1. Why do you like or dislike this character?

I like Jason because, well honestly I just enjoy him? I can’t really explain it properly😭😭😭😭 There’s not much to dislike. I guess sometimes he did feel a bit boring in other characters POVs. Other than that nothing much.

3. Least favorite canon thing about this character?

That he died /hj. I get why his death was important but at the same time- I’m a tad bit sad.

His gold coin sword. Very specific, but I just wanted him to have smthn special. Like ok great idea for the sword but to me it was similar to what Percy had going on. So if Jason like made a sword out of lightning or somthn whenever he needed it, it would’ve been cooler.

4. If you could put this character in any other media, be it a book, a movie, anything, what would you put them in?

I said in like the previous one, just any dystopian/apocalypse setting.

I haven’t read fics in a while gosh I’m not sure if I remember 😭😭😭

There’s one where whenever Jason was nervous, he’d tap a tune on like a table or any surface. Or like just in air. Ik it’s like specific, but it gave him a bit more personality.

What I don’t like is when he’s characterised as a himbo. Like a very dumbed up himbo.

How do each of the boys get together with their girls in the band au? Is it sudden or just a kind of natural getting together? Do they make it public or hide it from their fans?

Y’know, i think the boys wouldn’t really mind making their relationships public (although Kusanagi would probably have their heads cause there goes like 45% of their fandom who were extremely delusional about them). But they have to keep it private for their girls’ sake, since fans are more tough on female idols for dating since it’s a threat to their delusions

Dewa/Miyako:

I hate to say this, but we got a woman chasing a man with this couple 🤦‍♀️ Its not that Miyako is desperate to get Dewa’s attention. she just hates how he forms his initial judgement on her based on her idol persona, and isn’t willing to get to know her because of that. Dewa doesn’t really want anything to do with some rich girl who paid her way into the music industry, and thinks Miyako lack depth as a person. As someone who’s used to getting whatever she wants with no issue, she finds herself trying to soften up this delinquent who looks down at her for using her privilege to her advantage. They finally get together when Dewa eases up on Miyako and realizes that despite her being spoiled rotten, she genuinely cares about others and that she is a lot smarter than he gives her credit for. He will never reveal this out loud, but he does find himself mesmerized by Miyako’s looks and laugh when she’s not paying attention.

Chitose/Izumi:

Chitose and Izumi are the second couple to get together, but unlike Shohei and Sakuno, they strictly remain as friends with benefits, ignoring any lingering feelings they may have. they’re pretty quick to get in bed together, since izumi’s initial hostility quickly fades away, along with her loyalty to maria. they get revealed in the messiest way possible, at least for a female idol like izumi. the paparazzi gets an anonymous tip, which leads them to secretly camp around chitose’s apartment for a week. izumi was careless and managed to get caught entering and leaving chitose’s apartment during multiple nights. with her leaving chitose’s apparent in the same outfit she wore hours earlier, it was pretty obvious what they were doing (the messy hair and smudged makeup didnt help either). izumi gets more backlash than chitose. not only is she a pop idol with a delusional fanbase who wanted to believe that she was innocent and single, but people were quick to realize that she’s fucking the same guy who broke her friend’s heart 😬

Bandou/Kaoru:

Its a slowburn 300k enemies to lovers fic with these two. Bandou makes it known that he would get with any of the other girls, but not Kaoru. If anything, I can see Bandou crushing on another member while he kept bickering with Kaoru, which adds some potential angst here! But like a lot of the pairs here, they both end up becoming friends before even thinking of any potential relationship. After all the countless arguments and insults, they both are a little awkward at first, averting eye contact, giving each other random compliments, and just being decent people. Once they get out of their awkward phase, they’re quick to bicker again, but this time its more friendly jokes. Bandou tries to get Kaoru to set him up with other girls (including some of her members), and Kaoru would purposely set him up on blind dates with some ugly or extremely shallow girls she happens to know. Its only when bandou goes on a serious date with a pretty girl he gets along with, Kaoru starts to feel a type of way. At first she shrugs it off when he’s cancelling their hang outs to go on dates, cause shes used to them failing miserably and him coming back to her so that he can vent. but when he starts ditching her all the time, she gets pissed and yells at him for ignoring their friendship. But even when he gives her enough time, she still feels weird whenever the topic of that new girl comes up. Meanwhile, bandou is confused. He finally found a pretty girl that likes him and his weird personality! But something feels off, and he can’t help but feel that he’s missing someone. Only when she gets an aggressive confidence boost from yata, does kaoru try intervening between bandou and his new girl, obnoxiously playing the “girl best friend” card. Kaoru is the one who makes the call in the relationship, so similar to dewa and miyako, their relationship is kept private

Shohei/Sakuno:

While they are the first to get together, they didn’t get into a relationship right away. It starts off with a mutual attraction at first sight, to shouhei chasing after sakuno as she tries to stay away, to them falling into a situationship and becoming friends with benefits, to finally getting into a relationship. Before their relationship gets exposed, some fans notice small hints such as sakuno wearing an oversized jacket on a night out with her girlfriends that look a little too similar to the iconic jacket shouhei wore to an award show. or how they seem to have been at the same place, but different times, according to their instagram posts. some people even notice from their ig posts that they even seem to hang with the same group of people. But none of these were made to a big deal by anyone other than those who shipped them and would over analyze their every move. They wanted to remain private, but were forced to go public to remove some steam from Chitose and Izumi.

