Left hand pic is from January 2020. I started my WW journey on July 1 after gaining 14 lbs during quarantine. The pic on the right was taken in Sept 2020. 45 lbs shed since July 1.
I’m happy to see this progress and look forward to moving forward.

8/28/20 Some of my WW purple plan meals & a dessert thae past few days. I had a .4 lb gain this past week and it totally got to me. But I was reminded that I was on my period last week and it could be a reason behind the gain.
Hoping to see continued loss on Monday’s weighin.

Some of my meals and snacks from the past few weeks. I’ve lost 10 pounds since the new year began. I stalled out for a few weeks at the end of Jan/beginning of Feb, but kept at it anyway.

Chicken, Brown rice and Bourbon baked beans = 6pts
Homemade Tuna sushi (brown rice, non fat cream cheese , tuna steak, carrots, cucmber. Sauce NF mayo, non sugar ketchup, franks red sauce) = 3pts
Chicken enchilada casserole = 6pts
Whole wheat spaghetti and turkey with sauce and garlic bread = 6pts
turkey dog, apple sauce and potatoes = 6pts
Egg sandwich w/velveeta, apple sauce and green beans = 3 pts
WW butternut soup with grilled cheese = 5pts

The last couple days of meals.
Dinner yesterday: roasted potaoes, steamed broccoli and Hebrew Nation hotdogs on the Traeger Smoker with SF ketchup and bread.
Also swam laps yesterday and pushed myaelf hard... Burned 400-ish calories
Today: lunch was two scrambled eggs, one slice of toast and a slice apple.
trying to stick with it and keep the momentum going.
Yesterday’s weigh-in = -3.5 lbs.

My lunch this week: Quinoa salad with Roasted chickpeas, cucumber, grape tomatoes, shredded chicken, romaine, 1 oz feta cheese and 30 grams boalthouse dressing of choice each day. serious! so good!
Also, swimming laps for forty minutes twice a week. Building up to 3 then 4 times a week. Today, I pushed hard and am sore but happy.
