Idk if this is anything, but I was talking to my partner about how we experience our autism and I eventually came to this trifecta.

He feels very human. But so many things indicate to him that what he thinks of as the human experience is subjective and not necessarily shared by the majority, what most others think of as being human usually has nothing or very little to do with what he experiences. And since he can’t relate to anyone about it, it can feel more appropriate to think of themself as an alien.

I, on the other hand, feel like some sort of animal. I feel different from the humans around me, but I still understand a lot of things about them, but more so in the way a dog understands what pointing means. Not quite human but human adjacent.

The robot one I don’t have as well of an intimate understanding of, but I’ve seen other people relate to it and sometimes robot characters hit me hard hah. Something about having trouble with understanding emotions.

So robot - trouble with emotions, animal - not quite human just something similar, alien - feeling like an outsider to the majority

So yeah, we made this uh.... Misery-CPR-Reese's Puffs alignment triangle for us, and I guess we cover all the points and sides???

For explanations... (it's mostly my assignment, but talking about it with B, it's kinda apt, anyway?)

me (Kochi) - I'd be a mix of Misery and CPR, because most of the time, I am in misery, and sometimes, when it gets bad, I get into the CPR side/point, which then drives me into further misery. (As much as possible, I don't really wanna do the sexy thinger, but hormones, I guess)

Muu - He would be CPR, at least for the most part. Let's just say that's where he got his start, anyway. And that's kind of why I didn't like him for a good part of his early days.

Gure - He'd be CPR-Reese's Puffs, cause for the most part he's all goofy and random... and then he'd be pretty much a horny babygirl sometimes. But that's probably because I don't want to, so it transfers to him, and he's more willing. (Doesn't really help that we're kind of a subsystem, I guess???)

Akkun - Reese's Puffs, for sure. Too cheerful to be Misery, and not hit with the horny, apparently. No thoughts, just meow meow.

Nehan - I would say he's a combination of Misery and Reese's Puffs, mostly for him being stoic yet random. Like one of those anime characters who don't really talk much and keep a straight face, but do outrageous things in the background.

B - I would put him straight into Misery. Not because he's IN misery, but more of he's interested in the human experience of misery. But then, he's also mostly serious, so that's that.

Izzy Ship Alignment for S2

Spoilers for if you want to avoid s2 Izzy talk. (minor spoilers for the S2 teaser, and the interview Con did last December) PLEASE disagree with my rankings. I would love to know how y'all feel about this.

I saw someone online reference the tiny interview Con had last December about Izzy's direction this season. Where it's referenced that Izzy understands himself emotionally, and is a romantic in a unrequited love.

I thought the obvious, 'Oh, Izzy/Ed, Izzy recovers from that'. BUT someone on TikTok mentioned how funny it would be if it were an unexpected character he ends up with.

SO I made this outcome chart:

The vertical columns: How it would affect the story. In a Chaotic way, a neutral way, or a 'lawful' way where I feel that it benefits the world/story around Izzy.

Horizontal columns: How bat shit I would go. Evil = I will never emotionally recover, THE DRAMA. Neutral I'm having a lovely time, and enjoying the ride. Good= YES! CHARACTER GROWTH!!!!

This is not me ranking ships, but the general vibe they bring to the plot we can see from the trailer. EXPLANATIONS DOWN BELOW.

Lawful Good: Single, but happy: This is where I predict s2 will end off. It's smart. Izzy is out of an emotional relationship where he's under his boss. He's finally free. He can be happy and single, or go into S3 looking for someone.

Neutral Good: ButtHands: It wouldn't change much in the story, but overall I'd think it's fun. Purely for the confusion of it all. They don't like each other...and yet.

Chaotic Good: Blackhands: It would change a lot in the story, and I wouldn't recover. Especially if it's just an unemotional one-off that leaves Izzy devastated. I don't think it would work...but the character growth???? Unmatched.

Lawful Neutral: Ouizzy, I love it, it's really fun, and it wouldn't change all that much in the story. It wouldn't force Izzy to change too much, besides maybe being kinder. Frenchie gets another bodyguard, and the banter would be fun.

