dazai being very idle and quiet when sick or badly injured hurts kunikida a lot to see because he can’t believe it but he wants to see dazai be his bubbly annoying energetic self again, he tries to get him to say something or do something to mess with him or trigger his silly antics cause it’s sad to see him like this

I saw this on Twitter recently and this ask made me think of this because it's canon 😭 They get very concerned when Dazai is like this, he's hard to speak to and it's scary because he's never like that 💔 When he's very sick or injured and resting in the infirmary and he's acting this way Kunikida stays with him the whole time 💔 He's happy if he can even get a little half-smile from Dazai...💔💔😭😭 Dazai is fond of Kunikida being concerned over him...he doesn't want him to worry but sometimes he doesn't have the it in him to put on an act 😭

I really love the idea that Angel wanted to be an actor. But not a porn actor but an actual movie star. That Val promised him stardom and unconditional love and protection if they made a deal. Val wasn't bad at first, but he slowly manipulated Angel into doing porn and stripping and eventually selling himself. Maybe he promised that porn would be the first step and would lead him to movies. Maybe he assured Angel that he would get him that acting gig if he just did one more porno. But then Val gets Angel hooked on all sorts of drugs and becomes abusive. Angel figures out that Val never intended on making him a movie star and that he was tricked into forever being his property. Eventually, he just accepts this and no longer has any hope of achieving his dream. He probably convinces himself that he likes being a porn star and it's good enough... and he's okay.

this has probably already been said and im probably stating the obvious, but its the little details in dialogue of the removal of vallaslin that gets me the most bc no one mentions anything about your origin

its like like the first they see about a lavellan inq. (w. vallaslin) is obviously the tattoos. people think "oop dalish" as soon as they see lavellan but they automatically also have to include "dalish are assholes but you seem cool" and that's probably throughout the main story and dlcs.

but through the solasmance, after the removal of the vallaslin, no one says anything. no one mentions their experience with the dalish, the treatment of dalish and vice versa, and other stuff. instead, they go on to talk about whatever their present issue is.

there's no comment bc you're just that. the inquisitor, the herald of andraste, savior of the south, and all those fancy titles that come with a magic hand. youre compassionate, kind, wise, and brave.

and that is why it hurts to think that this was what solas wanted by wanting to remove her vallaslin.