ohHO i will absolutely tell you tysm for asking!! i’ve been wanting to talk abt them for ages but just never got around to it ig ahjdkcka

Time’s actually like 32 and is just really committed to the bit of being ancient

Sky is horrific at making new friends. he grew up with the same small group of people, so he never learned how to make friends with complete strangers because there simply wasn’t the need to. so, when he first starts traveling with the chain, he makes little wooden charms for them because he isn’t entirely sure how else to get close with them. Zelda always enjoyed his woodcarvings, so maybe they will too??

as a result, the entire chain has little trinkets made by Sky. on Legend’s bag there’s charms hanging off the straps, and Twilight wears his as necklaces (both because it looks cool as fuck and it helps the shadow crystal stand out less). yes Wind has specifically commissioned him to make something for Aryll

yeah yeah bunny Legend but consider: the mermaid suit (which I like to think is more of a curse bc get fished pink man <3) giving him some marine animal qualities as well. no matter what tho that bitch is an Ariel kinnie, they’re collecting all the shiny shit they can find

Sky is obsessed with doing puzzles the Right and Proper way, meanwhile Wild cheeses absolutely everything he can

Wind believes in all of those classic pirate superstitions

the witches in Legend’s era adore him. Grandma Syrup dotes on him, Maple is like a teasing older sister, and Irene is like a teasing younger sister. this is where he learned most of his magic skills from, and he takes all potentially enchanted or cursed items to them to check out. he’ll never admit it, but Legend finds lots of comfort in all of them, as they’re one of the few people who’ve stayed in his life this long.

Wild’s a pretty good medic!! during his adventure, he very quickly realized how dangerous infection is, so they learned about a lot of home remedies and medicinal herbs, as well as how to tend to a wound from other travelers at stables and inns. he didn’t really get a choice in learning, considering how he probably got stung or bit by painful insects or accidentally brushed up against painful plants a lot during the early days of their adventure, and thus showed up to stables covered in rashes and hives and such, causing every decent person in the area to flock to them and try to help. their Hyrule is very sweet, okay?

they’re not the only one who’s well acquainted with medicinal herbs, though! while I think all of them would have a basic understanding, Time, Hyrule, Warriors, and Wind would know a lot. dw i’m elaborating

Time quite literally grew up in the forest, was raised by a tree, and had actual forest spirits for siblings—he knows his plants. he and Saria would peel willow bark and collect dandelions together

I like to think that Hyrule being half-fae makes him very sensitive to all magic-based auras, including that of plants, so they’re very good at picking out the healing herbs, even if they’re not quite sure what they’re called

listen ok hear me out about Warriors. young Time was appalled that he knew jackshit about nature and forcefully taught him. also, before modern medicine, medicinal plants were used all the fucking time on the battle field. yarrow, an herb that stops bleeding and prevents infection, is called soldiers’ woundwort because of this. i mention this because he was probably concerned about the health and safety of his troops, so he learned what the medics were doing and using.

Wind grew up on a small, tight-knit island, realistically they would’ve had to have learned how to use the things around them to their fullest advantage. that being said, his knowledge is sort of useless outside of his own era, aside from what he was taught in the war. ok i’m done talking about medicinal herbs now i promise sorry it’s a hobby of mine ahhsjdka

Legend’s terrified of dogs. in Link’s Awakening, the dogs are literally balls on chains with huge mouths full of sharp teeth (basically just Chain Chomps). if you want to get angsty with it: it comes from guard dogs being sent after him on his first adventure. he became a lot less scared to more he spent time with BowBow (the ball and chain dog) but, when he woke up, he got the belief that he could only be safe around a dog in his dreams. he’s pretty damn uncomfortable around Wolfie at first, but after lots of time and learning to trust Twilight, he’s able to slowly overcome his fear. sort of. mostly just with Wolfie. he still hates staying at stables in Wild’s Hyrule.

I was thinking about Legend’s story a while ago and realized it was kind of similar to Joan of Arc’s so take that as you will. idk if this even counts as a headcanon but i’m putting it here

Warriors and Twilight are really close friends because they both understand the struggles of wrangling dirt worshipping nature freaks. anytime Twilight (lovingly) complains about Wild, Wars will counter with whatever asinine feral child antics young Time got up to and suddenly Twi will feel very blessed and lucky

whenever Four sees someone with their hair in a high ponytail he subconsciously thinks they’re very smart and respectable because Dot always wears her hair in a high ponytail

Hyrule is completely fine with not sleeping on a bedroll. they like the dirt, actually. let them sleep in the dirt.

Legend uses apples in his red potions, both to increase their potency and to make them taste better. he also learned how to enchant apples to be healing on their own so sometimes when someone’s hurt he’ll just shove an apple in their face

I loooove demomedic but I don't like how much stuff abt them seems to be abt Medic trying to "fix" Demo, worrying abt Demo's "health", etc. Idk this is probably mostly just personal interpretation but does it not feel out of character to have Medic's main personality trait be "genuine concern for another person's physical health", yes even if he loves them? Also it's just another way to reduce Demo to a sexy but ultimately useless and self-destructing alcoholic prop. Demo does not need Medic to tell him that Um Actually (nerd finger point emoji) Drinking That Much Is Bad For You, he's an adult and he KNOWS that. PLUS I know it's not canon but I've always imagined Medic as a wreck and possibly a drinker himself, yknow, if he's in a serious setting. Girl's stressed out! Girl has a lot going on!
