Tide gently begins to pet the trembling little dog in her purse. The gastrodon looks over at Marilla with a soft smile Tide: Carrot is actually more white with pink tints! I would compare it to being a albino but... He doesn't have any of the other traits that people with albinism.. So I wouldn't really call him that per say! Tide: But his diet appears to alter his colorings. Like how if you eat too many carrots your skin can turn slightly orange/yellow! Although.. weird that it alters his... fur... coloring... But who knows how these things work! Tide: I also don't know... how his diet... adds... green to his fur but... I mean.. Shaymin and plants are like that sometimes! Tide: I know that our previous Forest Guardian, Berry... Ate a lot of strawberries and she slowly turned pink with freckles over time! She was also mostly the same white and pink colors as Carrot... Tide: Aren't shaymin interesting? So many little things can effect them and how they present! JUST like a little flower! Tide ruffles Carrot's hair playfully, soothing the anxiety riddled shaymin. The shaymin peers out of the purse once more, towards Marilla. His eyes not making proper eye contact and shuffling his paws nervously with blush on his face Carrot: T-Thank you... f-for... c-calling me... cute... nobody really does that other than Tide... -- -- -- -- --

The Sea always loved the Shore

and the Shore adored the Sea

but the Sea craved more

The Sea loved the Moon

She wanted motion

and so they danced happily

The Shore was content with this, though she always missed the Sea

Embracing her each time she came back to her

the Sea still loved the Shore, greeting her each time she came back with treasures

each from a new place around the world

The Shore would always wait patiently until her lover came home again

The Sea still wanted more

she wanted the Sky, and the stars

In the daytime, she would beam a bright blue up at the Sky

mimicking him, vying with the clouds for his attention

At dusk, she would reflect the beauty of the orange sunset

showing the Sky exactly how beautiful he is

And at night, she would mirror the wonder that is the stars, rippling on her never still surface

The Shore loves the Sea, always waiting for her to return once again, if but for only a brief moment in time.

The Moon loves the Sea, dancing eternally with her, twisting and turning in ways only they can understand.

The Sky loves the Sea, each of them finding beauty in one another, that they were incapable of seeing alone.

The Sea loves them all, holding each dear to her, like the pearls lying deep within her depths, making time for each of her lovers.
