With the sun setting, the streets around felt a little more dangerous all on her own. Being held by Ross, being kissed and simultaneously put at ease for her constant anxiety had made it hard to focus after work. Luckily though, the brunette returned to the building without too much trouble.

When she finally did get up to the apartment, for once she actually felt pretty. Confidence put a twinkle in her eye for maybe the first time in her life. She was wearing a new dress, her makeup accentuated her features but she still didn't wear much, she'd given herself a nice little trim on her hair to rid her of any split ends.

"Ross, I'm home! Sorry I'm so late. I meant to call but I forgot to charge my phone before I left," Danny knew she didn't need to yell because of his hearing, so she just spoke in her usual tone. All she could do now was hope he hadn't been too worried.

It was weird, being a vampire. Especially since nobody really knew how he became one. What started out as a weird instance of sleepwalking turned out to be sleepwalking and some kind of attack, then vampirism. Fortunately he knew a vampire, and so Finney wandered around the forest, calling for Eddie. Eventually he heard a twig snap and turned around, sheepishly grinning.

"Hey man. Um... question. Well, actually a few questions but one pretty important one."

After a show, Eddie had been snatched off the street, bitten, and drank from by a newborn vampire. It's unfortunate but it happens all the time only he didn't stay down. After what was surely a traumatic night he woke up on a cold bed, broke out, and found his way back home which was trippy since his steps were like being in a full sprint. The only thing is he couldn't come inside so he knocked until she came to the door.

" I'm back baby! " he says to her once he sees her, grinning unaware of the long fangs on full display.

You were just trying to do your job, just trying to survive with what you had whilst someone kept looking at you at all times but when you looked back nothing was there.

You always found a pile of notes in your quarters at the end of the day all different from the last.

One day the notes would be about your hair and then the next it would be about your eyes.

Then the surplus of notes stopped showing up for a few days until one letter had appeared asking you to meet them in the garden.

You were skeptical so you asked everyone around but they couldn’t provide a clear answer.

You went to the garden with a knife hidden inside your pocket and as you walked farther in you smelt a strong copper smell and saw the son of the king standing over a horribly mutilated body the only thing in tact on it was a ring that belonged to a butler that flirted with you earlier today.

He looked at you with a insane look as you backed away before beginning to run away from only to be pounced onto.

“Your highness please! get off of me and think-“

“Oh you don’t need to call me anything fancy love, just call me jasper”

He pulled the knife out of your pocket and hit you over the head with the butt of the knife knocking you out cold.

Once you finally awoke you were bound to a chair as a blurry figure stood above you with its wings spread out. Once your vision finally fixed itself you saw jasper as he’s called and he had an innocent smile on his face.

“Good morning dear, how are you?”

You didn’t speak to him only for him to grab your chin forcing you to look him in the eyes.

“I said how are you?”

You tried to kick him only for him to catch your leg and squeeze it to the point of pain and tears beginning to form in your eyes.

“Now now y/n I don’t want to hurt you further then I just have.”

He said to you before licking your tears while finally letting go of your leg. He then kissed your lips briefly before going to the door and leaving the room.

You tried everything to break the restraints but once you did he came back.

“And here I was thinking that you’d be smarter then this. Apparently, I was wrong.”

He appeared in front of you tying your hands behind your back before biting your neck with his fangs making you scream in pain. Gulping down a good amount of blood you felt your body begin to fall backwards and into his arms and as felt the soft mattress he laid you onto it he whispered something in your ears.

“Your mine y/n.”
