So you know how one of the tenets of Shar’s church is “Love is a lie. Only hate endures.” But Shart is so desperately hopeful that Shar loves her….. then Shar goes on to demand DJ Shart’s “whole heart” …. Shart’s line to a romanced Tav that goes “please don’t call it love” or something or the other. Do you think this is something she demands of every DJ or another god’s favorite princess thing
(Coughs also something something Shar wants Sharts whole heart uhhhh um. Shadow Heart ???) (I am forcefully expelled from the stage)
moment of silence for every single dj in a loveless relationship rip...
I THINK THE IDEA IS LIKE, (imo) their worship of the goddess should supersede any kind of romantic entanglement which makes sense but i think shart is just exceptionally zealous (overcompensating, but for what?? :)c) about her worship and thus is super dramatic about it bc shes gods favourite princess
we have exhibit b nocturne who is So Normal by comparison

Heavy Topics: A Child's Vision of Evil
One of the first big “aha!” moments in my journey to retrofit d&d’s laughably bad lore was the realization that the way the game treated evil didn’t make much sense.  As a dungeonmaster I was asked to create dramatic stakes for my players but the out-of-the-box antagonists supplied to me were as laughably one note as the pollution loving villains in Captain Planet. Who would ever worship the demon god of killing everything that lives? Of torturing you for all eternity? Of being unpleasantly covered in slime?
None of it really made sense until I started to understand the world and recent history through a political lens, at which point several things became clear:
Despite how large a bogyman it played in the satan scare of the late 80s, the people who laid the foundations for the lore of d&d came from a background of conservative american christianity, and baked a lot of that ethos into the game.
The conservative christian imagination can only see things in black and white. People who disagree with them can’t just have a different opinion, even if that opinion is objectively good, they need to be wilfully evil . In fact they must be trying as hard to be evil as the christian is trying to be good, because they’re a backwards person, a monster, a demon.
This idea of the “Backwards Person” is the exact process that gave rise to the bloodlibel, to the witchpanics, to the redscare, and yes, the 80s fear that satanists lurk around every corner sacrificing babies and putting poison in candy because they love evil that much.  It’s the same thought that’s given rise to Q-anon and the groomer panic. “People who disagree with just can’t just have a different opinion, they must be demons.”
D&D’s classic enemies are similarly all “backwards people”, hardwired to do evil so that players always have an excuse to kill them.  While on the surface it seems harmless or even childish it leads to the default d&d world being one where peace is impossible and genocidal violence is the only correct answer.
We can do better in our writing than a bunch of shut-ins who wanted nothing more than to play cowboys and indians while ripping off Tolkien. Whether you want to write a sweeping epic or a mindless dungeon crawler, there’s a way to reconfigure d&d lore.
Join me below the cut for a discussion of different ways to use evil in your games.
Children cannot control their emotions nor their fear, they lack the life experience necessary to contextualize things beyond a surface level reading. If you ask a child to "imagine something bad" they're going to take something that scared them, something gross or unpleasant or threatening and imagine it blown up to cartoonish proportion. Tolkien got bit by a spider as a kid and the entire fantasy genre has never lived it down.
D&D is weird because it keeps these childish ideas about evil and drags them forward into an adult context. Those three demon gods I mentioned in the intro make a sort of sense when you realize they're fears of dying, pain, and uncleanliness made manifest. That said most of us having outgrown our childish simplicity understand that those things are neutral, Spiders might personally gross you out but we all understand that doesn't make them bad on a spiritual level. In the base d&d lore however that personal distaste is ALWAYS true: Evilness is synonymous with ugliness and monstrousness, drawing a thick crayon line between the good people and the bad things.
That's where we get our particular flavor of backwards people, because one of those fundamental (pun intended) fears d&d inherited from it's creators was xenophobia, fear of the strange, but also fear of the stranger. When the white, suburban, middle class, christian creators of d&d imagined the other they took all the bad things they had been told in their youth about people who were not them and made them into monsters: That's why the default thinking enemies of d&d are tribal primitives who squat in the ruins of greater civilizations worshipping demons while coveting the beauty and wealth of cultured people. It sounds hyperbolic, but there's a one for one parallel between between the weird sexual anxieties conservatives have about black men and orcs raiding human lands to kidnap women as breeding stock. Same fears about emasculation and race mixing and ethnic replacement, only d&d gives the good ol' boys a narrative vehicle where they can revenge themselves upon their imagined foe.
Most modern d&d is not like this, and I chalk that up to the demographic shift that's happened both because of time passing and the influx of new voices that came along with the 5e renaissance. We're all media literate enough to avoid the obvious racial pantomime... except in cases like the Hardozee when the devs port something almost word for word from an older edition and we get a thanksgiving uncle/facebook aunt screed about how the silly monkey people are really SO happy to work for the refined and civilized and white elves.
What's left behind however is that pervasive childlike worldview: Where perfectly natural things that creep us out (like rot) or frighten us (like pregnancy) are made universally villainous regardless of any themes that are going on in that specific story. Ask yourself why the creators of a piece of media made their badguys look and act like they did, rather than just accepting that it's that way because "the lore says so".
