The aroma of the Trevon Diggs Dallas Cowboys player name shirt . moreover I love this whole process was giving me hunger pangs…pangs that had started several hours earlier that day. Basically developers have to go through a lot of hoops to make new housing. This is different from just renovating existing housing, since all you’re doing is raising the cost of the housing with the renovation. Creating new housing takes permits. It requires zoning. And likely someone isn’t going to like what you’re doing if it impacts their housing values in the slightest. For the longest time, freeways and sprawl allowed families to keep their heads above water, but now the prices in many American cities are becoming absolutely untenable.Trevon Diggs Dallas Cowboys player name shirt, hoodie, sweater, longsleeve and ladies t-shirt

People fresh out of college rarely make six figures. All of this is exacerbated by moreover I love this phenomenon of ‘real estate banking’ in which millionaires buy expensive properties not to live in or rent, but simply as a place to park their cash. They know that property values almost always increase, so it’s like a bank, except that people actually need space to live in! Add to the fact that many of the poor now live with parents, or are homeless, or living in groups to survive and you have a very nasty situation. There are solutions, but they require money and a government that actually gives a crap about poor people. Could 2020 be the Year Chidobe Awuzie Breaks Out?
Could 2020 be the Year Chidobe Awuzie Breaks Out?
The Dallas Cowboys added a lot of new faces to the cornerback room this offseason. They added Daryl Worley and Maurice Canady in free agency, then drafted Trevon Diggs and Reggie Robinson II in the 2020 NFL Draft. With Byron Jones now swimming in a pool full of cash in Miami, the Dallas Cowboys need someone to step up and be their top corner.
Though many might scoff at the idea, Chidobe Awuzie…

Appellate court decision allows Bitconnect class action to proceed
Tumblr media
The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that victims of the Bitconnect Ponzi scheme can proceed with a class action suit by reversing a previous ruling that prohibited such a case.
Bitconnect is the endlessly memed ICO from 2017 that collapsed in January, 2018. Appellate courts are superior courts that are used to review previously tried cases so the ruling may be reversed or confirmed.
The alleged victims may now move forward with a class action case against BitConnect (BCC) and its promoters Glenn Arcaro, Ryan Maasen, Trevon James, Ryan HiIdreth, and Craig Grant. There is no word yet on whether the complainants will proceed with the case.
The original complainants filed suit in order to be compensated for damages from being defrauded by BitConnect and its promoters. The complaint says promoters “made a mockery of state and federal securities laws.”
Law360 wrote on Feb. 22 that the defendants claimed in the Southern District of Florida that since marketing for the project was done using online mass communications platforms, they could not be held liable for securities fraud.
The defendants successfully argued that there could “only be liability when a seller directs solicitations to particular prospective buyers.” By using online social media platforms, the promoters argued that they had not directly solicited the cryptocurrency to buyers. Without that direct solicitation, they argued there was no securities fraud.
However, the Circuit Court decided to reverse the lower court’s decision to accept that argument since there is no precedent of the Securities Act of 1933 preventing online videos from being used in fraud charges.
Judge Britt C. Grant wrote for the court’s panel on Feb. 18:
“Because the Securities Act provides no free pass for online solicitations, we reverse the district court’s dismissal of the section 12 claim.”
The Circuit Court’s panel called the lower court’s reading of the Securities Act “cramped” and said that it “makes little sense” as it would have held a person liable for soliciting a security in a personal letter, but not an internet video.
David Silver, an attorney in the original case against BitConnect and its promoters tweeted on Feb. 19 “This is an incredibly important decision that will reverberate for years to come.”
Tumblr media
This new precedent adds greater legal risks and responsibilities for crypto promoters who use YouTube, Twitter, and other online communications platforms to shill crypto. Judge Grant wrote, “A new means of solicitation is not any less of a solicitation.”
In recent years, YouTube has removed videos and shut down channels related to cryptocurrency it deems “harmful and dangerous.”

Here’s our latest NFL mock draft after the start of free agency
Tumblr media
Cornerbacks Trevon Diggs, Kristian Fulton, and CJ Henderson are all possible first-round picks in 2020.
There’s much more to this draft than Jeff Okudah in pass coverage. Here are a few other corners who could come off the board early.
In the past week, a lot has changed in the NFL world. Of course, many players have signed with new teams. But there have also been some blockbuster trades involving first-round picks that shake up the 2020 NFL Draft.
Namely, the 49ers acquired the 13th overall pick by trading defensive lineman DeForest Buckner to the Indianapolis Colts. Minnesota turned wide receiver Stefon Diggs into the 22nd pick overall. Strangely, though, the Houston Texans are still without a first-round pick because they didn’t get one for star wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins.
The moves in free agency have filled holes on rosters and opened new ones. The cornerback market has been strong at the top, with four cornerbacks getting contracts of at least $40 million — Byron Jones, James Bradberry, Trae Waynes, and Kendall Fuller all cashed in.
But plenty of teams still need good cornerbacks. In today’s NFL, a complete roster should have three quality cornerbacks. Few actually do. This week’s mock draft features five cornerbacks in the first round. The last time that happened was the 2017 draft, which featured Marshon Lattimore, Marlon Humphrey, Adoree’ Jackson, Gareon Conley, and Tre’Davious White in the first round.
This year’s group could be just as impactful. Here’s a look at where they land:
1. Cincinnati Bengals: Joe Burrow, QB, LSU
A recent mock draft by NFL Media’s Lance Zierlein floated the wild idea of the Bengals trading out of the No. 1 pick. In the theoretical deal, the Bengals got pick Nos. 5 and 18, and a second-rounder from the Miami Dolphins. On a rebuilding team, that makes some sense. But passing on Burrow could come back to haunt Cincinnati.
