I think he would stand staring at where his house used to be, look around in confusion, and then pull out his phone to ring Yoshimura

“My house got shipped” “??” “it’s gone” “you’re always welcome to stay over at the shop-“ “it’s fine” and he hangs up. No one finds out how he fixes this problem, maybe Itori books him a hotel after he rings up saying the exact same thing, but he eventually just moves into the container next to it with another mattress and 2nd hand coffee machine.
