Going on vacation Wednesday..anyone have any tips to get out of meals? Here are some plans I have but I need more.
-On the way driving down and back, don’t eat breakfast, and when stopping for lunch just get a small fry or 4 piece nugget
-Don’t eat breakfast ANY of the days (my parents know I don’t like breakfast so this is easy!)
-When getting lunch or dinner: either get a salad or low calorie soup but if there’s no option for that, just eat half of whatever you order and throw out the rest when you get back to the hotel
But for snacking like we go to huge candy stores, what do I do or say?