2. Washington: Chase Young, DE, Ohio State
If we’re being honest, Washington doesn’t really need Young. The team is loaded up front with pass rushers Ryan Kerrigan and Montez Sweat, and Jonathan Allen and Da’Ron Payne on the defensive line. But when a player of Young’s caliber is available, he’s impossible to pass on.
3. Detroit Lions: Isaiah Simmons, LB, Clemson
The Lions have spent the offseason acquiring as many former New England Patriots as possible, including outside linebacker Jamie Collins. That shouldn’t impact the fit of Simmons, though.
4. New York Giants: Tristan Wirfs, OT, Iowa
In free agency, the Giants swapped out Mike Remmers for Cameron Fleming, a player familiar with the team’s new coaching staff. But it would be unwise to simply hand a starting tackle spot to him. A player like Wirfs could push for a starting spot at multiple positions on the line. The only thing that should keep the Giants from taking him is a trade back or Simmons being available.
5. Miami Dolphins: Tua Tagovailoa, QB, Alabama
The plan for Tagovailoa is to still have a personal pro day on April 9 and he’ll send the tape out to teams. But the greater issue is health and the concern of re-injuring himself. I’m keeping him either at this pick or to the Chargers, but his situation still deserves monitoring.
6. Los Angeles Chargers: Justin Herbert, QB, Oregon
The Chargers made a push to sign Tom Brady, but it was unsuccessful. After that, they aren’t expected to sign a veteran quarterback. That would lead you to believe they’re going to take a quarterback in the first round this year.
7. Carolina Panthers: Derrick Brown, DT, Auburn
By signing quarterback Teddy Bridgewater, the Panthers are clearly starting a new chapter. That also includes a rebuilt left side of their offensive line, which now features Russell Okung and John Miller. On defense, the Panthers still need help. Ohio State cornerback Jeff Okudah could be considered, but the Panthers have to get better up the middle. Brown is a force on the inside who can improve Carolina’s run defense.
8. Arizona Cardinals: Jedrick Wills, OT, Alabama
After performing highway robbery acquiring Hopkins, that leaves offensive tackle as the obvious move for the Cardinals. Although Louisville’s Mekhi Becton is the better player, he and Wills grade out pretty similarly. Wills could get the nod because the Cardinals need a right tackle, and that’s where he predominantly played at Alabama.
9. Jacksonville Jaguars: Jeff Okudah, CB, Ohio State
Cornerback Darqueze Dennard was a decent pickup on a three-year deal, but at $13.5 million total, Jacksonville isn’t exactly paying him to be a starter. If Okudah is still around with the ninth pick, he’s an easy choice for the Jaguars.
10. Cleveland Browns: Mekhi Becton, OT, Louisville
The loser of the Hopkins trade, besides Houston, was Cleveland. It all but assures the Cardinals taking one of the offensive tackles off the board. After handing out a huge deal to right tackle Jack Conklin, the Browns will be after the best left tackle available with the No. 10 pick. That could be Becton or Georgia’s Andrew Thomas.
11. New York Jets: CeeDee Lamb, WR, Oklahoma
The Jets gave big money to offensive tackle George Fant, which should be an indicator of their plans for him. That could lead New York to take the first wide receiver in the draft. Lamb would give Sam Darnold a game-breaking target who can make a play after the catch.
12. Las Vegas Raiders: Jerry Jeudy, WR, Alabama
Almost all of Las Vegas’ additions this offseason have been on defense. The Raiders could be waiting for the draft to snag a No. 1 receiver. The issue here is about which Alabama player they prefer. Jeudy gets the nod this week. He’s more of a sure thing than teammate Henry Ruggs III.
13. San Francisco 49ers (via Indianapolis Colts): CJ Henderson, CB, Florida
There has been talk since the NFL Scouting Combine that Henderson would be a top-15 pick. Now that the 49ers hold the 13th selection, they could be the team to make that come true. After this season, defensive backs Richard Sherman, Jaquiski Tartt, K’Wuan Williams and Ahkello Witherspoon are all unrestricted free agents. That could lead the 49ers to future-proofing their defense with a player like Henderson.
14. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Andrew Thomas, OT, Georgia
The Buccaneers have Tom Brady, and now they have to protect him. The interior of Tampa’s line is good with Ryan Jensen and Ali Marpet. However, the tackles leave plenty to be desired. Thomas saw a lot of snaps at Georgia and is the type of rookie who should be able to start straight away. That’s what the Buccaneers need.
15. Denver Broncos: Henry Ruggs III, WR, Alabama
One of the better moves of this offseason has been the Broncos trading for defensive lineman Jurrell Casey. That helps negate the loss of Derek Wolfe. If they don’t want South Carolina defensive lineman Javon Kinlaw, the Broncos could find a partner for wide receiver Courtland Sutton. Ruggs, Sutton, and second-year tight end Noah Fant would give the Broncos an impressive group of receiving options for Drew Lock.
16. Atlanta Falcons: Javon Kinlaw, DT, South Carolina
The Falcons locked up pass rusher Dante Fowler Jr. on a three-year deal, but that shouldn’t stop them from taking a defensive lineman. In last year’s draft, the Falcons used their first two picks on offensive linemen, so general manager Thomas Dimitroff won’t shy away from doubling down on a need. Kinlaw could be what the Falcons were hoping to get in Ra’Shede Hageman in 2014.
17. Dallas Cowboys: Yetur Gross-Matos, Edge, Penn State
While the Cowboys are still trying to figure out a contract for quarterback Dak Prescott, they’ve made some big-name moves. They gave $100 million to wide receiver Amari Cooper and added Gerald McCoy and HaHa Clinton-Dix on defense. The Cowboys still need pass rush help, and could nab Gross-Matos to play opposite DeMarcus Lawrence.