Anyway, that's my rant over, and I promised you guys some different versions of how to use Evil:
Classic demons or lovecraftian horrors make for good bossfights but are thin on character, one of the basic building blocks of story. To remedy this, pair your unremitting force of darkness and destruction with a troubled and nuanced mortal agent, someone who is trying their general best but has been forced down this low road by circumstances beyond their control. This gives your roleplaying focused players something to play off against while your combat focused ones battle a building sized monstrosity. Raw evil isn't interesting, it becomes interesting when we see what it makes morally grey people, even good people, do in reaction to it.
Extremity is one of the best ways to turn normal people into villains, a looming disaster or recent crisis that's putting the pressure on everyone and preventing anyone from thinking beyond protecting themselves and their own. Beyond the people acting rashly, you're also going to have a legion of opportunists offering to fix the problem as your higher rank of antagonists to overcome.
Similarly, if you're going to have your villain backed up by legions of faceless mooks you're going to need a reason for their loyalty. Your villain is offering them something worth dying for, which gives your heroes an alternate win condition for overcoming their numbers beyond genocide.
If you're willing to take a step into a more fanciful, cartoony universe, feel free to play with the idea of good and evil as arbitrary teams: It's the badguy's job to cause chaos and it's the goodguy's job to stop em, they're all working professionals and the dungeon is the workplace comedy. This is fun, but then lets you escalate the tension when someone doesn't play by the rules. What happens when a zealot starts executing evildoers who'd already surrendered? what happens when the villain summons something that is more interested in devastation than wacky hijinx?
Think of morality like a punnett square: There's the party, and then there's the villain who wants the opposite of what they want. THEN there's the villain who wants what the party wants, and the ally who wants the opposite of party wants. Suddenly rather than a simple binary, the party is forced to balance the interest of varying groups as well as their better judgment. This can be made even MORE complex by creating different categories of "what the party wants", which is generally how you get complex political dramas like game of thrones.

Here is a post containing ""all"" the information we know about q!BBH lore seperated into 4 categories
I'm doing this because god knows the ghosties need help trying to piece all of this together and also to inform less brainrot-y people what to expect in the future
Now this is mostly based on memory so I encourage people to tell me things to add if they notice anything and I will add it on here (with credit). I also tried my best to not go too far into theory category and instead tried to make this as objective as possible.
This is seperated into four categories because although we know most of this is connected I feel like it will just be more comprehensive to seperate them into easily discernable categories.
There are also some seemingly obvious things that I don't mention because they kinda are their own plot and idk how they fit into the grander picture yet (mostly talking about Ron here since his plot is self explanatory and kinda divorced from the other stuff if we exclude theories)
Q!BBH's SECRET PLAN :
-Q!BBH has a secret plan to take down the federation (or at least severly damage it)
-Q!BBH has apparently multiple plans (@lxrd-ren)
-When talking to q!Niki he apparently revealed that he "was in the middle of a 'really big project' when the eggs got taken. He confirmed it wasn't a building project and said it was more of a 'surprise". We can maybe assume he is probably talking about his plan against the Federation. (@lxrd-ren)
-This plan has been made before the Eggs got kidnapped
-Q!BBH has been letting Soul Vultures feed on him, in one of the endings of his stream he is heard killing them. It is most likely that he has been letting Soul Vultures feed on him so that they can drop a Soul Heart.
-Q!BBH is responsible for the theft of furniture
-Q!BBH has placed most of the mines (after the eggs were missing i think ???) and it's apparently "part of his plan".
-Q!BBH's magma slime prank was also "part of the plan"
-Q!BBH's plan involves him getting arrested and put in jail (but it has to happen at the right time)
-The eggs, q!Forever going missing along with q!Cellbit snapping were all things that went against his plans (for q!Cellbit he needed him to be sane).
-To add onto that he "was working on it but shifted goals from the suprise to finding the eggs. He said there was no point in this plan if he doesn't find the eggs and that he has to find the eggs for the plan to mean anything" (@lxrd-ren)
-He hints that only one person that will 100 pourcent for sure die in his plan (most likely him considering hints however we don't know what this death entails)
-Q!BBH also has been testing islanders through mindgames (asking q!Cellbit if he could be president/him implying he is gonna kidnap q!Jaiden)
-Q!BBH has said he is trying to get people to underestimate him/not view him as a threat
-cc!BBH has said that there is a lot of things that don't seem connected that are connected (in context while talking to his plan)
-He also said that while it doesn't make sense right now, it's simply because we don't see the full picture
-"He is aware that the federation treats him with surprising leniency compared to everyone else ("chat, have you noticed cucurucho just gives me slaps on the wrist?" [paraphrased] after his "arrest" in the federation storage room) — he never mentioned this detail away." (@lionheartedmusings)
-This one borders on theory/speculation but I'll accept it because I find it very interesting : "on a stream a while before he started his anti-fed plan, before he even did the "building inspector" prank, he talked at length about frog boiling — how they were just slowly turning the heat on the pan so they (the islanders) didn't notice they were boiling. he then continued to talk about how a "good plan" would be to turn the heat up faster, to make everyone aware of the danger. where that fits into the overall plot is unknown, but it stuck with me." (@lionheartedmusings)
Q!BBH's MENTAL/PHYSICAL DEGRADATION :
-Q!BBH has stopped seeing colors when the eggs went missing (we are unsure if that has changed recently)
-Q!BBH's sense of pain and smell also has went away (it seems he has gone back to feeling some sort of pain but again unsure)
-Q!BBH has not slept when the eggs were missing with some exceptions
-Q!BBH has constantly suffered with memory loss ever since the eggs were missing with it's degrees of severity changing during the course of this arc
-Q!BBH has had a paranoid breakdown leading to him hallucinating and destroying Ron's previous home
-We can see on Q!BBH's skin that he seems to have some sort of head injury that has gotten worse over time
-Q!BBH has gone from pale (all of the colors faded as though he was a ghost) back to normal saturation twice now.
