I'm having a rough day emotionally. it hard to hear emotional abuse and see neglect and not say anything because of the backlash you are about to receive , this is my way to vent and let off some steam . children have feelings too they depends on parents and other family members for support . Even when it's one of the bad days please remember to be mindful