Ture Neutral: Jizzy. They are almost the same person but Jim is supported by someone in their lives. I don't personally see it, but I do see that these two would get on together. Mild changes to the story, and I'd be satisfied with it.

Chaotic Neutral: SteddyHands: COULD YOU IMAGINE. A mainstream tv show with a poly couple as leads? And it's messy as fuck? It would take another season to set up, likely introducing Stizzy this season, and ending it off in the middle in S3. But it would have major consequences in the story, and I wouldn't be well after.

Lawful Evil: Rizzy: Izzy is able to be his tired, overworked, and violent self with someone who gets that at some level. It moves the plot forward while also being a badass scary couple.

Neutral Evil: RETROACTIVE CALICOHANDS WOULD HURT. Ngl, finding out Izzy sent someone he kind of cared about would affect Izzy's story, but not the overall plot. I wouldn't recover, Izzy would have a big regret arch, and I'd write fix it's.

Chaotic Evil: Just Stizzy. A freshly 'single' Izzy leaves Ed, and goes to find Stede, but oh no. Stede genuinely wants to get better and be loyal to his crew. Izzy finds himself falling infatuated with his boss' ex. Stede still loves Ed and is going to find Ed. But Izzy just has to chew on his lip as he falls for his Captain AGAIN. Stede needs to figure out that you can love people in different ways. We get a messy love triangle and STEDE is in the center. I WANT THIS. I won't get it. BUT WHAT IF.

[I forgot Lucius/Izzy, but to me, it sits right at the True Neutral or Chaotic Neutral. It wouldn't change too much in the overall plot. It shows huge growth for both people. The only reason it would be Chaotic is how Izzy would be perceived by the crew]

I have 4 Yod aspects in my chart, would you be able to give more insight on Yods in general?

Hi! Absolutely, I'd love to.

A short introduction just in case someone else reading this isn't sure what we're talking about here: a Yod is an aspect pattern that consists of two inconjunct aspects (150 degrees) and one sextile aspect (60 degrees). It is formed when two planets are in a sextile aspect to each other and both form an inconjunct aspect to a third planet. I would advise heavily against using points and steroids when looking for a Yod. To take it a step further, I'd only allow personal (Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars) and social (Jupiter and Saturn) planets and an orb of 2 degrees for the inconjunctions and 4 degrees for the sextile. However, I'll also make some examples with generational planets just so we can get a better feel of this energy.

The formation is a narrow, elongated triangle, with the third planet at the apex of the triangle - this is the "finger" of the Yod and also the focal planet.

The Yod is a rare and powerful aspect pattern because it involves three planets that are in a complex and dynamic relationship with each other. It's a symbol of spiritual growth and evolution, as it represents a point of tension and challenge that can lead to profound growth and transformation.

Yods are seen as indicators of the soul's evolutionary journey. They are symbols of karmic patterns that need to be resolved in order for the soul to evolve and grow. The placement of the yod in the natal chart will provide further insight into a native's soul purpose and the challenges they need to overcome in order to achieve it.

Example 1: if a native has a Yod involving the Moon, Uranus, and Pluto, it may indicate a need to resolve past life patterns related to emotional (Moon) intensity, rebellion (Uranus), and transformation (Pluto). The challenge would be to find a way to integrate these energies and use them in a positive and constructive way, rather than being overwhelmed by them.

Yods are also symbols of spiritual potential and transformation. They are indicators of a native's spiritual gifts and talents, as well as the challenges they need to overcome in order to fully realize their potential.

Example 2: if a native has a Yod involving the Sun, Neptune, and Pluto, it may indicate a need to develop their spiritual gifts and talents in a way that is aligned with their soul purpose. The challenge would be to overcome any illusions or delusions that may be blocking their path and to use their spiritual gifts in a way that is aligned with their highest good and the good of others.

Interpreting Yods is actually pretty challenging because of the very complex dynamics they involve. Here are two things to consider:

First, it is important to consider the planets involved in the Yod and their placement by sign and house. This will provide valuable insight into the nature of the challenge and the area of life where it is likely to manifest.

Second, it is important to consider the sextile aspect that connects the two inconjunct planets. This can provide insight into the resources and talents that can be used to release the tension and achieve the desired growth and evolution.