-Q!BBH seems to have strange green spots growing on his back ever since he got hit with the nuclear explosion (we don't know what it exactly is yet)
-Q!BBH seems to constantly mention that he is "hungry"
-Q!BBH has been coughing recently
-"The green is only on his back, back legs, back arms and back of his head. However, in the front and on the right side of his chest there is a very dark patch of green" (@lxrd-ren)
--"Once his whole body (the hood) turned the same shade of blue as the blue stuff on him. This was on the same day as the hallucination stream (1st Oct)" (@lxrd-ren)
Q!BBH DEATH LORE :
-Q!BBH is seen waking up in a strange desaturated desert wasteland after seemingly dying from the nuclear blast
-Q!BBH seems to lose his memories when in that landscape only seemingly remembering further down the line when the landscape suddenly gains color
-There are pyramids and empty villages
-Q!BBH finds two pieces of strings in a random house
-There is a dead version of himself in this landscape with a book stating that the water in the fountain of the abandonned village is poisonned
-There is a zombie horse attached next to a strange rock, Q!BBH seems to know what this means but says that it's "not time yet" and adding "maybe in a hundred or a thousand years"
-We see two instances of our Q!BBH (assumed) going through this strange afterlife. The first time we see him dig up the sand and place it randomly along with him chosing to drink the apparently poisonned water. The second time he choses to dig up the sand but places it back where it was and he choses not to drink the poisonned water.
-There seems to be a third Q!BBH (outside of ours and the dead one) stuck in his desert afterlife, he seems to constantly be waiting next to a desert structure. He doesn't seem to have any of his memories either similar to how Q!BBH first was when he entered this place for the first time.
-This is not certain but it seems that not drinking the water had effect on how bad q!BBH's memory loss is.
Q!BBH BACKSTORY/SPECIES LORE :
-Q!BBH has been on this plane of reality for at least a 11 thousand years (thank you @born-in-hell for the correction)
-He was apparently summoned to this realm (i think through a portal ???)
-He is confirmed to be a demon however there are multiple hints that he might be more of a fallen angel (angel statues and wings on his throne also his throne is called the "fallen throne")
-He is at the cause of a lot of disasters like the destruction of Pompeii and the sinking of Antlantis (along with more things).
-It is implied that he may be responsible for the Dodo's extinction (@born-in-hell)
-He also apparently burnt a children's hospital by accident which caused him to be chased by lithuanians (this one is just really fucking funny to me) (@born-in-hell)
-He witnessed the salem witch trial and found it fun
-"Past events mentioned as of now: Atlantis (likely when he was summoned), Euphrates, The Plague (the last time he had drugs), The Witch Trials (watched them), Pompeii(visited), The Dodos(I think he ate one)" (@lxrd-ren)
-Q!BBH knows the person who ended up being the name for Mt. Vesuvius
-More context one of the incident : "the last time he had drugs he found they don't agree with him, and it led to a big oops in venice specifically (hence our theorising that he caused the black plague, as venice was hit especially hard by it)" (@lionheartedmusings)
-He was apparently stuck under the river Euphrates (further evidence of him being a fallen angel)
-He can eat basically anything and has eaten people before however he has not eaten demon which means he is not a cannibal
-He works a job as a part time reaper
-He seems to have an attuned sense for death, knowing if people have passed on and being able to perceive dead people (like us ghosties !)
-His strange ""secret"" base contains the Ankh symbol and a reference to the river Styx (the ladder one is more so an assumption but it seems to be the case)
-Q!BBH was stuck in a timeloop with the only thing staying the same being his connection to Skeppy. He says he believes he is out of the timeloop but doesn't know how he got out of it (@lxrd-ren)
-"According to Dapper’s notes, Bad’s blood was not visually different to human blood, so we can assume his normal blood is red" (@murky-tannin)
Okay I've probably missed a bunch of stuff but this is all my brain can conjure before it explodes, if you guys want to add more to the list you can just say it in RB's and replies.

okay but i do need fred lovers to be fully aware that there's virtually no chance that he won't end up in q!bad's basement because the only reason we even *have* fred is because of q!bad's current plotline. through meta we know that ron's capture was cooking for the whole week he was going through the stages of grief.
it would make no sense to me that they'd incorporate higher level workers suddenly while worker-kidnapping is part of q!bad's personal lore + have ron blatantly call out blue hat workers as superiors if they weren't planning for fred to get got.
i adore that q!tubbo got there first and developed this personal connection with fred that's going to be very very interesting going forward but also my man's got a basement with his name on it, and did from the moment we met him.

