Left hand pic is from January 2020. I started my WW journey on July 1 after gaining 14 lbs during quarantine. The pic on the right was taken in Sept 2020. 45 lbs shed since July 1.
I’m happy to see this progress and look forward to moving forward.
8/28/20 Some of my WW purple plan meals & a dessert thae past few days. I had a .4 lb gain this past week and it totally got to me. But I was reminded that I was on my period last week and it could be a reason behind the gain.
Some of my meals and snacks from the past few weeks. I’ve lost 10 pounds since the new year began. I stalled out for a few weeks at the end of Jan/beginning of Feb, but kept at it anyway.
My lunch this week: Quinoa salad with Roasted chickpeas, cucumber, grape tomatoes, shredded chicken, romaine, 1 oz feta cheese and 30 grams boalthouse dressing of choice each day. serious! so good!
Also, swimming laps for forty minutes twice a week. Building up to 3 then 4 times a week. Today, I pushed hard and am sore but happy.