18. Miami Dolphins (via Pittsburgh Steelers): Austin Jackson, OT, USC
The Dolphins have made several moves to fix their defense in free agency, bringing in Byron Jones, Shaq Lawson, Emmanuel Ogbah, and Kyle Van Noy. Their moves on offense, though, are lacking. That’s why I’m sticking with Jackson to Miami with the No. 18 pick.
19. Las Vegas Raiders (via Chicago Bears): Trevon Diggs, CB, Alabama
Linebacker was obviously a big offseason priority for the Raiders, as they went out and signed Nick Kwiatkoski and Cory Littleton. Adding two starters might mean waiting on the position until later in the draft. Instead, they could address cornerback with Diggs.
20. Jacksonville Jaguars: (via Los Angeles Rams): K’Lavon Chaisson, Edge, LSU
With Yannick Ngakoue wanting out of Jacksonville, his replacement could be found in Chaisson. While the LSU product will need to be developed, he has a quick burst off the line of scrimmage and knows how to create pressure.
21. Philadelphia Eagles: Justin Jefferson, WR, LSU
After adding four defensive backs in free agency, that need is no longer as pressing for the Eagles. That’s why I’m holding with Jefferson here. Jefferson would give the Eagles a dangerous deep-ball target for Carson Wentz.
22. Minnesota Vikings (via Buffalo Bills): Kristian Fulton, CB, LSU
Minnesota’s cornerback play last season was a mess. Now with two first-round picks, the Vikings can address the position. Henderson or Diggs would be the preference, but Fulton is a good fit in Mike Zimmer’s defense.
23. New England Patriots: Jordan Love, QB, Utah State
It’s hard to believe the Patriots will go into next season with either Jarrett Stidham or Brian Hoyer as their starting quarterback. A lot of work needs to be done to develop Love, but his tools are outstanding.
24. New Orleans Saints: Laviska Shenault Jr., WR, Colorado
New Orleans smartly brought in wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders, and he is a good contrast to Michael Thomas. Now imagine a wide receiver group with those two and Shenault, a player Sean Payton can line up all over the place on offense.
25. Minnesota Vikings: Patrick Queen, LB, LSU
Anthony Barr and Eric Kendricks are locked up for the next few years, but the Vikings could use another linebacker. Ben Gedeon has been an underwhelming fourth-round pick. Queen’s ability to chase down the ball would give the Vikings a good young linebacker to complete that unit.
26. Miami Dolphins (via Houston Texans): Xavier McKinney, S, Alabama
Putting McKinney on a defense that is being rebuilt would give head coach Brian Flores a versatile secondary player. McKinney can play single-high safety or in the slot. A secondary with Jones, McKinney, and Xavien Howard is suddenly one of the better groups in the NFL.
27. Seattle Seahawks: A.J. Epenesa, DE, Iowa
Epenesa isn’t what the Seahawks usually look for in a defensive end — he really doesn’t fit the Leo position Pete Carroll utilizes. But this is the same team that took L.J. Collier in the first round last year, so maybe their blueprint up front has changed.
28. Baltimore Ravens: Kenneth Murray, LB, Oklahoma
The Ravens added some beef on the defensive line, acquiring Michael Brockers and Calais Campbell. That should help fix the team’s run defense. Adding a linebacker like Murray could finish off the front seven.
29. Tennessee Titans: Terrell Lewis, Edge, Alabama
The Titans brought in Vic Beasley on a one-year prove it deal, so they’re not set longterm at pass rusher. Lewis could be a good rotational piece with Beasley and Harold Landry. That would help them stay fresh and give the Titans some options.
30. Green Bay Packers: Josh Jones, OT, Houston
After losing Bryan Bulaga in free agency, as expected, the Packers signed free agent Rick Wagner. Unfortunately, he never lived up to a big contract in Detroit and shouldn’t just be the assumed starter on the right side. If Jones slides, the Packers shouldn’t hesitate taking him. He’s an athletic blocker with enough power to push for a starting job as a rookie.
31. San Francisco 49ers: Tee Higgins, WR, Clemson
The 49ers swung and missed on Dante Pettis, their second-round pick in the 2018 draft. They swung and hit a home run in the second round last year with Deebo Samuel. In this loaded class of wide receivers, the 49ers could take one more swing with a big receiver like Higgins. He’s a good outside target who will go up and get the ball. He’s not the fastest wide receiver, but the 49ers have plenty of speed.
32. Kansas City Chiefs: Jeff Gladney, CB, TCU
The Super Bowl champions have been one of the quietest teams in free agency, doing little more than put the franchise tag on defensive lineman Chris Jones. The team’s needs are relatively the same, and they start at cornerback. Even if Gladney isn’t the biggest cornerback, he’s aggressive and coaches will love his style of play.

Authorities are freezing assets of all involved in the Bitconnect scam
Tumblr media
John Bigatton is the only representative for BitConnect Australia and he has now had all of his assets frozen by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). ASIC has relatively the same functions as the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
John Bigatton is now unable to leave the country as long as the investigation is ongoing. He is also a director and shareholder in BitConnect International. BitConnect itself however, is under investigation from many international agencies for fraud.
Authorities are pursuing everyone connected to Bitconnect
Trevon James is a well-known Bitcoin pumper and enthusiast who is very active on social media. He often promotes and discusses Cryptocurrencies and he’s recently fallen under investigation for promoting Bitconnect too. It’s not a surprise that people tied to Bitconnect are now being targeted by authorities. In fact, it’s a very good thing that government agencies are finally really going after the people responsible for the biggest exit scam in Crypto history.
