The Gaffer's Daughter
Tumblr media
Thin Walls
Summary: Y/n Tuchel internship at Cobham sees her travelling with the team for an away game, but the hotel walls are thin and she's not exactly supposed to be in her boyfriend's room
Song: Neighbors Know My Name - Trey Songz
The Gaffer's Daughter Masterlist
Notes: this was a brilliant idea from my 🍑 anon and this is also part three to my The Gaffer's Daughter fic (part one + part two). Again, my Spanish is bad so I apologise for any that is incorrect. Also, requests will be closing at some point tomorrow
"Separate rooms, really?" Y/n looked down at her key card, clearly belonging to a different room to Kepa's. She looks back up at Tuchel, raising her eyebrows at him. "You know I'm an adult, right?"
"Yes and I also know what adults get up to," Tuchel answers, placing his hand on his daughter's shoulder, "that's how you were made." She quickly shrugs him off, physically grimacing as her face scrunches up at the thought. He laughs it off, having proved his point. "See, it's not great to think about your parents having sex, just like it isn't great for a father to think about the possibility of his daughter having sex."
She grumbles under her breath, watching him walk away from her. "I snuck around for a year before you found out," she says to herself, looking back at the key card, "I can do it again for one more night." Turning around, she spots Kepa standing in front of the elevator with Jorgi and Christian. She calls out their names, Kepa being the first to look back at her. He kisses her on the forehead, keeping the PDA minimal before one of the others could complain. "Separate rooms," she mumbles, flashing him the key card.
He chuckles, the four of them stepping inside the elevator. "Are you even surprised?" He asks, turning his back to the other boys, trapping her in the corner. She rolls her eyes, reaching out to play with the hem of his Chelsea shirt. "Want me to come by your room later?"
She shakes her head. "I'll come to you."
Kepa: when you coming by? xx
Y/n: give me five minutes xx
The time on her phone flashed 22:36, both her and Kepa waiting for a more suitable time to her to sneak out. She tucked her phone into the palm of her hand, her hotel key card held between her fingers as she slowly pushed down the handle on her door. Her head peeked around the side, checking her left and checking her right; she knew her dad had deliberately asked for a separate room for her so she wouldn't be sharing a room with her boyfriend, but she didn't think he'd give her one on the opposite end of the corridor. Safe that coast was clear, she crept out of her room and made the very quiet, but haste, journey to Kepa's room.
"I feel like we're sneaking around again," she tells him, placing her phone and key card onto the bedside cabinet. Y/n had snuck into Kepa's room with relative success, but she knew the walls were thin after spending the last hour listening to a muffled Christian talking on what she presumed was a phone call. She joined him on the bed, curling into his side as she draped her arm across his torso and her leg over his waist. "Why are you always so warm?" She asks, nuzzling her face into his bare chest.
He chuckles, the vibrations felt through his chest. "If it feels like we're sneaking around again then that's because we are," he strokes his hand up and down her back in a gentle slow motion, fingers caressing at the soft material of her shirt. He lifts the hem up, exposing her hip and side to him. A gentle hum leaves her lips as his fingers moved across her skin, leaving goosebumps in their path. His touch did two things to her: calmed her down or turned her on, and right now it was doing the latter. "The walls are so thin in this hotel," he complains, rolling his head back as they both hear Jorgi's laugh.
"Which definitely means we can't do anything tonight, right?" She sits up, moving to straddle his waist. He looked up at her with raised eyebrows, the ghost of a grin lingering on his lips. Her fingers walked up his stomach and onto his upper chest as she leans over to pepper his collar bones with light kisses. "I can be quiet," she whispers in his ear, proceeding to kiss against his jaw.
"We both know that's not true," Kepa quipped, groaning as playing slapped his chest. She sat up, refusing to kiss him as he puckers his lips. He rested his hands on her knees, fingers trailing up her bare thighs and stopping once he got to her waist. "Mi amor," he warns as she grinds her hips against him. She ignores him, planting her hands in his upper chest as leans forwards, continuing to move her hips. "You're playing a dangerous game," he whispers against her as she kisses him. She squeals against him as he sits himself up, wrapping his arms around her waist and back to lift them both off the bed. "Let's see how quiet you can really be," he mumbles against her, laying her down on the bed and hovering above her.
