When your ex’s cat falls asleep on your back and you can’t get up

The Admiral is a fluffy orange cat with a white underside and paws. The gradient between the orange and white is created through a combination of hatching and stippling. He is lying on his back, on Jon’s back, so that his head and tail touch the floor. He has his tongue out.

The Admiral’s fur is composed of a layer of orange and another of light brown. Jon’s skirt made of a layer of pink and another of light brown.

Everything that is coloured in, with the exception of the gradient of the Admiral’s fur, is done by hatching fine-liners.

So this drawing is VERY self-indulgent- I saw the prompt "eye" and immediately thought of my fav horror anthology podcast, The Magnus Archives- ofc

(if you haven't heard of it I highly recommend! it's perfect to listen to this time of year)

I decided to draw Jon's office in the archives as I imagine it, with The Admiral asleep on his desk. I also have lots of little references to the podcast in the drawing, including the infamous teeth apple and pipe ;)
