This is what will happen:

in episode one they are going to the upside down and fighting the monsters that Vecna sends to Hawkins, Will & Mike get separated from the group at some point, they talk about the painting and they fight because Will doesn’t say why he lied... we find out El and Mike broke up before the monologue in s4ep9 with a flashback...

something happens and Will & Mike both get Vecnad at the same time and start seeing stuff like Will sees awful homophobic Vecna visions with his father and stuff like that and Mike sees all the people in his life leaving him behind and hating him but Will sees that Mike is about to die and uses his powers to get free, he goes to Mike in the mindspace and starts confessing his romantic feelings for him and tells him he would never leave him because he loves him... Mike is saved!

They are now out of the vision, in the upside down....

They embrace and Mike asks him is that why you lied about the painting and Will is crying and ready for a gentle rejection from Mike... he nods and Mike smiles and kisses him!!!!!!

at the same time El and Lucas and Dustin found Max while they were being vecnad too and fought against all of their own guilt and fear and won!!!! El sends Max back to her mind before going out of the vision...

Then they all find the others again in the upside down and fight Vecna that is using the mindflayer to attack! Will summons a FREAKING dragon with his creation powers and Willel attacks Vecna and Lucas gives the last attack chopping his fucking head off for killing Max... Dustin is the one that throws the axe to Lucas for the final blow!

Willel defeats the mindflayer at the same time!!

In Hawkins everybody is fighting the monsters and the parents now know about everything and are helping to fight!

THEY WIN AND GO HOME SAFE AND SOUND.

from the second episode on stranger things is just them being teenagers and having fun together and all the couples being happy and in love!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