Breaking the kiss, Kepa pushes her shirt up, nearly at the point of drooling when he sees the black lace bralette underneath. She helps to remove her shirt, tossing it over his shoulder and off the end of the bed. He touches her body like she's made of glass, the tips of his fingers trailing over the tops of her breasts and down to her stomach. Love pours from his eyes, hiding the sordid thoughts that linger behind them. "I'm waiting," her voice breaks him from his trance, drawing a giggle from her lips as comes back down to kiss her.
She wraps her arms around his neck, one hand pressing on the back of his head to keep him close. She didn't need food or water when his love was more than enough to keep her alive. Her lips part to allow him access, moaning into his mouth at first contact with his tongue. A smirk forms as she feels his hand wrap around her neck, his hands perfectly created to fit around it. She whimpers as he applies a small amount of pressure onto the sides of her neck, nipping his teeth at her bottom lip as he pulls back.
"Eres tan hermosa," Kepa compliments, hungry eyes admiring how his hand looks around her neck. He uses the leverage to tilt her head back, his thumb moving around to rest on the edge of her chin. "Open," he instructs, wanting her to open her mouth for him. She does as she's told, parting her lips as her tongue darts out. "Buena chica," he praises, collecting his own spit inside his mouth before allowing it to fall onto her tongue. Her tongue curls back on itself to keep it all on, humming as she draws it back into her mouth to swallow.
He removes his hand around to the side, still pinning her in place as he brings his mouth down against her neck. Her body was his personal canvas and his mouth, teeth and tongue are his paintbrushes leaving his own little details across her skin. "That's a nice mirror, isn't it?" He asks, pulling back to look at her. He turns her head to the mirror on their right. She hums in agreement. "Keep quiet whilst I eat this pussy and maybe I'll think about fucking you in front of it." He turns her head back to look at him, their eyes aflame with pure lust. "You can do that for me, can't you?"
"Yes."
He peels her shorts down her thighs, leaving her to kick them off. The damp spot on her matching panties catches his eye, causing him to produce a cocky grin as he rubs his thumb against it. She bites her lip, trying not to react as he presses his thumb against her covered clit. "I'm beginning to think you came in here for one thing," he murmurs, continuing to rub against her, "and I'm pretty certain it wasn't to cuddle." She wanted to make a quick-witted remark, fight back and be a brat, but, again, the walls were thin and she didn't need his teammates knowing just how much she enjoyed his hand striking against her arse. "Nothing to say?" She shakes her head, a harsh breath expelling from her nose as he removes his thumb. "Good."
His fingers curl around the elastic waistband of her underwear, sliding the laced material down her thighs and off her legs; they barely make it off the bed as he moves them to the side. His hands caress her thighs, pushing them wide apart to make space for himself lay between. Her right leg is hooked over his shoulder, lips ghosting up the inside as he gradually nears the one place she wanted him most. She grips the bedsheets in anticipation, taking a sharp breath in as he uses two fingers to run against her slit, collecting her wetness on them, before pushing one of them deep inside.
"Quiet," he commands in a low tone as she whimpers in the silent void, "we wouldn't want this getting back to your dad-"
"Could you please not mention my dad when you have one finger deep inside of me?" Y/n cuts him off in a harsh whisper, gasping as he pushes the second finger inside alongside the first.
"Dos dedos."
Kepa's tongue lies flat against her hot centre, y/n shivering as he moves it upwards against her slit. He repeats the action a few more times, his fingers continue to shift in and out of her, curling his fingers every few seconds, before zoning his attention in on her most sensitive area. His tongue moves against her clit, switching between precise kitten licks and slow strokes. "Watch the hair," he chuckles, as she threads her fingers through his curls, tugging every time she wanted to moan.
"You want me to stay quiet, right?" She challenges him, tugging his hair once more as fingers curl inside her. To be quiet was to live out a nightmare of her own creation. Her body squirms as he takes her clit between his lips, sucking harshly on the bud before letting it go. "I'm thinking you might have to do something to keep me quiet," she says, catching his eyes as he breaks away for air.
He removes her leg from off his shoulder, readjusting to kneel between her legs. His right hand continued to stimulate her, his thumb coming up to brush against her clit, whilst his left hand is placed over her mouth. "Like this?" He questions her, his taller frame hovering over her. She nods her head, free to release a moan with the confidence that his large hand would muffle the sound. A dry chuckle escapes from the back of his throat, "you still have to be quiet, mi amor."