John Bigatton is now required to divulge all of his assets to the country’s federal authorities. This also includes any form of digital currencies and every single account in every single exchange. The action to freeze all of Bigatton’s assets began in December. Federal Court justice Michael Gleeson issued orders for Bigatton to instantly disclose all bank accounts, including the location of all digital assets and any escrow accounts which might have additional Cryptocurrencies.
Ironically enough, Bigatton is a registered financial advisor and has many affiliations within the industry. Needless to say, when the Bitconnect situation became known to everyone, his career quickly came to an end. As more information comes to light, people are still amazed at how Bitconnect managed to lure so many investors in. A class action lawsuit filed in Florida, states that Bitconnect promoters promised investors returns up to 40% a month.
Bitconnect is the largest scam in Crypto history
There is also a company called “JB’s Investment Management”. There is absolutely no doubt that JB stands for “John Bigatton”. This company however, has one shareholder and director – Bigatton’s wife, Madeline. Australian Securities and Investments Commission quickly froze all assets related to JB’s Investment Management and this is where things begin to get weird.
Madeline Bigatton went missing in March, 2018. The police investigation is treating the case as a potential homicide. There are currently no details available, but as the story develops a different story might emerge. There is of course the possibility that she helped with all the cash she could transfer over the border. As far as the authorities are concerned, Madeline Bigatton is a ghost.
John is not an official suspect in the case. Before she went missing, Madeline went on record to defend her husband:
“It really hurts me as John is by no means a bad person and would only get involved with something if he truly believed it would have a positive impact in people’s lives”
In any case, the countless investigations and lawsuits that surround Bitconnect will continue for years to come. We can only hope that Madeline is alive and well somewhere and in time justice finds those who deserve it. As for Bitconnect, 40% return of investment a month is something that only the most naive believed.
Even Coinmarketcap has delisted the coin from its rankings. The most important lesson from the Bitconnect case is an universal truth: “If it’s too good to be true, then it probably isn’t!”

[MS] A Packet of Sugar
He stepped up to the counter, but before he could speak the barista held up a cup in front of him “large cold brew coffee, extra ice with half and half?” said the barista as she smiled and handed him his drink. She held it in such a way that it was impossible to grab without touching her hand. Her skin was soft, cold, and wet from the condensation. Her fingernails were glistening with a deep red polish. His attention lingered during the transfer. It took him a moment to recognize how long he had been holding the cup, and inadvertently her hand. His face began to radiate heat as blood rushed to his cheeks.
“Oh wow, good memory,” said Trevon. “Thank you much, but I must admit, it’s not all that hard remembering your order. You’re here every other day,” she said with a smirk and a slight southern accent. Before he left he fumbled with the change in his pocket, stuffed a one dollar bill into the tip jar and left three on the counter for the coffee.
He turned back towards his usual table that stood in the far corner of the dimly lit cafe. His footsteps occasionally clicked against the brown concrete floor that was precariously yet evenly littered with old victorian rugs. He sat down in his favorite floral patterned chair, the colors were dull and muted with age.
He pulled himself up to the small table in front of him and thought about the feeling of her hand and how small it seemed in comparison to his own. He looked at her, doing his best to appear as if he wasn’t staring. She bounced back and forth behind the counter crafting various drinks. Her long brown hair that swung freely as she worked. Trevon rested his head into his hand, his eyes held captive by her movement, her every step was light but confident, like she was dancing to the rhythm of the cafe. Amidst his moment of admiration she began helping another customer, a clean cut businessman in a slim, gray and blue suite. She smiled at him “Nice jacket. Is that new?”. “Just picked it up from the tailor this week.” said the business man as he squared his shoulders and straightened his back. “Well, you picked a nice color”. She handed him his black coffee. He placed a twenty dollar bill on the counter, winked at her and left to a nearby table. Trevon’s attention then shifted to the tip jar nearly overflowing with cash, and the whirlwind of infatuation quickly became a flush of embarrassment. “She’s good at her job, and I bet she remembers everyone’s order as long as they have a wallet and change to spare.” he thought as he shook his head and opened his laptop.
He loudly clanked his password into the keyboard “trevon12345”. Immediately he was met with a pop up notification “Welcome back to Night Owl Coffee! Would you like to continue to the Internet?”
He scrambled to find the cursor and clicked “accept” without hesitation. He opened his word document, retrieved his textbook from his backpack and started typing. He sipped periodically at his coffee, and when he reached the halfway mark of the cup, he noticed that the barista had replaced the “o” in his name with a heart. His cheeks ran warm again, but he was more cautious with his wandering emotions this time around. “Maybe she does like me? Does she put hearts on everyone’s cup?... Probably. I bet every guy who walks through these doors is convinced she’s in love with them.”
He trudged through his essay which was due that evening. He fought the desire to gaze in her direction, not wanting to give into an unwarranted obsession. His thoughts were interrupted when his computer beeped with a notification for a new email. The subject line said “Make $10,000 today!”; he sighed as he archived it along with the rest of his spam mail and continued with his work. A few moments later a box popped up in the middle of his screen, except this time it wasn’t an email, it was a system notification “Make $10,000 today!”. There was a button underneath labeled “instructions”. Trevon’s eyes widened. He anxiously whispered “Crap crap crap crap” as he punched the close button repeatedly, but as each box closed an identical one was born in its place. Trevon dropped his face into his hands and groaned as he recognized that his years of using public access wifi had finally caught up with him.
