Behold! Unsurprisingly, more Forest Deep doodles! Irene will admit to nothing, lol.

After starting her travels with Sesshomaru, Irene starts wearing her extra kimono over her head to try and hide her face whenever going into human villages. After all, it’s not like she has the Inugang to vouch for her “good intentions” now. 🥲

Sesshomaru: “Don’t tell me you were intending to continue wearing those rags whilst in my company?”

Irene, who was intending to do just that: “…I will neither confirm nor deny.”

I think it’s hilarious to imagine Sess viewing Irene with a Shoujo Filter whenever she smiles. Especially since he refuses to admit that he cares about her (or anyones) well-being. Man, this dog fam is full of Tsunderes.

Anyways, have some Toga and Iliana doodles too for a fic that does not yet exist. It is just chaos. Iliana gets struck by the Isekai and winds up a century or two before Inuyasha is born, and ends up surviving and making a little home in a cave in some mountains. Girl doesn’t speak the language. Gets her clothes from some dead humans that were killed by demons. But one day she leaves her cave and just- finds the Inu no Taisho bleeding out right outside.

She has concerns. He is slightly “grr” towards Humans since he hasn’t met Izayoi yet. Very sus of Iliana’s intentions. Very quickly realizes she’s a bit of a goofball and is fun to tease. Especially after he learns she knows who he is once he gives his name- as that’s really the only thing she understands.

Iliana did not realize she was in the series until after Toga reveals his name and confirms he is, in fact, the Inu no Taisho. She is horrified. Unfortunately, it’s too late for her to ditch Toga now. 👀 His interest has been piqued.

She went out of her way to help him, a demon, despite being human and knowing next to nothing of the language. She is now a very interesting human, and he is not about to let her escape.

Toga gives off such strong Inuyasha vibes despite having Sesshomaru’s eyes 🤣 It’s killing me. It’s so cute.

I might be the only one who wants this - but I've been somewhat getting back into Inuyasha and quite honestly I really wouldn't mind a prequel show about Tōga, Sesshomaru and Inuyasha's father. I've always been somewhat intrigued by Tōga, and I've always wondered just how did he become the person he was before he died. I mean, was he born with the compassion for humans or was he taught it? Did he have a somewhat similar experience like his son Sesshomaru did with Rin (and I'm talking about young! Rin from the og series not what-the-loving-heckity-heck was going on in yashahime) and it changed his views and stance on humans? Was he always that powerful? Born with it or did he train himself to be that strong? When did he first lose? How battles and fights did he lose? What other enemies did he face? What other friends did he make? How did he manage to get his hands on Sō'unga? How did he meet Sesshomaru's mother? Did he help raise Sesshomaru at least partly? Again I'm probably the only person who wants a prequel series and it's never going to happen - but I'd honestly be interested in learning a bit more about Tōga, the man, the myth, the legend, and the father of my two biggest crushes as a young girl.

Headcanon that daiyokai offspring spend the majority of their early life almost exclusively in their true form. It takes a while for them to build enough power to hold their own sealed form, so their parents have to maintain it for them. Baby Sess hates being in his human form as it's much less mobile, and he refuses to walk or talk for like his first 20 years in protest.

Liberties have been taken with their dog forms because it's boring that they all look the same and 100% Toga should have pointy ears.

That awkward moment when you’re on your way to the afterlife and you accidentally meet your future father in law 👀 Irene is much confusion. Darn Shikigami powers doing things and summoning spirits without her consent. Only reason she felt like she should know him is because of the part of his soul that’s in tenseiga, as it was made from his own fang.
