I'm confused by an interview with Isayama. It was probably about the Ackermans and I think that's probably what the interviewer was saying. For Mikasa, Eren is Uri for Kenny, while for Levi he says who this person is, and for Levi Isayama says that this person is Erwin. I don't understand what exactly he meant here, was he referring to Ackerbond? Maybe ackerbond was real at the time and then Isayama changed his mind and decided to disprove it. Or it's still unclear. Or was Isayama trying to draw a parallel, as the ackermans once served kings?

Someone said that their following their 'masters' was a different feeling, but nevertheless the feelings of all three were the same. I don't know if the person was referring to the same feelings of loyalty and following.

Isayama has said plainly that there's no such thing as the "Ackerbond", and that Levi's and Mikasa's personality's are simply geared toward loyalty, so that's what he's referring to here. There's no magical bond between them and some "liege" figure. They just have a tendency to form close bonds with others and not leave their side.

When he compares all these different people, what I think he means is that Eren, Uri and Erwin were each the three people who had the most influence in the lives of Mikasa, Kenny and Levi respectively. Each of them had a big impact on them, in terms of influencing their approach to things, their outlooks, etc... If you're asking about Levi in particular, I've written a bunch about this, but Erwin obviously helped Levi develop his no regrets philosophy, by turning him onto the possibility of ensuring the sacrifices of his comrades wouldn't go in vain. That, even if he couldn't save every life, he could at least make sure the deaths of those he couldn't save wouldn't be a waste, by continuing to fight for their dreams. Really, in the most basic sense, he gave Levi a way of coping with his grief, by helping him to believe he could give their deaths meaning, instead of the meaningless death he experienced growing up.