The barista cleaning the table to his left noticed him mumbling substitute profanities under his breath. “Is everything okay?” she asked. “I think I just ruined my new laptop”, he stared blankly at the screen, the spam notification still resting in the center. “Awe, what's wrong with it?” she asked as she walked over to his chair. Trevon was confused, he thought her kindness was just a ploy for loose change, but this seemed like genuine concern. “I think it’s a virus of sorts. I’m locked out everything and this spam message keeps popping up.” She leaned over him to get a closer look at the screen. Trevon moved back in his seat to make way. Her soft hair swung back and forth, inches in front of his face. A scent of coconut and coffee beans gently fell in front of him. Her neck was long, smooth and nestled comfortably in her flowing auburn hair, locks of which were now resting on his arms. It was soft, and appeared to him to be as healthy as hair could get. He lost himself in thought as she fiddled with his laptop, “Does she get this close to everyone?... “Nothing seems wrong to me.” said the barista, interrupting Trevon’s inner dialogue. It took him a moment to usher his psyche back to reality. A few seconds of silence passed as he stared at her, trying to process what she said. “hmm... what? It’s working?” he asked with a puzzled expression. “Yup, just fine.” she said. “Well I guess you’re my lucky charm.” he smiled at her with a bit more confidence. “Glad to help” she grinned and started walking away. Trevon opened his mouth to say something but stuttered as he tried to form his words “wait… uhh, could I get your name? I see you a few times a week and for some reason I’ve never asked and you guys don’t wear name tags.“ “Of course! My name is Kristen.” “Well it’s nice to meet you Kristen.” He nodded. “And it’s nice to meet you Trevon” She winked and then glanced back at the counter to see if she had a customer waiting. Seeing no one there she extended her hand out to Trevon “Let me see your phone.” His cheeks began to radiate heat again as he riffled through his pocket for his phone. He dropped it in her palm and watched nervously as she swiped and typed. She set it on the table and turned back towards the register. Trevon picked it up and noticed that she had added her number to his contacts.
Hiding his excitement, he settled into his chair and started typing “Hey, this is Trevo…” Before he could finish typing, the screen went black and an alert sprawled across the display “10,000 dollars is nothing to scoff at Trevon. Receive your payment today.” He dropped the phone to the table, and soon his head followed. “my contacts, my credit cards, my social, my photos…” he said with his face pressed against the table. His throat ran dry, his palms became sweaty and his foot tapped incessantly. He envisioned an overweight middle aged man stuffed into an office chair in a dark basement, drinking soda out of a jug, chuckling at his computer screen as he sold all of his information on the dark web. Trevon’s phone buzzed in his hand against the table. He lifted his head high enough to read it. “Sit up, you wouldn’t want Kristin to see you sulking.”. Trevon’s face went blank as he rose. His eyes darted across the room in every direction searching for the stalker. He felt sweat accumulating on his forehead. “Don’t bother looking for us, we aren’t there. We aren’t anywhere. Are you ready to communicate now?” typed the stalker. He left it sitting there until it buzzed again. He wondered whether or not he had a choice and figured whatever damage they could do was already out of his hands, so he responded “yes…” “$10,000. Check your bank account.” Responded the stalker. Trevon opened his banking app “balance $10,374.23”. His phone jolted to life once more, the new message read “That belongs to you, provided you do exactly as we instruct over the next 20 minutes” “okay” Trevon typed with hesitant fingers.
“There is a paper packet of sugar taped underneath the tray of sweeteners in the north west corner of the cafe. Retrieve it and pour it’s contents into the coffee belonging to the man in the gray and blue suit behind you. Ensure that he consumes it”. Trevon surveyed the coffee shop, behind him sat the businessman, and in the corner directly across from him stood a table, with cream, sweeteners and coffee stirs. On it sat a tray with small brown paper packets of sugar. “What’s actually in the sugar packet?” asked Trevon. A moment later a response appeared “As far as you are concerned, it is only sugar. And we want to assure you that no one will have any record of your actions, this particular cafe has failed to repair their security system for 2 months now.” Trevon was still shaking from the fact that his information was compromised, he took a breath and a moment to think “Who is he and why do these people want to poison him?” He looked at his bank account with an open mouth. It felt good to see so many digits, like the sight of a full tank of gas. He shook his head as he ran through the steps laid out by the stalker. “No one’s life is worth ten grand, let alone my sanity” he said to himself as he typed “I can’t”. He tapped his fingers on the table as he waited for a response. A message bubble appeared from the stalker. He sank heavily into his seat as he anticipated blackmail, he expected to see a hacked photo from his phone, his bank account in the red, a threat of complete social destruction… but the message read “So sorry to hear that. We will immediately remove all traces of this conversation and return both your computer and phone to proper working order, but before that, perhaps you could check your account once more? Trevon’s breath left his lungs as he read the number “$100,374.23”. He looked up, away from his phone and out the window. He sat perfectly still as he contemplated the impact of such an amount of money. “That could pay off all of my debt, I could buy a new car, I could rent my own apartment.” As he gazed at the rain soaked streets outside of the coffee shop, he transported himself to the center of his dreams. He thought “If I had that money, I wouldn’t have to worry about anything…”. He looked back at Kristin, who was leaning against the back counter scrolling through her phone waiting for a new customer. “I’d give her a two-hundred dollar tip if I had that money,” he said to himself. At that moment he heard the businessman behind him “Dammit Karen! you tell the distributor that we had an agreement, and if they fail to keep up their end of the deal we’ll make sure they never sell in this country again!”. Trevon snapped out of his daydreams and applied as much logic as he could muster to fight off the allure of these fantasies. He wondered if he’d ever be able to rest again after he poured the contents of that packet into the businessman's cup. He stood up and paced back forth in front of the table. He grabbed his phone and typed “I’m sorry but I can’t do this.”.