okay, I'm gonna ramble a bit about the Fred and Guard visit at Tallulah and Chayanne's house because that moment in Philza's livestream kind of broke me. I felt a lot of emotions at that moment.
First of all, I'd like to remind everyone that Phil literally has only shown them the rooms specifically made for Tallulah and Chayanne. He has not shown them the two above-ground houses, only the underground rooms. Which is insane?? In my opinion??? And just shows how much of q!Phil's life revolves around his children?? He doesn't have a fucking room there. He sleeps on a chair in front of his kid's beds, and it's not as if there isn't anywhere else for him to go - he just doesn't want to.
This part just gives me "like father like son" vibes because q!Wilbur would do the exact same thing. Both men created their lives around these children, to the point they would rather sleep on a chair so they could give their kids comfort. They were both too busy giving their entire lives to these kids, that they have no place for themselves and don't WANT a place for themselves. These mfers are fucking insane, Tallulah had to force q!Wilbur to get a bed, and even then we never saw him use it (Meta wise it makes sense, the players never sleep, but lore wise...)
Either way, back to the visit. So these two fed workers enter the room of two missing children. The room is tiny, obviously built for something much smaller than an adult, and is FILLED with signs, pets, plants, and other little things that at the time those kids were there gave it life and now is just... haunted by those objects. When you see eggs walking around you don't mind the amount of signs covering every millimeter of the ground, but now it feels as if it shrinks the place and forces you to look at those conversations that were made by actual lost fucking children.
And even the more comfortably spaced rooms are literally STACKED with that haunted environment. The biggest room in the house? The floor itself was built by the child with a floatie. The entire room was painted and decorated to have that kid's favorite color EVERYWHERE. And the signs are still there, on the walls, on the floors, on a bag, you literally can't escape those. The kitchen? looks normal, until the man taking you on this tour tells you in his dry, quiet voice that this kitchen was actually built for his son. His son liked cooking. That man never used that kitchen. Luckily they didn't ask about the flowers outside which were planted by the other child.
Downstairs? A literal black concrete shrine-like building sticking in the middle, covered with - here they are again - those colorful pink and yellow signs. Behind the black statue? A garden, one of the children's passion projects.
Then they enter the N.I.N.H.O accidentally and are hit by the personification of Tallulah's personality if it was a hotel room. And when they finally leave, they are once more met with PILES of signs, which are all one long painful conversation that happened one day before those same fucking kids disappeared.
And if somehow they would have tried to ignore all of this, Phil was there to just shove this information back on them. He sounded BROKEN. He sounded as if he's lost in his own fucking house. He explained the meaning of anything they stared at for more than a second, and I could just imagine the sore thumb of a man he was, the embodiment of parental grieving, as he had them follow him around. There was something so heartbreaking with the technical need for him to open the doors for them. He was forced to let them in. They were forced to follow him. Both parties were trapped by this empty house.
So, yeah, that part fucking broke me. It wasn't bittersweet, it was just bitter.

By this point a lot of you have probably heard me talk a lot about QSMP (Specifically Jaiden cuz she's my little guy)
So how about a maybe controversial opinion I want some of yalls thoughts on? Ready?
I do not care for q!Foolish, q!Slime and q!Roier's inclusion in the Project Blue Bird theory.
Don't get me wrong, I love these guys, but I feel like The Blue Bird theory should just stay as a Jaiden thing. As I pointed out in a previous post, this fandom has a problem with excluding Jaiden from lots of lore, dynamics and events, including her own (Such as the familoier, Bobby's death, the "Can you hear it?" and timer events, the nightmares, etc), which is honestly sad. So it feels good to finally have something that is exclusive to just Jaiden. Something only for her.
That and q!Foolish already seems to have an established lore, being a demigod who has been friends with BadBoyHalo for centuries, so adding him in the Blue Bird theory interferes with that.
Slimecicle seems to have memories of previous smps he's been in. Such as the Origin SMP, and I'm sure Slime can make up some crazy lore on the spot if given the chance
And Roier kinda had this "thing" going on with Cucurucho/Osito Bimbo (and by "thing", I mean romantic tension), so adding him in is definitely weird.
The only other person who makes sense to include is q!Quackity and ElQuackity (Cuz of their duck motifs, being also bird coded and having stange connections with the Federation)
Before you respond (if you want), keep in mind that I'm talking about the theory, not the AU. Include as many characters and headcanons as much as you want in the AU, cuz that's honestly good stuff.
(Btw now that you're here. Do you have any QSMP or q!Jaiden Discord servers or anything of the sort that you could pass me? Please literally none of my friends are into the QSMP as much as I am and I am foaming at the mouth to have a chance to talk about QSMP to someone. PLEASE)

« A q!Fit Character Development Recap »
From a Day 1 watcher.
I have decided to make this post since we have a big lore day for Fit tomorrow and I thought it would be cool to remember where his character was a the beginning of the server and his journey to the point that he is at now. I won't put too many details, this post will be also a bit informal since I'm also allowing myself to ramble a little bit. cc!Fit had me hooked with his cubito since the first important lore drop months ago and the way he has changed has been fascinating to witness. I think the development so far will be very important to keep in mind for whatever choices he ends up making tomorrow.
