Welcome to my first post.

My name is Davey Wreden and I typically use Cakebread as my nickname. However, someone had already taken that username, so I had to improvise.

I hope to get more feedback on one of my games, The Beginner's Guide. In short - it's an antology of my friend's games. Coda hasn't created a single game since 2011 and I do hope to still bring him back to the game devs work. I myself have published a game and received overwhelmingly positive responses but I'm not here for myself.

I'm doing this for him.

What brought me to this platform is a good feedback system. I've been on Twitter and Facebook for a whole but none of them has the anonymous ask feature this platform does. And while I do think scrapping someone's identity from their own words seems a bit counter productive, in some cases, that can bring the needed courage to say your thoughts. That's why we use usernames instead of our real names on the internet, anyways.

I also like the reblogging feature. It seems way better than having a work be reposted - since the original creators lose feedback this way.

That's why I'd like you to use the ask feature if you have any thoughts you feel are worth sharing about the game. Please, if you write your own reviews of this game, do tag me so I can tell you my insights.

Revenant is soooo mid which is disappointing because I was looking forward to it due to the actors and writer (this isn’t a flop like Jirisan, which I gave up on after 2–3 episodes, but it’s not really good). BUT. BUT!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m suffering from “poor little meow meow middle-aged man” deficiency and Professor Yeom Haesang suffers so much. I can’t believe I was like “Oh...okay” about his casting because I’m planting my palms against his windows, peering at him in his little cage and being fed because he’s had the worst life ever and it keeps getting worse. HAESANG *____*<3

as a general idea I think Tumblr is the best social media for art as a hobby. Sure if you want the chance at professional opportunities you may bet for Twitter, but if you just want to post random art you did just for fun or love it's great. It gets a lot of attention years down the line, and while it's kind of embarrassing seeing my first pieces of art pop up on my notes frequently considering how I've improved, it's great that there's still an audience for it. You don't need to "learn" the algorithm or tame it or whatever, you can just. Post it. Maybe add some tags for people to find you, but that's all the work you gotta do

i love my psychiatrist like 80% of the time but today is not one of those times bc my normal pharmacy is out of Vyvanse generic (ofc they are everyone is) so I called around and found a place that had exactly enough left in my dosage to do my prescription on Monday. I called my doc to get my prescription moved - bc even though it's legalized for pharmacists to transfer controlled medications one time only for refill purposes my pharmacy has a policy that they won't transfer them at all (fuck that) but anyway - I left a voicemail at the doctor's and the nurse practitioner called me back like an hour later to get the details and said she'd forward it up (this is at like 1pm on Monday) anyway yesterday morning I stopped by the pharmacy and they hadn't received my script yet and I thought "hey I'll trust my doc to get it done she hasn't left me hanging before" (we can all see how that worked out for me) but they still had the generic in my dosage so I said "great I'll check back tomorrow" and I stop by this afternoon. give them my birthday, no dice. double check under name, nothing. other pharmacy tech I talked to yesterday hears me and comes over and goes "you're looking for the vyvanse right" and then sadly shakes her head when I say yes indeed I am and ask if they still happen to have any. so lads, it looks like I'm in for a Bad Time