He held his phone with a loose grip and a blank stare. A text bubble appeared on the screen... “$1,000,000 Trevon.” Another bubble appeared... “You have 5 minutes.”. His eyes widened and stopped breathing as his mind began to overflow with possibilities, the once whispering fantasies now screamed in his ears. “Kristin, she’d never have to work again.. If she came with me. I could buy a house in the mountains. We could live off the interest. And as far as I’m concerned it’s only sugar.. Anyone at this point could accidentally pour it into their coffee.. Kristin could find it and mix it in with the rest of the packages. For all I know I could be saving someone's life. An innocent person's life.” Trevon sat and watched the businessman scroll through his phone and send messages. “I already know he’s a jerk. Who talks to his assistant that way?” His phone buzzed again, the stalker had sent a new message “He will be receiving a phone call in approximately 30 seconds, he will step outside. That will be your only window of opportunity, do it and the money is yours. No strings attached.”. He frantically stood up out of his chair, accidentally knocking it over and drawing the attention of the entire shop. He motioned “sorry” to Kristin, who smiled at him and asked if he was alright. “Yeah yeah.. I’m.. I’m fine.” He chuckled from across the room, “just a bit too much caffeine.”. He stepped over to the table with the sweeteners, looked to his left and right, and then lifted up one end of the tray, slipping his other hand underneath to grab the taped packet. After feeling around for a few seconds he felt the small paper package and slowly peeled off the tape. As soon as he felt it pull free, he clenched it in his fist and turned around. As he turned, he collided with Kristin who had come to wipe down the table. His fist pushed firmly into her chest and he dropped the packet. “Oh! I am so sorry! Oh my gosh… I swear I didn’t see you there!” His hands were shaking vigorously as he quickly picked it up off of the floor. Kristin stood with a shocked look on her face “Don’t worry about it Trevon. Honestly it’s fine... are you okay though?” she asked with concern. “Yeah, yeah, I’m good. Just a little stressed about my essay that’s due today.” he said. “Well you seem like a smart guy, I’m sure you’ll do fine” she said as she touched his arm and slipped beside him. Trevon closed his eyes and took a deep breath. He heard a ringing. The businessman stood up and answered his phone “hey honey... no I’ve got a second” said the businessman as he stepped out the door.
Trevon approached the table as he spoke to himself “Even bad men can love their families… It doesn't mean they're any less bad. Even Hitler loved his dogs, but I’d kill him a heartbeat and I’d be doing the world a favor.”. Each step he took shook his whole body, sweat began to build up on his brow and his jaw tensed so tight that it began to cramp. With unstable hands he popped off the lid, carefully ripped open the packet and poured it into the coffee. As the clear sugar-like crystals hit the hot coffee, they immediately dissolved. He now knew that it certainly wasn’t sugar. He once again surveyed the shop, and to his comfort, no one had noticed a thing. Everyone's faces were buried in their phones and laptops with headphones blasting in their ears. He clicked the lid back into place, sat down and waited for a message to appear on his phone. The businessman opened the door “I’ll see you tonight... Yes yes, I’ve already picked up the playset she was asking for... Babe don’t worry, I’ll be there… yeah, I told Karen she could go home early since I won’t be there... Love you too sweetheart, bye.”. The man sat down, straightened his tie and grabbed the cup. Trevons eyes were locked onto his every move. “What did I just do….” he whispered to himself behind clasped fists. The man brought the cup to his face. He visibly sniffed the drink, and furrowed his brow. He popped the lid off and pursed his lips as he peered into the cup. “Shit…” he whispered and raised his hand in the air “Hey darling” he called Kristin “I’m sorry, but I forgot to ask for a dark roast, this definitely looks and smells like a light roast to me. Could I ask you to change that out? If it makes a difference, I haven’t touched this one”. Kristin hopped around the corner “Of course, don’t even worry about it!”. She grabbed the cup from his hand “I actually haven’t had any coffee yet, so I’ll just keep this one for myself.” said Kristin as she hurried back to the register. “Well that works out great.” said the man with a smile. Trevon felt his blood freeze in his veins, having lost all sensation. Kristin slowly lifted the coffee to her lips. She sipped it once, and once more. She looked at the lid and then stared at Trevon as a palpable expression of concern swept across her face. Her eyes rolled up in her head as she fell backwards behind the bar. Her skull audibally slammed against the tile floor. Trevon looked down, tears began to blur his vision. His bank account app still open on his phone, it read “$374.24”. The shop erupted with the sound of screaming customers.

Investors Snagged, NovaChain Exits with Millions of Dollars
Exit scams have for the last few years been synonymous with cryptocurrencies. In the current low ICO rate environment, most crypto enthusiasts have hoped that such fraud would soon become outdated. Well, a new one has just hit the radar with NovaChain.
The blockchain based startup has shut down its website as well as its social media accounts. It has even stopped replying to its fan’s emails even though they promised their fans passive income for those who made use of their “highly reliable” trade bots deployed on Binance.
The anatomy of an exit scam is pretty simple.  The startup will collect cash from its community through an ICO and close shop when its objectives have been realized. One unique characteristic of this fraud is their association with publicity stunts. This is often in the form of social media influencers who at most seem to know little about cryptocurrency. Their work is usually to build up on FOMO, to help set up investors.
Platform Marketed by Influencers
The influencers are only paid to publicize a token, and they should therefore not be considered as reliable sources of investment data. This is applicable more so in the cryptocurrency arena, prone to abuse by many fraudsters.
Most NovaChain fans seem to have heard about the token from such influencers. The platform was sold as an arbitrage trading bot also referred to as the “T Rex trading bot.” The project was introduced with much fan fare causing intense interest in the industry.
There is an allure to trading bots, because they are basically, moneymakers.  The NovaChain T rex trading bot would assist users in generating passive income. The one outstanding danger sign was the information on the project was mainly in the hands of crypto influencers.
