So I just finished tmr and I was wondering if anyone else got brother/sister vibes from Thomas and Teresa? Like, I know they wanted it to seem like they used to date or something but yo me it just seems like they are children holding on to the one thing they find familiar in any way in this strange place they’ve been thrust into where no one will tell them anything! Your posts and everything, are just so amazing. The fandom isn't as big as it used to be, let alone Tominho, I swear you are one of the only people keeping it alive. Keep up the great work.

I swear you are going to make me cry 😭😭😭 This truly means the world. I started this blog for myself, for me to enjoy Thominho, even if there wasn't lot of new content for them because I love them that much. It means a lot that people enjoy my posts and I try my best into keeping this ship alive, but it's truly all of you who comment and interact with my posts and my fics that keeps this fandom alive. I couldn't do it alone.

And it's inevitable that a fandom without any new canon content for few years will end up smaller, some people eventually move out to other things. But legends never die as they say and our love for this series is what keep this fandom alive^^

we did mean thominewt & I've edited the typo 😂😂😂 good eyes. we ship all three of them together as a poluamourous relationship (the perfect blend 👌 the holy trinity), as well as the individual thominho minewt newtmas

(we're a plural system with six and counting tmr fictives too, who are all variously in love w each other - so internal system events influence our headcanons 😂)

min & gally... damn they would be a power couple. they're similar in so many ways that i feel they'd have a lot of Communication Issues in the beginning. and maybe they'd fight? but i feel like each would also admire the other's strength and general Coolness factor. It'd be slow burn and then they'd be inseparable.

Cervo Viewpoint (Miradouro do)

This is the best-known viewpoint in Vila Nova de Cerveira, located next to the Cervo sculpture, a popular iron work by the sculptor José Rodrigues. Located on a hill called Alto do Crasto, it pays homage to the symbol of the village where, in the past, deer abounded. Despite being located at just 300 meters above sea level, it is amazing with its extremely beautiful and imposing views. From here you can see a large part of the Minho River, from its passage through Valença to its mouth, in Caminha. On the other side, you can see the municipality of Tominho, in Galicia. On this side you can see part of the municipality of Vila Nova de Cerveira, as well as Serra da Arga and Serra de Góis. In the center of the river there is the international bridge – better known as Ponte da Amizade, which connects Cerveira to Goián –, the islands of Boega and dos Amores.

Basic Characterization

So I decided to make a list of characteristics for the big three based on what I've seen in the movies and most fandom portrayals(haven't read the books). I did this so I have something to go back to when I'm writing and to have all the character traits I prefer to use in one place! It's a mix of my perception of cannon portrayals and things that I might not have seen but like to think apply to them and how I most often portray them.

I'm curious what you guys in the fandom think though, so please comment and add your own characteristics that you think I missed!

Also, feel free to use this list for your own writing needs if you like it. I find the method very helpful for keeping characterisation consistent.

Characterisation:

Thomas

- analytical

- logical intelligence

- problem-solver

- works best in a rush/under pressure

- open person, not very concerned about others opinions even though he says he is.

- loyal to a fault

- leadership qualities

- charismatic

- can be laid back with the right people

- doesn't give a shit if he doesn't like someone(newt has to step in)

- takes no shit

- can be a bit emotionally stunted but tries very hard once he figures it out(that's where Newt come in)

- bit of a guilt complex

- bit of anxiety and ADHD

- kinda self-centered when it comes to making decisions, in the sense that he assumes everyone's on the same page without checking(that's where Newt comes in)

- challenges authority

- critical thinking to the max

- reckless/doesn't think things through(here Minho comes in)

- deductive thinking

Newt

- empathic

- true diplomat/every opinion is worth at least hearing/tries to be just and fair always

- mediator/peacekeeper

- open, friendly, connects with people easily without actually revealing too much about himself/everybody's friend

- actually connects with only few of his closest/ tends to be lonely

- talented debator

- social intelligence/good at reading ppl/situations

- leadership qualities but likes to stay on the sidelines/second in command

- will step up if needed though

- manipulative, can pull strings from the shadows if he needs to

- reasonable authority figure

- caretaker

- selfless to a fault/stepford smiler

- charismatic in a subdued, more personal sense

- depression and everything it entails

- stop and think kind of person(but does give into Thomas's recklessness BC he feels like he needs an outlet/feels hopeless)

- opinionated but keeps it to himself most of the time or is diplomatic in expressing it

Minho

- true bravery/scared as shit but overcomes it

- knows when to turn and run because of this(unlike Thomas)

- impeccable memory

- shares title of voice of reason with newt

- leaves the mediation and peacekeeping to him though

- quick study

- extremely loyal to the right ppl

- slow to trust though/values newt's opinion of a person greatly/turns to him before making his own assesment

- go-getter but not reckless like thomas

- endurance/not just physical, mental as well

- resourcefulness

- adapteble

- perceptive

- inductive thinking