She can only communicate with her eyes, defiantly raising her eyebrows. The thin walls played to her advantage, she could push her luck, push his buttons and know he couldn't dish out his usual punishment. Her moan travels up her throat as he continues to move his thumb against her, his fingers continuing to nestle deep inside her; once more it's muffled by his hand. "What's the matter?" She asks, managing to pry his hand away to speak. A giggle filters past her lips as she notices the warning look in his eyes.
"You're on thin ice, princesa," Kepa says, removing his thumb from her clit as a lesser form of punishment. She expels air from her nose, her original complaint hushed as he moulds his hand around her neck, squeezing slightly. He stifles his own moan as her hand ghosts over his crotch, teasing him; her fingers pulled at the strings on his shorts, undoing them. "No," he shuffled away from her, "no touching until you've cummed for me, and judging by the way you keep clenching around my fingers, it shouldn't be too long until you do."
There was some truth to his words, her stomach clenching as she tries to hold off from cumming; she enjoyed the sensation of his fingers working in and out of her too much to have it end so soon. "Come on mi amor," he coaxes her orgasm out of her, curling his fingers inside her, "let go for me." Her body reacts to his words, squeezing the bed sheets tight until you could see the outline of her knuckles were visible under her skin. "So responsive," he chuckles, helping to guide her through her high. His hand detaches from her neck and clamps over her mouth, catching any noise as she cums.
He gently removes his fingers, giving her a chance to catch her breath, but she doesn't need it, responding quickly by sitting up. Her fingers wrap around his wrist, guiding his hand towards her and taking both fingers inside her mouth. He can only stare with hungry eyes as she sucks on his fingers, cleaning up the mess that she had created. Her tongue moves between the two fingers, making sure to clean every bit of them.
"Come on," he mumbles, helping her off the bed. There's a clash of teeth and eagerness as they share a kiss, moaning against each other's mouths as he backs her against the mirror. "Turn around," he turns her to face the mirror, collecting her hair together and draping it over her left shoulder. He dips her head against her shoulder, leaving a trail of kisses across and up her neck. "Hands on the mirror," he instructs, bending her over slightly as he moves both of her hands to press against the reflective surface. No doubt, the cleaners would probably have an idea as to what activities were performed in the room from the handprints that were to be left behind.
"Look at me," he whispers into her ear, tilting her head up to catch him in the reflection of the mirror. Her pupils dilate as she stares back at him, finding something so seductive about having him towering behind her, one hand pressed into her hip and the other holding onto her jaw. "You have to stay quiet," he warns, not too keen on the idea of his other teammates hearing them, "can you do that for me?" She nods her head, desperate to feel him inside of her. A little whimper leaves her mouth as she feels his bottom lip scrape along the outer edge of her ear. "Buena chica."
Kepa removes his hand from her hip to tug his shorts down, kicking them off. He pushes his boxers down just enough to untuck himself. Curling his fingers around the base of his shaft, he eases himself inside of his girlfriend. Her pussy is tight but gradually adjusts to his girth as he slowly thrusts himself in and out of her. "Take it nice and slow," he hums, contradicting himself as he thrusts harshly into her. He raises his eyebrows as she shakes her head, pleading with her eyes to kick the pace up a notch. "Think you can handle that and keep quiet?"
"Yes," she answers, her eyes rolling back as he makes another deep thrust inside.
"Are you sure about that?" She nods her head, fingers curling against the glass as repeats the previous stroke. He removes his hand from around her neck and places it onto her hip, continuing to thrust slowly into her. "I think the way you keep clenching around me tells me you like it this more," he teases, chuckling as she shoots his reflection a glare, "tell me I'm wrong."
"You're..."
He cuts her off with another harsh thrust, her hand lifting away from the mirror to clamp over her mouth. Another dry chuckle escapes his lips, an automatic response to the strangled moan that pushes past her hand. "You're not really doing so well at keeping quiet," he jeers, holding her hips tighter as he brings her down against him.
"You're one to talk," she bites back, returning her hand against the mirror, "you've been running your mouth this whole time." He raises his eyebrows, surprised by her bold comeback. "I wouldn't be surprised if Jorgi knew what we were doing right now," she hisses as he collects her hair in a sloppy ponytail, tugging her head back, "what's the matter? Don't like it when I mention someone else's name as you take me from behind?"
