Random medieval inn based on Lion's Pride Inn from World of Warcraft, cause my dad's been playing that again lately & it's the only medieval-themed thing I've ever had much interest in, if only for the nostalgia of it :P

You can't use beds/dressers on community lots without OFB though, so the second floor is empty lol

But it does have a basement for shady meetings

WIP exterior of a house I built this week and love! I got brave with the terrain tools, meaning I raised the back corner of this lot like 4-6 clicks and smoothed out the edges and covered them with plants :) :) :) But it gives it character I think.

The inside isn’t furnished yet, no idea if I will do that soon or not until next round when I get back around to playing the Sim whose house this is! I can tell you it’s a good witch here, so I wanted it to have a bit of a woodland cottage feel. I’m so in love with it so far!

I also built this house and then realized some time the next day (while nowhere near my computer) that I should have used those awnings I converted on this house, and I set a reminder on my phone to do it when I was home... Sims on the brain, always.

Saloon in Strangedown (a downtown subhood for Strangederata Valley)

If it looks familiar, that's because I've already showed it like a million years ago, but it was almost completely unfurnished. Now it's finished, I think?

I'm so bad at building and especially at furnishing community lots. I hate doing them, but my sims need somewhere to go out, so I'm trying. I don't know why I'm like this. I love building residential lots. I think maybe it's because I never go out, so I have no clue what things are supposed to look like.

Greetings from Pleasantview Year one: introduction

Here is the town of Pleasantview.

It has a nice "surburban" feel to it and heavily features architectural gems from the 1950's, but also a more 'modern' district around Main Street with both condos and a shopping street.

There's currently 25 sims spread across 8 households in the town:

150 Main Street: Lothario household. Don Lothario lives here alone.

170 Main Street: Caliente household. Nina & Dina Caliente lives here.

195 Main Street: Dreamer household. Darren & Dirk Dreamer lives here.

Pleasantview Orphanage: The Oldie household. Herb & Coral Oldie lives here along with the five orphaned children of Pleasantview; Orlando Bertino, Chloe Gonzaga, Brittany Parker, Chandler Platz & Marsha Bruenig.

170 Sim Lane: The Burb household. John, Jennifer & Lucy Burb lives here.

165 Sim Lane: The Goth household. Mortimer, Cassandra & Alexander Goth lives here.

215 Sim Lane: The Pleasant household. Mary-Sue, Daniel, Lilith & Angela Pleasant lives here.

+1 thing I'll probably never be able to finish

yeah, I got rid of the tower thingy because I didn't want to deal with glitchy octagonal roofs and with the regular roof I just don't like it. Thus, the house went from a "sorta Victorian" to a McMansion with English vibe.

Anya became a witch this round thanks to ROS, but it also feels like it fits well with her vibe as I see it, so I think I'll keep it. I base the alignment on their niceness points, so Anya is a good witch!

Some of the excess space in the yard got used to build her a witchy little cottage for all her witchy doings.