Long post under the cut ↓
When q!Fit first arrived on the island, he was very low profile about his past and goals, EVEN to the audience. All as the public we knew back then, was that his character was on vacation from the horrors of 2bt2 (or called The Wasteland in lore) and now he's trapped, but he at least appreciated how nice was the island in comparison to where he came from. He kept repeating this, ''I'm on vacation but now I'm stuck.''
q!Fit wasn't really interested in getting close to anyone at the start, he was mostly chilling by himself and busy building his lavacast house (and giving Foolish emotional support when he was building the dragon in attempts to be a good neighbor). He also had no issue to participate in unethical business just for the heck of it (q!Quackity was joking but q!Fit got a XP farm out of it lol).
Then the eggs arrived and his partner ended up being q!Spreen. They already were not in very good terms due to conflict over a stolen horse and q!Fit managing to get it back. Still, q!Fit just said ''you're my husband now I guess'' and went to choose their egg.
q!Spreen names Ramon and yes, at the start, q!Fit wasn't attached to this little kid AT ALL. The eggs were an event to get a reward from, so his concern for keeping Ramon alive and taking care of him every single day came down to the fact that he wanted the reward and to not receive the punishment. q!Fit himself said that he wasn't good with children and wasn't interested/ready to be a father at the day of the adoption.
Their attachment grew up, little by little. q!Spreen wasn't the best parent to Ramon at the time, so q!Fit ended up being the one comforting the child, as his parental instincts slowly kicked in. They spent more time together and their bond flourished, to the point that when the eggs were first taken away, q!Fit was INCREDIBLY concerned about getting Ramon back.
It wasn't about the rewards anymore, he genuinely loved his child and wanted him to be safe. He started calling him nicknames, his beautiful baby boy made in heaven by God himself. They started to play hide and seek, they started to build Create machines together and bond over their fascination for explosives and game exploits.
He also used to spent time with q!Phil and Chayanne (and then Tallulah) more than anyone, since they canonically have a past friendship together. Yeah, even back then they would joke around with flirting but never reaching something actually serious, as they themselves stated multiple times.
Then, the brazillians arrive.
And the ones who interact with q!Fit first? Tazercraft!
Their first meeting was more in a meta sense (the CCs were fans of cc!Fit for his work on his Youtube channel), but their next meetings however, are really important for how close they ended up being.
q!Fit tried to save Richarlyson before he lost his first life, but was just seconds late. Then he decided to help q!Mike and Richas as much as possible after the incident happened. q!Mike was a little distrustful at the moment, but eventually both him and q!Pac warned up to q!Fit.
They spent a lot of the morning shift together. q!Fit would help them since they were new to the server, like that raid that one time, and Tazercraft in return would love to spend time with him and Ramon. A good friendship was born and they were a well known trio.
They loved to break rules, cause mischief and also to be the sweetest to the eggs, all three of them.
At some point (my memory of the exact timeline is not the best, please forgive me for that), we have the first big lore drop: q!Fit was not here on vacation, he actually has a mission as a double agent by a mysterious entity to find something and all without the other islanders knowing. At this point in time, we had no idea what exactly he had to get or why he was doing it.
Eventually we had another big lore drop: q!Fit is here to gather player data of the residents. Then, he ended up telling Ramon about his mission.
q!Fit grew to trust Ramon, his son, absolutely, to the point of telling him information that nobody else could know and allow him to help. To this day it is still a big secret keep just between them both.
Another day came by, Ramon asked the whys and after some insistence (because he was worried for his dad), q!Fit told him that he's doing it to finally escape The Wasteland and be free. It was not only for his freedom, but now the plan was to be free with Ramon... but with Ramon alone.
To approach this mission, he went to the Federation to get a job as janitor, and in this way, collect the player data without raising much suspicion. Ramon is the only one aware of the true reasons why q!Fit has the janitor position.
Back to Tazercraft, q!Fit would not know the extent of how much he grew to care for these two until the moment that q!Foolish arrested them. He was extremely concerned upon seeing q!Pac behind the glass at the prison, and then very angry once he and Ramon confronted q!Foolish about it. It was there he became the #1 Tazercraft defender for the audience and he never proved them otherwise since.
Once q!Mike and q!Pac were free, they received q!Fit by giving him a big hug with the most cheerful call for his name. For q!Fit, that was like a very defining moment: ''yes, these are my people now.''
And he kept helping them. Helped q!Mike when q!Pac disappeared again and gave as much support as possible. Went zooming once q!Pac was back to meet them (back then, the fandom kept theorizing that q!Fit may have a small crush on q!Pac for the way he reacted to these kind of situations aaand there was the Brazil's Valentine Day Big Daddy moment too). Then he was still there, all the time, when q!Mike was the one who disappeared and q!Pac was in great distress.
Before q!Mike disappeared tho, someone else arrived to the island: The frozen residents, and between them, q!Tubbo!
q!Tubbo chose to live literally right next to q!Fit. They were the most literal definition of neighbors on the island yet.
q!Fit would pass by to say hi, to help, to offer company while q!Tubbo created machines. They grew closer, also little by little, since q!Tubbo wasn't very trusting of q!Fit at the beginning. q!Tubbo was able to tell that he was hiding something and therefore making it harder for him to gain that trust.
