This a WONDERFUL line art piece I was given the opportunity to color is by the amazing @mdoodlerfandomart I am becoming more and more of a Vigcup fan these days.

I had a lot fun with this, life has been busy and hectic lately but being able to experiment with colors is fun. (Once I finished, I feel like I leaned towards the Little Mermaid side of coloring…😬)

BUT I personally feel like it’s good and done as you see it.

Hey friends!! Sorry for being a bit MIA lately, it’s been… Well, I’m very stressed out. But that’s okay because of what’s going on. Anyway, I know I missed some weekly events and was gone most of today, but I’ll be gone again a lot of tomorrow before getting to asks and fun times. Because…

Tomorrow I graduate from university!!

I’m honestly such a mess. It feels like both the smallest minorest thing to be stressed about, and the biggest milestone for me in years and I don’t really know how to process it, especially having gone through a gap year, a year off to move to a new part of the country, and then trying to be in school during COVID. Either way I’ll be walking tomorrow and spending the day with family as well, but I’m going to be hopping on when I can and I do see your asks even if I haven’t had a chance to read them. Seeing the travel montage in PiB2 made me think of the travel montage to Gongmen City in KFP2... and like... could you imagine it with this current DreamWorks flair...... im in shambles,, LIKE IT’S ALREADY SO COOL and partly stylized and has all these transition cuts!!

hi everyone 🤍 just making this post to be 100% clear and transparent with you all. i have absolutely nothing in the works right now, and i have no idea when i will. (to nobody’s surprise) life has been kicking my ass, and almost worse than it ever has before. i tried so hard to write something all week, even mulled through some requests to get some motivation, but I’ve got nothing.

i love you all, and I’m not trying to disappear off the face of the earth. I will be back hopefully sooner than later 🫶🏻

@mdoodlerfandomart you gave me an idea from your comment about the chains being mermaid magic proof.

The particular archer Viggo is tied to is partly made from stone that weakens mermaid magic, Hiccup is without his tail prosthetic and can’t swim as strongly without it. In any other case he would use magic to lift the archer completely but now he has to use what little magic he CAN use and all is tail strength to save Veggo from a watery grave.

(Hiccups eyes are glowing but only at one fourth the power. They would the same way Toothless’ plasma would glow, if his magic wasn’t stunted)

Second update.

I'm starting to become unfortunately convinced that this is not a dream.

If it is, I must be trapped in it. Like a coma. Maybe I made up not jumping off the school and now I'm in hospital or something. I hope that's not it. That would be pretty pathetic.

Nothing really makes sense here. I have memories that aren't mine. I know things I don't know. And people that I don't know. The two people here, I feel like i know them really well, but this is literally the first time I've met both of them.

I can wrap my head around DID. I mean, I was vaguely aware of its existence in my late night browses where I try to look into whether I'm actually insane or not. Like, okay, I'm in a system now, I guess. I just wish we had anything familiar. It feels like this world is my world but OFF in some major way. It's kinda creepy. Uncanny.

Not my body. Not my family. Not my life. Like my world but strange and twisted and not quite. It's all so...

I'm not even overwhelmed. It's like static is playing in my head and I'm not even really reacting. I don't even really care that much. I should. I don't.
