it is just my point of view; I have many things I haven't considered, and I haven't played the game for quite a while. Also, a biased basil defender

as a person who enjoys AU and other creations, I don't mind the character being ooc, and considering how people read a piece of work is all different please don't take me seriously.

sunny and basil relationship. I just often think if Mari lived, and nothing serious happened, I could see them develop into very good friends, romantic or not. However, Mari's death somehow made Sunny and Basil tie more closely to one another. The amount of stuff we see in a dream world is just really written off they were very very close. And for Basil as a character, we have nothing more than his situation with Sunny to base on. (Which is also why in the basil side of the ship I prefer him and sunny) He becomes solely focused on Sunny and makes so many people write him off as Basil obsessed or too dependent on Sunny because Basil does have not much good interaction with the other three (to accept help or have conversations other than Sunny). But I always see the other way around, and on my side, we don't see more of Basil's personality than the last three days he is panicking all over the place. He might have an obsession with Sunny, but it is not all his character traits if I'm being picky.

Kel, I put a little here because I don't want people to think, I hate him because I criticize one of my favorite characters harshly. First of all, I really like kel and Hero, they are surprisingly well-mannered. Applause to their parent. It is the best placement to let kel to interact with Sunny. Kel would love to help but never really insists on it, if you refused his help he probably would not bother again, for example, if Sunny doesn't open the door. It not saying this is a bad thing, I think he is just treating the situation as giving people space, and also you need to say it right into his face or he might not understand (sometimes dense when he is arguing with Aubery, or he is just being funny.) This might be the result of that time of the hero blasting out at him (my friend says), he thinks that if he doesn't understand he might as well give people space.

sunny, man, I suddenly think of sunny. I sometimes think he might not be chill; he just does not want to act on stuff, being natural can avoid conflict and decisions. But I do think he does have a lot of emotions but can't express them properly autism. yeah, passive but with a creative mind. So where is my aggressive sunny, just why all sunny kind of just a fluff ball on the side and standing there and being cute? (I'm actually ok with that, just can't stand too much of Sunny being cute and standing there

I tried to argue but like, I understand they are all fictional children's characters. They are all written with flaws and are actually less flawed compared to real people. It is hard for people to be 100 % right in a situation. (???what am I talking

the funniest meltdown ive ever had was in college when i got so overstimulated that i could Not speak, including over text. one of my friends was trying to talk me through it but i was solely using emojis because they were easier than trying to come up with words so he started using primarily emojis as well just to make things feel balanced. this was not the Most effective strategy... until. he tried to ask me "you okay?" but the way he chose to do that was by sending "👉🏼👌🏼❓" and i was so shocked by suddenly being asked if i was dtf that i was like WHAT???? imagine being someone at new rome university and not knowing percy is the same guy as “percy jackson, son of poseidon, two-time hero of olympus, former praetor” because the thought doesn’t even cross your mind. like… he’s percy. he’s a total frat boy. on a normal night, he walks into a party, refers to everyone as bro or dude, socializes with every living (and not-living) person in the room, makes at least 50 sarcastic comments, plays 12 rounds of beer pong, drinks way too much, and then skates around campus on his skateboard yelling “I LOVE NEW YORK” (which makes no sense, because they’re in california) until someone calls his girlfriend to come get him.

and then one day there’s an attack, and frat boy percy is all of a sudden a fighting machine. he’s yelling battle cries alongside the praetors frank zhang and hazel levesque as they lead everyone into battle. (why is he with the praetors? and why…. why in the world do the praetors seem to be following his lead?) his sword slashes through armies of monsters faster than you’ve ever seen. he’s controlling the entire river surrounding the camp, creating huge waves as tall as skyscrapers that crash down all around him, wiping out monsters and causing mass destruction to his enemies’ ranks. the sky is suddenly dark above you, ice-cold water droplets are slashing through the air, and the wind is blowing so aggressively that it’s making it hard to stand up steadily. because he’s somehow created a hurricane.

and he looks terrifying. you can feel the power radiating off of him. he’s like a god. or maybe a monster. it’s hard to tell. you’re a little scared of him, to be honest. but also in total awe, because it’s extraordinary. he’s extraordinary.

frankly, the people whose kneejerk reaction to bisan asking for a global strike form the 21st-28th is to say that it takes years to organize a general strike are really unhelpful! no one is saying otherwise, but palestine will be a smoking crater if we all wait for years to do anything - bisan is asking us to do something now. Like are we only supposed to do something if we can do it perfectly??? At some point it’s a valid critique about the work that goes into social movement, and at another point I feel like some people are just trying to absolve themselves from not putting any effort into observing a week of economic inaction.

People have bills to pay that don’t magically go away for a strike, we don’t have nearly enough social infrastructure in place to support people to fully stop going to work for a week. But fuck, dude! Stop immediately responding in such a defeatist way! Cut out unnecessary purchases! Try to shop local! Put more effort into promoting Palestinian voices online! Attend a protest, call a local rep, do something!