Back to when q!Mike disappeared. q!Fit and q!Tubbo were one of the fews who would hang out with q!Pac while at his lowest. The start of when they became so close, which was then incredibly increased once the eggs also disappared.
q!Fit was a mess without Ramon. He grew to care so much by those he loved, that he developed separation anxiety while they are not around. He wasn't used to the company when he was in the Wasteland, but now, now he needs it, now he cannot live without that company.
Morning Crew was born and those three became the clingiest to each other that you could ever imagine. They were each others biggest support pillars during those darker times. They became a family.
q!Fit would comment that the reason why he enjoyed spending time with q!Tubbo, was because he reminded him of Ramon in a way.
How q!Fit was closer to q!Pac to the point of developing a genuine crush tho? Well, Richarlyson the MVP that he is, set up a first date for them at Starbobby. q!Pac gave q!Fit roses.
The roses. To this day, they still give roses to each other, they find themselves surrounded by roses.
q!Fit planted the roses at the top of his house, where usually he would only plant the flowers that his son gave him. The rest was history.
Morning Crew would spend a lot of time together. q!Fit and q!Pac on their own too, and the crush would just develop even more and more.
q!Fit needed to take it slow for two reasons:
First, his mission, he doesn't want to possibly put q!Pac in danger. He doesn't want to hurt him and to him to get caught up in a mess.
Second, thanks to being so long in The Wasteland, this was likely q!Fit first interaction with genuine romantic feelings (that he can actually address instead of repressing them anyway), and he needed time to process that and know how to act next as a result. q!Pac understood this, even if they have never directly talked about it, that cubito is just that emotionally inteligent with other people.
q!Fit got recruited by the Rebellion and he recommended q!Pac and q!Bagi to join too after they went through Purgatory. He really wanted q!Pac to be there with him since now he can't bear to hold that secret from him, and q!Bagi is someone he grew to trust a lot once they went through the Purgatory experience together from start to finish.
The eggs are back! There's new eggs too! q!Tubbo has a daughter now!
Ramon and Richarlyson get into the q!Fit and q!Pac romantic business respectively. They got to meet Sunny. Sunny loved Morning Crew immediately as family.
q!Fit finally grew enough confidence to ask q!Pac on a date! Oh no, Morning Crew has disappeared for Purgatory 2!
This is when the separation anxiety of the cubito was the most noticeable. He really was going through a painful loneliness that he could barely handle. Ramon ended up showing up to be a comforting presence, but it's clear how q!Fit is so attached to Morning Crew.
q!Fit and q!Pac got to see each other again before Purgatory 2. They had their date. q!Fit gave q!Pac a trident as his gift.
q!Pac is someone that q!Fit admitted he trusts 99% just beside his own son, who is at 100% trust.
q!Fit got to take care of Sunny. He called both Ramon and Sunny his children. He made snowmen of the Morning Crew, crearly missing them and all while saying that it was something emotional for him to one of the Capybaras.
Present time: q!Fit would do anything for Ramon. He doesn't care only for himself anymore... moreso, he doesn't care for himself at all now, but he's only still making an effort to stay alive for Ramon, since he knows that Ramon needs him. q!Fit would protect and defend q!Pac without question, also making slow but steady progress with him in the potential romantic relationship, he doesn't want him to get hurt. q!Fit sees q!Tubbo as family and says so multiple times outloud, he makes sure he stays safe in whatever way he sees possible.
He wants to get out of the island, but now it's not only with Ramon, he wants to leave with his family.
q!Fit came to this island with the only goal to get in, get data, get out and be free from The Wasteland.
But things have changed: He has a son, who he loves so much. He has a family, who matters a lot to him. He has a romantic interest, who he has hopes that he can be happy with someday.
q!Fit has amnesia, he has forgotten who even sent him to the island. He has episodes where he types L I K E T H I S. He has glitches that manifest as headaches (the last ones didn't tho). The memories that come to his dreams have binary code patterns on them briefly. The codes have thrown clocks at him. The Rebellion recruited him in way that sounded like ''so we see each other again.''
This cubito has no idea what's happening with himself either. We have a lot of questions yet to answer.
And cc!Fit is excellent when it's about lore. I know he will keep in mind his character's development, all while revealing even more to us and... consequences happen too.
It sounds like something bad will happen tomorrow. To me, it seems like whatever q!Fit choses to do will trigger this.
Are we ready for it?

We seriously need to talk about how good tubbo is at the subtle roleplay and the fact that he doesn’t really need the big huge lore streams for us to know what q!tubbo is feeling. The fact hat we all came to the conclusion that tubbo feels alone on the island and doesn’t think anyone cares for him just from the small bits and pieces in everyday streams is just so good. The little remarks or choices he makes with his character that can so easily be brushed off but make soooo much sense in retrospect.
Just the way he played his character after the funeral is an example of that. He doesn’t have to say anything about how he feels, he doesn’t have to point anything out, he just does things and it shows. The way he’s more reckless with himself. His comment to sunny about the only person to hurt him is himself (which can be a passively suicidal mentality or thinking that he killed Fred just bc he was his friend). The way he kept the slower in his offhand with absolutely no comment to other players or the viewers.