"Don't make me tell you to be quiet one more time-"
"Or what?"
Kepa pulls out of her, y/n whimpering at the empty feeling. She squeaks as he spins her around, pushing her down onto her knees. He recollects her hair, wrapping it around his hand and tugging her head back to face him. "Open up." She obliges, already guessing her button-pushing was going to prevent her from cumming again tonight. "You can't talk back with me rammed down your throat," he tells her, groaning as he pushes himself into her mouth. He tuts as places her hands against his thigh, "hands behind your back."
He doesn't look at her as he fucks himself into her mouth, eyes zoning in on their reflection. His cock twitches at the sight of her on knees for him, his much taller stature towering over her as he uses his strength to take control over her. She gags each time he hits the back of her throat, the vibrations felt around his shaft adding to the stimulation. "You always take me so well mi amor," he praises, nestling himself once more in the back of her throat.
Quiet grunts fall from his lips as he continues to use her mouth for his own need, feeling his high quickly creeping upon him. "Look at me," he instructs, tugging her hair to get her to obey him, "you're gonna take it all, right? Of course, you are, you know why?" She encourages him with her eyes for him to go on. "Because you're my good girl," he finishes, tightening his hold on her hair, so tight she was sure he might pull the hair out from the roots.
Profanities, a mixture of English and Spanish, fall from his lips as he starts to cum inside her mouth. His hips push forwards, bottoming out in the back of her throat, shooting himself down the back. "Sí," is chanted under his breath, keeping his volume down as he uses his hold on her hair to slowly bob her over his length. "Shit," he breathes, carefully pulling himself out.
"I should talk back more often," she giggles, after swallowing. He shakes his head at her, sorting himself back into his boxes, and taking a seat on the edge of the bed. She crawls over to him, allowing herself to be pulled up to her feet and onto his lap. "I love you," she whispers, running her fingers down the outer edge of his face, tracing the lines of his jaw.
He holds onto her waist, both hands pressed to the small of her back. "I love you too," he whispers back, resting his forehead against hers.
Y/n leaves her room the next morning, after managing to pull herself out of Kepa's tight embrace in the early hours of the day. She jumps, clasping her hand against her chest when she sees Jorgi coming around the corner, laugh echoing in the hall when he realises he's scared her. "Warn a person before you just show up," she mumbles, shaking her head as he continues to laugh.
"Did you sleep well?" Jorgi asks her as they both wait for the elevator to arrive.
She takes a peek at him, trying not to show any panic in her eyes. "Yeah," she clears her throat, "my bed was really comfy."
"Huh..." The elevator doors opened, Jorgi taking a step inside first, turning around to face her. "...and was that your bed or Kepa's bed?" Her eyes grow wide as she stares back at him, Jorgi sticking out his foot to stop the elevator doors from closing. "Oh and there he is," he continues to tease as Kepa appears behind y/n, "we were just talking about you."
"You were?"
Jorgi grins, having the upper hand on the two of them. They both step into the elevator, y/n standing on his left and Kepa standing on his right. "Just feel lucky that I was your neighbour last night," he tells them both, the air thick with awkwardness as they stare at the opposite wall, "and that it was - oh, I don't know - Tuchel." Her head whips around to look at him, meet his eyes and a cocky grin you could slap off his face with one quick swipe. "Don't worry," he holds his hands up in the air, "you're secret rendezvous is safe with me."

