I love the characters of this show, they're so pure with their own faults. I really want to see more plot building with it and gosh the random musical part. It's sad for me that Ageha didn't get the role of Alexis' shadow since he always wanted it but i guess its fine now that he's not running after Tsukigami. I'm also very happy for Hoshitani since he'll get to perform alongside his idol which he has dreamt about a lot. Nayuki and Ugawa's friendship is so cool for me too short besties squad yay. and the BL bait oh dear why do they do this.
i lovelovelove the textures in your art!! what program and brushes do you use? :)
thank you! i use firealpaca for my main work. the main brushes that i use for lineart are "pencil (sketchbook)", "marker", and "analog (c) hiroki ugawa". for my blending, i also use "pencil (sketchbook)" but at a lower opacity and larger size
after finishing my piece, ill export it and pop it into medibang paint to add my halftone dots, which isn't exactly a brush, but it's a weird process that you'd have to look up because it's kind of hard to explain
Some time ago I have restarted my playthrough of Animal Crossing: New Horizons due to personal reasons. As of now, my Island, Juukann ( I may change the name as my past research on this word was not the meaning I was looking for) is more designed the way I want it to look.
As I was doodling and such, I couldn't help but think about Tom Nook and I just find his character really fascinating! So after watching a fun Comic Dub of him and Redd duking it (Redd Alert by Daria Yoke) and some character/folklore analysis, I find myself quite fond of this Business Enthused Tanuki!
I also wanted to play around in Fire Alpaca some more and I really love the brush (Analog (Hiroki Ugawa)) for my sketches!
New Horizons is very chill, though I wish I could customize my hair the way I draw it. Maybe in the future, perhaps?
In Firealpaca I typically use pencil (sketchbook) or analog hiroki ugawa with opacity by pressure turned on for sketching, that same analog pen with opacity by pressure turned off for lineart, and oil pen for coloring. I also use the mix pen to blend shading n lighting :]