It’s the subtle, improv, and unsaid things that tubbo does that just make me so insane over his character. He’s so good at showing instead of telling and he does it so freaking well

So...I rewatched the QSMP livestream and I have some thoughts and theories.
Yesterday I was so hyped that I couldn't process all the info dump we got (especially regarding Richas and his lore) so today I sat my ass in the chair and watched it again.
The point I want to focus on specifically is the departments in which the eggs are divided and Richarlyson (because let's be honest, this little egg is MUCH MORE IMPORTANT than what we think he is.)
We can see in the last cinematic the following departments and eggs in them:
0001 — Department of Convivial Condition Observation (Chayanne, Leonarda, Ramón and Dapper.)
All the eggs from this department are present since the beginning, they were the first ones to be given to the islanders and it makes sense that they are from Convivial Condition Observation since they were created exactly for that, to live with the islanders and tone down their will to leave the island. Originally, there were four more eggs in this group, but as Cucurucho said they failed to meet expectations. (died)
0002 — Department of Subsistence Monitoring (Tallulah, Pomme and Unknown Egg¹)
Here things start to take a very interesting turn and some questions start being answered. The eggs from this department are all found by the Islanders, the Federation never gave them to be adopted. Tallulah was found inside the basement of the Adoption Center and Pomme was found inside the wall. Sadly, Unknown Egg¹ is probably Hope, the egg that owned the diary that Cellbit found in an Isolated Location, and they're dead (as some already expected). These eggs were put in barely liveable conditions to test if and for how long they were capable of surviving.
0003 — Department of Permanence Surveillance (Empanada, Sunny and Pepito)
This department puzzled me a bit ngl because all the eggs that came from it were from Egg Island. It wasn't until later that it hit me that Egg Island wasn't always under The Watcher's control, originally it was a place that belonged to the Federation. With that in mind, we can conclude that the eggs from this department had to survive in foreign lands, they were sent to other islands under the Federation's domain to live by themselves, maybe to test how well they could live by without guidance.
0004 — Department of System Analysis ( Richarlyson and Unknown Egg²)
And then there's that. When Richarlyson said several times that he was different and when he had the talk™ with q!Cellbit in the Adoption Center, I think most of us brushed off as some sort of insecurity that he had. We all knew that Richas was rushed somehow, as if the Federation wasn't ready to receive the brazilians and had to give them an egg last minute, that's why Richas didn't have a bed and neither a cage like all the others did. After this stream though, it's clear that it's much more deeper than that. The eggs from this department are probably the experiment before the experiment, what I mean by that is that Richas and Unknown Egg² (That I assume is Egg A1, since they still had one life left.) were never meant to be adopted at all. They were the eggs used to test uncertain things, they couldn't experiment freely with eggs that already had parents since they would notice and probably wouldn't like it, so they used the eggs from this department to do it instead since they would never have parents.
Now, you're probably asking yourself "Well, if that's the case how did Richas end up with the brazilians?" and I have two theories for that, one works best if we assume that the Federation expected to receive the brazilians (it still works if they weren't expected, but it has less credibility) and the other works better if they were not expected
Unknown Egg¹ (Hope) was supposed to be the Brazilian egg.
I particularly love this one to death ngl. Think with me for a second, ok? If the Federation expected the brazilians, they probably had one egg ready for them and the new residents would be guided to the place where they would meet said Egg. We can rule out Richas being that egg because he's from 0004, he's meant to be tested and not adopted like I said before, but there's one egg that fits the criteria for being adopted perfectly and it's the Unknown Egg¹, they're part of 0002 just like Tallulah and Pomme and with some help from the Federation could be found by the new residents. Yet that didn't happen and much later on we found out that Unknown Egg¹ died because no one went to get them in time. If a certain egg from 0004 ran away and made itself known to the residents, no one would question anything, right? They would just brush it off the fact that said egg didn't have a room in the Adoption Center, that he didn't have a bed and that he lacks a certificate and that in general, he's much different from his siblings. The Federation wouldn't be able to take this egg from the new residents and give another one, it would raise doubts about the perfection the Federation fights so hard for. And so no one would look for Unknown Egg¹ and eventually they would die and not a soul would miss them.
Richarlyson ran away from the Federation while they were under alarm with the brazilians arrival.
Now if the brazilians weren't expected to arrive on the island, the situation changes a bit, but not too much. Richas would still have run away from the Federation during the commotion caused by the unexpected arrival of the new residents. He would still make himself known to his future parents and the Federation would have no choice but let him be since giving an egg to those unexpected new people would give the idea that the Federation had it under control, that they were expecting and we're ready to receive them. And it worked quite well since everyone accepted the new residents and the new egg having no idea that none of them were expected to be there.
Both theories would explain Richarlyson's complex with being different, he actually is. He is not like his brothers and sisters who were planned, gifted to the islanders and who had a clear purpose, he had none of that. He didn't meet the Federation's expectations to such an extent that he was used only as a lab rat. A failure. Maybe that's why he resonates so much with his dad q!Cellbit, he also didn't meet the expectations and lacked in many aspects. That would explain why he talks so much with q!Cellbit about being different, he's not only seeking comfort and validation, he's trying to tell the truth, that he's not like the others, that he wasn't supposed to be there.
