Hey, I've never tasted Soya Chunks before. They are delicious, cheap and easy to prepare. I am aware that they might not be the healthiest supplement to meat, but I cannot imagine that the meat I can afford, is much healthier than these. And, anything in moderation, should be forgivable, right? The boys in this household, crave and miss meat sometimes, so I have to sacrifice a bit and give them options. They were chuffed.

Once again,I am cooking with Butternut! Butternut is currently in season, so prices are good. It is a versatile vegetable and works well - cooked, roasted, mashed, blended, grated, raw, as a soup, as a main, as a side, as a pie. Sweet potato is a good replacement, if you do not like Butternut, or if you don't have. My recipes or videos are pure inspiration and the hope that you will cook these meals, with your own taste and flair. I do not follow recipes and use what is available in the garden, the pantry, the fridge. I love vegan and vegetarian recipes, as they are normally one pot dishes served with rice, pasta, mash, couscous, wraps or quinoa. They are also guilt free and often plastic free. And, as a bonus, you have a tasty main meal, ready within 30 to 45 minutes.