These kings of Twitter and Facebook chatter were its marketers, implying that the project might not have had much of a premise. Unfortunately, the NovaChain bot did perform arbitrage trades. This led its investors further into the deception. The keen, however, did notice some standard features between the project and BitConnect.
Similarities with BitConnect
Both used influencers and were not transparent about their earnings.  US YouTube personality Trevon James, for instance, was investigated by the SEC and FBI for his connection with the BitConnect saga.
A Reddit user on this connection wrote:
“In light of the NovaChain scam, it’s important to remember that YouTube influencers are here to do just that. Influence you and your money. Reflect on this”.
One more user backed this thought by cautioning investors:
“Anyone pumping the price of any coin, even the most secure one like Bitcoin, is at some level attempting to play with your money. Don’t let anyone tell you how some coin is a great way to invest money in. Do listen to experts, but definitely not to people who have a stake in promoting any coin. By experts, I mean people who vet white-papers etc. and people who vet business proposals. There are very few of them anyway”.
The NovaChain developers pulled out when investors began to pour in large sums of equity. The project had run for a year but had started as failed NovaLend a lending platform.

Our latest 2020 NFL mock draft is right here
Tumblr media
Oregon QB Justin Herbert could be drafted in the top 10.
We know the first two picks in the 2020 NFL Draft, but after that, things open up.
Although the attention of the football world is on the Super Bowl, 30 of the 32 teams are fully in offseason mode. That includes preparing for the 2020 NFL Draft.
This week’s mock draft features some shakeups in the top 10, new offensive tackles for nearly a quarter of the league, and a couple of new first-round names.
Here’s how this week’s mock draft unfolds:
1. Cincinnati Bengals: Joe Burrow, QB, LSU
In the seven days since last week’s mock draft, Burrow did not quit football to join the circus. He’ll remain the pick for the Bengals unless that happens.
2. Washington: Chase Young, DE, Ohio State
The reason for Young going second is similar to Burrow. But wouldn’t it be sort of fun to speculate Washington moving down to a team desperate for Alabama quarterback Tua Tagovailoa? With the Dolphins and Chargers picking back-to-back inside the top 10, Washington could try to drum up trade interest. Still, passing on Young is hard to fathom.
3. Detroit Lions: Jeff Okudah, CB, Ohio State
The Lions couldn’t go wrong picking Okudah, Auburn’s Derrick Brown, or Clemson’s Isaiah Simmons. Okudah is a lockdown cornerback who could accelerate Darius Slay’s departure from Detroit.
4. New York Giants: Andrew Thomas, OT, Georgia
Go down the checklist for New York: The Giants have a young franchise quarterback in Daniel Jones. This is a very good draft for offensive tackles. The Giants have a bad offensive line. Giants general manager Dave Gettleman adores “hog mollies.” Sometimes you don’t have to complicate things in a mock draft.
5. Miami Dolphins: Tua Tagovailoa, QB, Alabama
While he was at the Senior Bowl last week, Dolphins general manager Chris Grier stressed the importance of intangibles in a quarterback. If any quarterback in this draft defines that undefinable trait it is Tagovailoa. The best thing for the Alabama quarterback, and the Dolphins, is that he can sit behind Ryan Fitzpatrick for a season and get healthy.
6. Los Angeles Chargers: Justin Herbert, QB, Oregon
While rumors about Philip Rivers continue to persist, the Chargers should take Herbert even if the veteran returns to LA. With the right development, Herbert has all the makings of a franchise quarterback.
7. Carolina Panthers: Derrick Brown, DT, Auburn
Vernon Butler has been a disappointment, and the Panthers should let him walk in free agency. Gerald McCoy is a free agent as well. That could leave Carolina in the tough spot of needing yet another new running partner for Kawann Short inside. Brown could conceivably go as high as the third pick, so there’s some value at No. 7.
8. Arizona Cardinals: Jedrick Wills, OT, Alabama
Somebody please block for Kyler Murray. He is one of this country’s national treasures. Imagine him making a jump in his development like Lamar Jackson did this season. Murray has the natural talent to do it, but he needs a lot of help around him.
9. Jacksonville Jaguars: Tristan Wirfs, OT, Iowa
One of these days the Jaguars will get their offensive line fully fixed, right? Wirfs is an athletic blocker with bad intentions on the field. In any other year when the draft is lighter at the position, he could be a top-five pick.
10. Cleveland Browns: Mekhi Becton, OT, Louisville
After nearly a month, the Cleveland Browns finally have a new general manager: Andrew Berry. Now the question becomes whether or not he’ll hold at No. 10 or trade back. Regardless, the Browns need to come out of the first round with an offensive tackle. Becton is a hot name who could help bolster Cleveland’s rushing attack.
11. New York Jets: CeeDee Lamb, WR, Oklahoma
The fit of Lamb in New York’s offense is a good one, especially if the Jets let Robby Anderson walk in free agency. Lamb averaged an unreal 21.4 yards per catch last season, and he would be a nice deep-ball threat for Sam Darnold.
12. Las Vegas Raiders: Isaiah Simmons, LB, Clemson
This is a “run to the podium” pick for the Raiders. If the Giants pass on Simmons at No. 4, there’s an outside chance he could slip this far. Anyone is an upgrade over Vontaze Burfict at this point for the Raiders, and Simmons is as good as advertised.
13. Indianapolis Colts: Jerry Jeudy, WR, Alabama
The most natural comparison for Jeudy is former Colts legend Marvin Harrison. Like Harrison, Jeudy isn’t a flashy, super speed receiver, nor is he a big-body jump-ball guy. He’s just smooth and smart with his routes and has exceptional hands.
14. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Josh Jones, OT, Houston
Assuming the Buccaneers add a veteran quarterback (or keep Jameis Winston) this offseason, an upgrade is needed on the offensive line early in the draft. Even if four offensive tackles go ahead of them, the Buccaneers can still get a quality player in Jones, a fleet-footed tackle with violent hands.
15. Denver Broncos: Henry Ruggs III, WR, Alabama
Broncos fans around the internet are in love with Ruggs, and this mock continues to give them what they want. It just makes sense sending Ruggs to Denver. Quarterback Drew Lock has an impressive arm, and he can push the ball deep to a speedy receiver like Ruggs.
16. Atlanta Falcons: Javon Kinlaw, DT, South Carolina
Odds are the Falcons have traveled the short 200 miles on Interstate 20 from Atlanta to Columbia, South Carolina, and know everything about Kinlaw. After a strong Senior Bowl week, the Falcons would be fortunate to land Kinlaw at No. 16. While people have said for years the Falcons need to get pressure from the edge, Kinlaw can help do it up the middle.
17. Dallas Cowboys: Grant Delpit, S, LSU
Unless you count experimenting with Byron Jones at the position, the Cowboys haven’t taken a safety in the first three rounds of the draft since Roy Williams in 2002. At that point, Delpit was not even 4 years old. Delpit may not be a big hitter like Williams was, but he can help solve the Cowboys’ long-standing problems at safety.
18. Miami Dolphins (via Pittsburgh Steelers): A.J. Epenesa, DE, Iowa
Putting a player like Epenesa on a defensive line with Christian Wilkins would give Miami a formidable group up front. The Iowa lineman may not be a classic speed rusher, but he would give head coach Brian Flores a versatile player there.
19. Las Vegas Raiders (via Chicago Bears): Laviska Shenault Jr., WR, Colorado
If the Raiders want to keep up with a division rival like the Chiefs, they have to score more than the 19.6 points per game they did in 2019. That means getting much better at wide receiver, where Tyrell Williams was underwhelming as a free agent acquisition. Shenault has legitimate No. 1 receiver potential with his all-around skill set.
20. Jacksonville Jaguars: (via Los Angeles Rams): CJ Henderson, CB, Florida
After trading Jalen Ramsey, the Jaguars are in need of a top-line cornerback. Although Henderson doesn’t have the best tackling skills, he’s a quality cornerback in every other area. But who needs to tackle when you shut down the receiver?
21. Philadelphia Eagles: Tee Higgins, WR, Clemson
This pick has to be a wide receiver or cornerback, right? Higgins is an incredible jump-ball wide receiver and will give Carson Wentz the type of weapon at the position he just doesn’t have.
22. Buffalo Bills: Justin Jefferson, WR, LSU
Bills general manager Brandon Beane has been open this offseason saying the Bills need to upgrade at wide receiver. While a bigger target like Higgins would probably be preferred, Jefferson has decent size and showed this season he knows how to create after the catch.
23. New England Patriots: Jordan Love, QB, Utah State
If the Patriots don’t think Jarrett Stidham is their future at quarterback, they have to take a player like Love in this draft. His accuracy has been shaky at times, but his skill set is special. In the right situation, he can be a star.
24. New Orleans Saints: Trevon Diggs, CB, Alabama
A wide receiver or edge rusher is intriguing with this pick, but it would be hard to pass on Diggs at No. 24. He has impressive size for a cornerback, and matches up well with bigger receivers.
25. Minnesota Vikings: Austin Jackson, OT, USC
What the Vikings do in the draft will depend on what they do with offensive lineman Riley Reiff this offseason. If he’s left at tackle, this could end up being a cornerback. But if Reiff is moved inside, a tackle such as Jackson could fit for the Vikings.
26. Miami Dolphins (via Houston Texans): Isaiah Wilson, OT, Georgia
Other than center, the Dolphins arguably need to upgrade every position on the offensive line. After Wilson there’s a big dropoff at tackle prospects, so his value might be hard to ignore at No. 26.
27. Seattle Seahawks: K’Lavon Chaisson, Edge, LSU
The Seahawks would be happy to see a versatile edge rusher like Chaisson at the back of the first round. In fact, if he’s available, you have to wonder if he’ll stop Seattle from inevitably trading back.
28. Baltimore Ravens: Kenneth Murray, LB, Oklahoma
One of Baltimore’s top priorities this offseason will be making sure the pass rush gets improved. The trouble in Charm City is that Matt Judon should cash in big time in free agency. Murray is the kind of outside linebacker the Ravens can turn into a star with his ability to get in the backfield.
29. Tennessee Titans: Terrell Lewis, Edge, Alabama
Lewis has garnered comparisons to Danielle Hunter of the Vikings, and the Titans would love to get a player like him in the first round. Lewis is comfortable standing up on the outside, but he can also play with his hand down.
30. Green Bay Packers: Brandon Aiyuk, WR, Arizona State
Aiyuk may have dropped out of the Senior Bowl, but he could still sneak into the first round if he has a strong showing at the NFL Scouting Combine next month. Aiyuk is a monster after the catch, and will box out defensive backs in traffic.
31. San Francisco 49ers: Kristian Fulton, CB, LSU
Although Richard Sherman has revived his career with the 49ers, San Francisco’s talent at cornerback beyond him is lackluster. Fulton is an aggressive corner who will come up and play the run and can stick with physical receivers on the outside.
32. Kansas City Chiefs: Patrick Queen, LB, LSU
If teams are looking for a Devin Bush-type of linebacker in this draft, Queen is the closest to it. He’s not the biggest linebacker, but his range is impressive and he’ll close on the ball in a hurry.
