nouh, its less abt uv rays and more abt the sunlight as an abstract concept. like how moonlight doesnt kill them even though moonlight is just second hand sunlight.

I try to apply some level of physical like """"realism""""" to them like their fangs/esophagus being connected to their veins & thats how the blood gets in there & try to take some basic rules to their most extreme implications but it is still a curse thats got random bullshit thats really hard to draw hard lines around :') the getting into a house thing isnt even on the law its abt who feels most at home in a space bc i dont think laws existed when the first vampire got vampired.

(only reason avery cant get in her own home without asking her landlord is bc avery is cringe and mopey and doesnt decorate & a random guy who doesnt even live there feels more ownership over her space than she does)

the joys of having my nails painted vs. the horror of painting my nails

#i CANT spend hours painting my nails and waiting for them to dry i don’t have the PATIENCE i don’t have the TIME #yeah i got a uv lamp #and two brands of uv light nail polish #one doesn’t even dry using the lamp it’s horrible #the other does and it works and looks lovely #but after a few days the paint will peel off like completely seperate from my nail #this disheartens me sooo much guys :(( #lindsay posts

At first I thought the nails weren't too bad. Not what you wanted, but still cute. BUT $120? AND NOT A SINGLE NAIL LOOKS COOL AND FUCKED UP??????? scam.... im so sorry.

yeah, I loathe to think of the price if she had actually done what I had asked for lol. Originally it was supposed to be 65$ but after sending her the inspo sheets she said it was going to be more around 75$ due to the complexity of the designs & I’d be there for 2-3 hours. She offered to simplify it for me if I couldn’t afford that or needed to be somewhere. I told her it was alright to go ahead and simplify the designs since I was on a time limit and she told me no problem.

2 hours and 45 minutes later she gives me these and charges us 120$ plus my mom made me tip another 20$ (I was pissed so I was only going to do 10$ but my mom told me that was rude…) LIKE DAMN DUDE….. IF IM PAYING THAT MUCH COULD U NOT HAVE JUST DONE WHAT I ASKED FOR LOL.

I DIDNT EVEN GET ONE EYEBALL. AND NO RED….. NO STARS…. WHY THE FUCK WOULD SHE DO CIRCLE SPRINKLES AND NOT STARS WHEN SHE HAD THE STARS ALREADY ON HER TABLE??? SHE BROUGHT THEM OUT AND EVERYTHING AND JUST…. DIDNT USE THEM…. WHY……. she didn’t even use any glitter I had to sheepishly ask at the end of it lolololol. Sigh. The worst part is I’ll probably be back because I am horribly desperate for nails that don’t make me want to kill myself kek.
