost-puberty is annoying, and is affecting even his human form. Which wouldn’t be that bad, except for the fact that instead of having a simple elemental or obsession core, he happens to have a Space one. Technically the Space Core seeing as apparently he’s the newborn Ancient of Space. Or something. 

Urgh, he just wants to get some food from the dollar store down the street, not deal with whatever attempted mugging this is. He’s hangry, and just wants to get some food and curl back up in his mass of blankets back in his tiny apartment. 

So maybe he overreacted. He might have released his very careful hold on his less-than human traits that have been attempting to leak through the last several weeks. On the bright side, he, uh, isn’t hungry anymore and is now back in his nest of blankets. 

On the other hand, there is now a vigilante in his window.

Number 22: “You come here often?" “Well considering I work here, yes."

There he was again. The cute yet strange customer that would come in at least once a week on his motorcycle.

At first you weren’t so sure about him, he always seemed troubled, like there was something on his mind. Sometimes you would hear him talking to himself or…arguing? Granted, you can’t judge him for that, being that you yourself were guilty of that every now and then.

Despite some oddities to the man, he was always kind and polite, both to the employees and other customers. You could easily recall multiple accounts where he’s helped others and due to that you’ve deemed him a nice person.

Well just like any other day he got his regular order and sat in the back and that was that, is what you thought.

You were minding your business wiping the counter when you heard something from behind you.

“I can’t do that, are you kidding me?”

“Why? Because of you obviously.”

“Shut up. Shut up. Shut up.”

A little concerned for whoever it was behind you that was having a mental breakdown you curiously turn around seeing that exact man.

Upon making eye contact he grins caught off guard, even though he’s the one who made his way to the opposite side of the counter, “hey, you come here often?” Is what he said.

A crease formed between your brows as you pointed to yourself and he shook his head before doing the exact opposite and nodding it.

“Um, well considering I work here, yes?”

“Ha right sorry, it was just sort of a silly line kinda thing…” your confused smile really made him second guess listening to Venom.

“Sorry, can I start over?”

“Sure?”

“You’re very attractive,” huh that’s not exactly where you thought he was going with this, “and you’re also so nice every time I come. I was wondering if maybe you’d like to join me for a drink one day, we could go to that bar across the street, I’ve heard it’s pretty good.”

Maybe it’s the fact that he’s quite attractive himself, or the fact that you were a regular at said bar so you knew that you’d be safe, or the fact that you were more than slightly curious about this stranger that you agreed.

“I wouldn’t mind a drink. How about tomorrow at seven?”

His lips curved revealing a wide smile, “sounds perfect.”

Your lips mirrored his as you went back to cleaning, “alright, see you then…?”

“Eddie, Eddie Brock.”

“See you then…Eddie Brock.”

I'd absolutely want to find lil footprints in my house.

Though I feel like I'd get so deeply spooked either way. My brain would not go to g/t, it would immediately go to "Oh gosh we have a pest problem," or if the prints were distinctly human enough I'd straight up think there is some demon/monster/thing in the house or something.

Venom Jason DP X DC Crossover

We’ve seen variations if Danny cures Jason’s pit madness before, but what if doing so made things so much worse. Mild body horror ahead

Set up: Danny meets Jason, either off the clock or as Red hood. He senses something deeply messed up with him, aka the pit madness. Danny wants to help, but this is something he’s never seen before, maybe has heard vague whispers about, so when he can’t convince this man to go to another dimension with him(aka GZ Far frozen) he impulsively tries flushing whatever the hell this is out of Jason with ectoplasm and/or ecto dejecto.

Result: Jason starts to purge his body of the thing inside of him in the most horrifying way, out of his mouth nose and tear ducts. Gasping and surprisingly calm, he looks at the thing that came out of him. It’s red, amorphous, clearly living. and pissed,

So now the living embodiment of the pit rage is in search of a new host symbiote style. Now the struggle begins to get to the new host and free them from this thing before people get killed. Because, as they’re all about to find out, Jason was handling the rage surprisingly well.

in general, I like to think Tim becomes the unfortunate host because that just feels right and would make him much more understanding of the murder attempt. Bruce would be good because I think he could at least control himself a bit. Dick would jump straight to murder the boy has tried before multiple times and that’s without a pit. 

In the end, unable to get rid of Jason offers himself as a host to free his family. The rage is back but it was nice to have had the break all things considered. Plus the symbiote now acts as a new helmet and reinforces his armor and strikes.

So yeah Venom Jason. Feel free to steal this if you want to.

Villain Whumpee 1

Villain clung to the pillow Hero provided, hissing into it as the syringe was plunged into their neck. They shuddered at Superhero's hands following up, lightly pressing against Villain's shoulder. They cut off their own whimper, fully burying their face into the pillow, as if doing so would rescue their rapidly dying dignity. Hero watched in horror ,their supposedly powerful rival who was terrified of what was to come.

"That should do it." Superhero added matter of factly, already sauntering off to leave.

"It'll work? Just like that?" Hero stopped them at the doorway, ignoring the cold glare being shot back to them in resposne.

"Yes. Villain is lucky you care enough to hound me for that stuff. Expensive is an understatement."

Superhero glanced behind Hero, almost as if threatening Villain too. Hero knew that look so well. It was Superhero's judgmental glare. Right now it was surely saying, you don't deserve it. It's what it seemed to be saying the majority of the time anyway. Hero was hoping to see a flicker of something in Superhero's eyes, empathy, sympathy, a speckle of compassion. Instead nothing awaited.

"I'm sure they'll be fine"., Superhero droned. "Supervillain's venom isn't as special as they'd like it be."

With that they left Hero alone with Villain.

Hero shimmied up to Villain on the bed, continuously looking over them with worry blanching their face. At this rate they'd be equally as pale to their counterpart. "It's going to be alright." Hero lamented, patting Villain's back, "I promise."

Villain's eyes remained shut, almost sealed by thick tears from pain. Attempting to catch their breath, their entire body shook, the chest heaving up and down. Hero sat there listening to them breathe, hearing the occasional hitch for a large inhale, or the slight whine. Villain's bitten arm remained snuggled underneath them. Messily applied bandages peeked out. Their face was reddened, and damp from beads of sweat.

"Her- Hero..."

Hero allowed Villain to clasp one of their hands. It immediately tightened it's grip, Villain trying to fight off the pain. Their veins were on fire, hot prickling fire, traveling throughout them. Aching came first before all of that, as if the skeleton itself just wanted to ruin Villain's life. They knew Supervillain's venom was bad, but they didn't expect to get sick so quickly.

The worst part wasn't the pain anymore. Villain opened their eyes only for a split second to see a whole world of a terror in front of them. A flash of villain's phobias all bunched up into one. They completely forgot about the hallucinations.

Hero felt Villain trying to shift closer to them. They added, "I'm right here".

Villain began to ball in on themselves, keeping their hand extended and in Hero's. Hero could do nothing, but simply watch over their rival as the antivenom tried it's best at doing it's job. Hopefully... it works just like Superhero promised.