Grace: girl, I'm too freaked out to let a boy date me, I don't think it's gonna happen Ava: you won't be 16 forever Ava: and if Ro can manage it Ava: your mum and Drew are probably the only people to see her vaguely undressed in her life Grace: idk sometimes it's all I want & sometimes it's the WORST thing I could think of Ava: I get that Ava: I don't think its a thing you can overthink, 'cos it's not usually right or wrong Ava: so people just do it and have to deal, better or worse Grace: Yeah Grace: maybe I'll get like that with dating Grace: or you know, get so lonely that I won't care that people always leave Ava: 😔 Ava: You'll get there, whether there is living your best life with or without Ava: I'm defs getting left after this fiasco so I'll come 😭 to you in a few no doubt Ava: we're walking Frank rn, so gonna enjoy this whilst it lasts 👌🥰 Grace: UM no! Nancy & Ava
Nancy: okay, so now the Seychelles makes even more sense... Nancy: you could've told me, you know Ava: ? Ava: Expand, please Nancy: I'm just saying, like, whatever relationship drama you were going through at the time Ava: I wasn't in a relationship when we were in the Seychelles though Nancy: exactly Nancy: so I'm glad you sorted it out with whoever you were obviously missing Ava: Well, thanks Ava: it wasn't as simple as that though really Ava: isn't, whatever Nancy: it rarely is Nancy: do you want to talk about it now, it's not suddenly too late or anything Ava: Yeah, okay Ava: now's as good a time as any for me Ava: if you've got the time Nancy: I do Ava: Alright Ava: so it's not a straightforward, conventional kind of deal Ava: there's multiple factors that make it, hmm Ava: not problematic for me but problematic in being open about it, telling certain people especially Nancy: I'm listening & trying not to be a judgey bitch Nancy: how unconventional are we talking about? Ava: He's not in prison or in a cult or anything before you get carried away with possibilities Nancy: That's a good start, he's not a teacher either is he, because you know, for obvious reasons I can't support that Ava: As if Ava: If you saw my teachers, you wouldn't ask that Nancy: I will have, they can't all have retired or died since I was there Ava: Do you remember Buster was friends with a boy called James? Nancy: Yeah Nancy: he has a brother your age-ish, right? is that who you're dating? Ava: No Nancy: What about James then? Nancy: Why do I need to remember him? Ava: Nancy Ava: come on Nancy: No, you come on, that's not funny, Av Ava: I'm not joking Ava: that would be such a strange angle to take Nancy: he's married to...he's married Ava: They're getting a divorce Ava: it isn't out there yet but it's happening Nancy: because of you!? Oh my god Ava: No, not because of me Ava: their relationship was a mess, she's awful Nancy: No shit, Ava! Nancy: why would you do this? how could you even, like...I know Chelsea is cliquey but Jesus Christ, where would you even find him? Ava: At King's open day Ava: I did some summer courses, he was there too Nancy: does she know about you? Ava: She's gone Ava: to her parent's villa or something Nancy: okay, good Nancy: she can't find out Ava: Well she's going to Nancy: No Ava: Um, yeah Ava: I highly doubt she's deleting her socials any time soon Nancy: you need to be serious Ava: I am Ava: you mean I need to be scared of her Ava: I'm not and I'm not going to be Nancy: I don't know what you expect me to say Ava: Then don't say anything Ava: you asked Nancy: I can't just Ava: I'm already planning to tell mum and dad today so you don't need to do anything Nancy: I want to do something though Ava: Are you really going to tell them before I get a chance? Ava: Tell Buster as well if you fancy it then Nancy: That's not what I mean, I want to help you Nancy: it's going to be so bad when she finds out Nancy: Forget mum & dad for a second, forget Buster Ava: No it won't Ava: what's she gonna do Ava: it's her marriage over, her kids she doesn't wanna see Ava: she's got bigger issues Nancy: she made my life hell every day for 5 years & I didn't even do anything to her, she's clearly got issues Ava: Yeah well that's not gonna happen to me Ava: she's made James' life hell for 6 years Nancy: how many kids do they have? Ava: Two Ava: the one she had back then and a baby, about a year Nancy: a year... Nancy: she's not just going away then, is she? Ava: Yeah, she must've been trying to have a fixer baby Ava: it had fallen apart before then Nancy: Gross, I can't think about that Ava: Now who's not being serious Nancy: I'm serious, I can't Ava: Who's asking you to Ava: just drop it Nancy: okay Nancy: I just mean, his life, I can't imagine what's happened and what it must have been like for all those years Ava: You can't Ava: no one can Nancy: you said you met him at that open day, it hasn't been that