Actually, after some careful consideration I think that the arc of Yaz being mad that the Doctor leaves her everywhere instead of them going together is that she resents that 13 Wants to leave her. In which case, 13 leaving her because she’s dying isn’t really a problem in that regard because 13 so clearly desperately doesn’t Want to leave her, she just doesn’t have a choice.
