I would 100% buy tumblr merch if it was good. Like if they just had an artist do some cool designs every few months and rotated through artists/designers on tumblr id buy some stuff. I dont want like a blank t-shirt that says eeby deeby i want actual just full creative freedom given to an artist to make anything they want with no restrictions. @staff do this NOW

I worked on some ideas to submit to Yetee's tie dye rally this week! 🌊☀️
I really wanted to use the tie dye pattern as the goop from Sunshine and have Mario wash it away.

Tie-dyes accomplished! Took a bit longer than expected, but I also took the time to REALLY saturate all of the items. Like... the kit said for use on up to 50 items and I used it for 5 😂 but that's because if you only use the amounts that they recommend, it leaves a lot of disappointing white gapping in the designs and fades out wayyyy too quickly after a couple of washes. It's like the garlic of fiber projects, the recipe never calls for enough.
Anyway, looking forward to rinsing them all out on new year's day! Ending/starting the year with a new project feels like a good plan.

Tie Dye Blossoms but, human
The stripe on Tobias’ hair changes colors depending on his mood. Leslie can manipulate the flower on his head and vines on his arms. Make them grow slightly for the hell of it.

Check out our latest blog post ‘From Nature to Industry - Exploring the History of Dyeing’.
An old craft that has been important to our human history is dyeing. Using artificial or natural dyes, dyeing is the process of giving textiles, fibres or other materials colour.
The history of dyeing is a monument to human imagination and inventiveness, from the colourful textiles used by ancient civilisations to the highly developed dyeing processes of today. In the past, people made dyes from natural materials, including plants, minerals and insects. Another concept from the tie dye design rally! 🎨
Did anyone else ALWAYS use the paint power to blind Heavy Lobster? 🤣
I wanted to try a white mask to create a paint splat. Kirby works so naturally in a two color design.

Haven’t done a photo set in a while. Psy Witch remains the best way to describe my vibe. 2nd best is folkadelic. 😜🌈