long, can you? Ava: I didn't say I could Nancy: I'm just trying to process this Nancy: how serious you two are Ava: It's not really a situation to dip into casually Ava: not fun from my perspective or fair on his side Nancy: Obviously not Ava: There you go then Nancy: I'm doing my best here Nancy: to me, James, how I remember him, it's weird Ava: That's nearly a decade ago though Ava: of course he's changed Nancy: yeah, we all have Ava: Exactly Nancy: except her by the sounds of it, unless it's for worse Ava: I think so Ava: she's actually ill, I think Ava: but what can you do? you can't force someone to get better Nancy: how long has she been gone? Ava: Only a couple of weeks Ava: but she didn't tell James she was going, and hasn't been in contact at all since Ava: just with her parents when they threaten to fly out, basically Nancy: she didn't take the kids with her? Ava: Nope Ava: she's said she doesn't love them, didn't want them Ava: and I've not heard or seen anything to the contrary Nancy: Wow Ava: I know Nancy: Like, I know she was young when she had the first one but she wasn't that young Nancy: she had choices, not like Nan or something Ava: Choice is just a matter of perception Ava: she clearly didn't think so Nancy: Mum & dad are going to go ballistic, you know that, yeah? Ava: Undoubtedly Ava: there's nothing they can do though Nancy: except make it harder for you than it's already going to be Ava: That would require being here Ava: which they're not going to do Nancy: Dad might Nancy: if he's angry enough Ava: For how long Ava: he'll get bored Nancy: you can come & stay if you need to Ava: I have school soon so Nancy: I know, but I'm making the offer anyway Ava: Thanks Ava: but I'm good Nancy: I'm not good at this, I know that, but I care about you, okay? Ava: Then why do you want me to leave Nancy: all I want is for you to have somewhere to go if you need it Nancy: no, more than one somewhere actually, as many as possible Ava: I don't want to go anywhere Ava: I want to be here Nancy: I'm not dragging you onto a plane Ava: If I have problems, I deal with them Nancy: okay Ava: Okay? Ava: Good Nancy: I don't appreciate the drag but we're not going to fight about it now Ava: Sure, another time Nancy: yeah Ava: Yeah, well done, Nance Ava: later Nancy: Ava, come on Ava: You've got to be kidding me Nancy: don't do this Ava: No, you don't Ava: don't offer your faux support, it's worse than you not being there Nancy: I'm genuinely trying Ava: Then just don't Ava: I don't need it Nancy: what do you need? Ava: Honestly, just go Ava: and don't tell anyone before I do Nancy: I wouldn't do that, it's not about me Nancy: you have to tell them Ava: I know, I'm going to Ava: I have places to be right now though Nancy: can we just not leave it like this though Ava: Fine Ava: thank you for trying Nancy: whatever I did wrong, I'm sorry, you know Ava: If you don't know, it means nothing to me Nancy: you're gonna have to tell me, one day, when you don't have places to be or whatever else Ava: No, that's the thing Ava: I don't have to Nancy: you don't want to, you mean Nancy: cos I don't understand I can't just figure it out Ava: Why would I want to? Ava: It doesn't affect me Nancy: fine, forget it Ava: Sounds good Nancy: Yeah well, I won't keep you any longer then Ava: Uhuh put the blame on me Nancy: oh my god Nancy: you either want to forget this or you don't Ava: I want you to not victimize yourself every five seconds Nancy: yeah? I'd love not to Ava: Bullshit Ava: if you aren't complaining you have nothing to talk about Nancy: that's really constructive criticism, thanks, like Ava: You can't help yourself can you, Christ Nancy: No, my life's mostly a mess & clearly nothing I'm doing is helping Ava: So just fucking think, will you Ava: nothing I said indicated I would want to leave Nancy: I'm not telling you to leave, I'm telling you I'm here Nancy: because I can't come back Nancy: but that doesn't mean I'm not here Ava: Well it does Ava: You haven't been here period so let's not act like that's revelatory to either of us Nancy: I don't need to be in Chelsea to be supportive Ava: Anything you have to say, any advice, is so far removed from my reality Ava: you don't know me, it's insulting Ava: you don't get to offer support and then be offended when it's not wanted or needed Nancy: I'm not offended, upset for sure, but that's because you're right Nancy: I don't know you, so what? Now I just never get to know you ever? That's upsetting Ava: You don't get to dole out advice or act the big sister Ava: especially when that's the last thing I would want Nancy: okay, I'm sorry Nancy: I shouldn't have reacted how I have for basically this entire conversation, but it was a lot Ava: It's fine Ava: it just proves how little you've changed Ava: your first reaction will always be to run and hide and I don't need that in my life Nancy: I had to leave, Ava Nancy: I wouldn't be in your life at all right now if I hadn't done that Ava: You did what you had to for you Ava: it doesn't change that it happened Ava: doesn't mean we can force a relationship now 'cos it weren't your fault Ava: that time's gone Nancy: it's not gone for me Nancy: it affects everything Ava: and I'm sorry for you Nancy: yeah, I know Ava: I can't be expected to fix that for you, no one can Nancy: I know that too Ava: There's nothing more to say Ava: we both got fucked over Ava: it is what it is Nancy: there's just one more thing I wanna say, even though you don't want or need my advice, don't let her ruin anything, whether she comes back or it's just the damage she's already done to that poor fucking lad, like Ava: I can't control her Ava: I can just be there for him now Nancy: Yeah, don't let anyone stop you then Ava: I won't Nancy: Good Nancy: I hope you're both happy, I mean that Ava: Thanks Ava: that's the goal Nancy: It's all mum & dad actually want, they'll calm down eventually Nancy: Buster too, he's a lot calmer these days Ava: They'll have to Ava: he's not doing anything wrong Nancy: it's not me you need to convince Ava: I should probably go do that then Nancy: Right, why waste time Ava: All good fun Nancy: C'est la vie Nancy: if there's a NYC equivalent of that I can't remember it Ava: even New Yorkers don't have culture Ava: still American Nancy: Gays are the only ones who have culture Ava: Bold statement to make about plaid and dysfunction but okay Nancy: what else have I got? might as well Ava: Sure Nancy: she didn't manage to straighten me out even if she took everything else Ava: Any small victory Nancy: Go then, you're shamelessly stalling now Ava: I'm walking Ava: going to the park, I told you I had things to do Nancy: try not to get run over again please Ava: 🙄 Ava: that's nice isn't it Nancy: I'm serious, I was worried Ava: James came and looked after me Nancy: I'm glad, it's shit being alone when things like that happen Ava: They wouldn't have been able to discharge me so yeah Ava: it was good Nancy: he always did seem like less of a prick than the rest Ava: A glowing review Ava: almost sounded like a compliment Nancy: he never joined in with any of it, so yeah, I guess it is Ava: He's a nice person now, that's all I know Nancy: that's all that matters now anyway Ava: Yeah but I'm glad he didn't Ava: obviously Nancy: I wouldn't let him near you if he had, whatever you say or however many flights I'd have to get to keep you apart Ava: Okay, drama queen Nancy: shut up, that one's not my fault, actually genetic Ava: 😂 True Nancy: dad's such a 👑, good lord Nancy: I wonder if they met James when he was friends with Buster Nancy: probably not Ava: He says he doesn't really remember them but I remember Buster's friends being around so Ava: guess saying thank you when you run out the front door isn't really meeting Nancy: Yeah, they always were Nancy: but like you said, mum & dad really aren't so Ava: they were more back then Ava: when I was little Nancy: Sure, they aren't going to rival James' wife in the parenting stakes Ava: It's not even funny Nancy: she never has been Nancy: how she ever thought I could fancy her when she's not no sense of humour Ava: Maybe she is gay Ava: something's making her seriously unhappy and fucked Nancy: She was definitely into Buster too though, I remember that from way before I left Ava: I think she slept with everyone, like Nancy: not him though, his 😍 for Ri were in place before we moved from Cambs Ava: Yeah but I mean, she obvs didn't know that Ava: 'til everyone did Nancy: that whole group were always swapping, it was so gross & weird Nancy: but I was the weird one, okay bitch Ava: Yeah Ava: lots of people still roll like that Nancy: there's a whole gay scene here that's entirely that Ava: A box is a box wherever it is Ava: even if you roll it in glitter and call it culture 🤷 Nancy: & lesbians are ridiculous wherever you find them Ava: we'll leave that at a self-drag Ava: I'm not getting involved Nancy: I'm just saying, I don't wanna be friends with someone who broke my heart, why does that make me weird? Ava: Who's broke your heart this week then Nancy: Unlike you, I was heartbroken in the Seychelles Ava: Duh, you wouldn't have come otherwise Ava: so go on, what happened Nancy: you've pointed out enough of my flaws for one conversation, cheers Nancy: I'm not dissecting my breakup with you Ava: I am busy so ⌚ Nancy: goodbye then Ava: 😂 Ava: I'm not dying Ava: laters Nancy: until you get run over again, yeah? Nancy: seriously, stop walking & annoying me, like Nancy: it's an actual safety hazard Ava: Not to brag but my coordination is great, tah Nancy: being rude to the dyslexic now Nancy: yeah, you can go Ava: 👋