That's why Cucurucho treats him far more harshly than the other eggs. That's why Cucurucho threatened him before. That's why he went as far as to say that Richarlyson was "problematic even back then."
Richarlyson is fundamentally different from the others and he may be the key to some answers we didn't know we needed until now.

Oh man I'm excited and very anxious about the whole lore that Bagi and Cellbit are planning with them being twins in the server
Because these two motherfuckers give the best RP like their life's depend on it, and if right now they are giving the RP where Cellbit is mad, mad that they took away his chance to have a normal life, mad that they took his family away from him, that he had someone looking for him all those years, but in all this time he was trying to survive, he killed to survive, he become someone he didn't like (even if he told Q!Bagi he killed someone and liked it, I really doubt it, I almost think he is saying that to try to keep her away, because he doesn't know how to process all of this information, how to accept that he has a sister, who told in his face that doesn't matter what he did in the past, she is not going to give up on him, because she loves him no matter what), and there is a lot going on right now, and he has to deal with all of this because everyone is counting on him but he doesn't want to involve people and risk their lifes, he want to do all of this alone because if he gets killed it doesn't matter, he thinks he deserves it
In other hand, Q!Bagi is sad and a bit mad, mad that her brother doesn't want to talk to her and is avoiding her all the time, to the point she keeps away too, because she thinks he is mad at her or with the ideia that they are related. She is sad because she has become an investigator, a police officer just to find him, and she tracked his steps to Alcatraz! But when she got there, he had already escaped (which I think is a good thing, because things would be way mooooore catastrophic if he knew at that time she was her sister, he was way more unstable and crazy)
And she feels alone, that no one really trusts her or really care for her (I hope that after she talked with Q!Roier she feels like she can count on him, after all they are family too now)
But the thing is, both of them are right in feeling the way they are feeling. Is sad? Of course, but there is no right side here. Both of them are hurt because of what happend to them, but is like Q!Roier said, maybe they won't talk now, but things will be better with time, they just need time to understand what is going on, to process all these informations and feelings and them talk about it and try to figured out how they are going to go from there.
It will be sad, it will hurt, but I'm sure that in the end they will give us a wonderful RP and will become the "Irmãos Mistério", the ones that are glued like glue when they are child.
I know that we wanted a relationship like Dipper and Mabel, but I think a relationship like Stan and Ford makes so much more sense for them because of the life they had.
But as I said before, I am really excited and anxious for their RP. It will make me cry to the point I'm sobbing? Oh, definitely! Buuuuuut I'm sure that it will be good and really worth it!!
UPDATE:
I just remembered something that Bagi was talking about yesterday before ending the live, where she was talking more about her character and how Q!Bagi feels inside the island, that she feels alone and that no one talks to her and if things continue this way she is more likely to become like Q!Jaiden and build a relationship of friendship and trust with Cucurucho.
And honestly, if this happens I'm like 99% sure Q!Cellbit would snap with this, probably scream with Q!Bagi but because his worried and would definitely threaten Cucurucho if he ever thinks and going closer to his sister or doing something to her. Maybe this would be a way (not the best way, I think) to them talk about this whole situation of them being brother and sister.
...But if I'm honest, I just want to see Q!Cellbit really pissed off and screaming in Cucurucho face to not touch his sister or his family ever again.
I JUST WANT HIM TO BEAT THE SHIT OUT OF THAT MOTHERFUCKER OK??????

I'm confused by Grian's motivations. During the Q&A you mentioned the boogeyman being what caused him to disagree with the Watchers which, sure. But that would mean he was fine with trapping people (many of whom being his friends) in death games to harvest negative emotions in the first place which seems contradictory to past statements and brings into question why he was in Third Life at all? I'm trying to figure out if you misspoke or if that was the intended meaning
Sounds like I misspoke probably. This is why I continually answer asks and doing the post season lore streams to hash things out is a good thing, as I'm no kind of trained or practiced author. I have some big narrative beats to hit but aside from that it's as improv as the Life series is to an extent. I'd have to be giga brain to have written all of this just after 3rd Life ended lol
The way I see it currently is Grian was taken on as a Watcher from EVO and at that time, the feeding on emotions was a normal activity. An even spread of good and bad emotions were drawn from, not overly impactful to the player.
As time passed the other Watchers began feeding more on negative emotions and in vastly larger quantities which began to take a toll. Not only were they causing small fragmentation of people's souls but they were stripping away emotions in such a rapid fashion that players lost the opportunity to practice things like forgiveness, empathy and recovery. So they lost out mentally as well as soulfully (is that a word? ha)
Grian was in 3rd Life as a player after he'd decided to part from the Watchers that inducted him. They'd run a few deathmatches already (no idea how many) and it didn't sit well with him the directions things were steering.
His goal so far has been to lighten the mood of these games to 'sour' the feast for the Watchers who at this point, will only accept negative emotions and if at all possible, help liberate the players once and for all.
It's a similar goal to the Listeners, but not exact, so there's been zero communication between the two so far. I think both Grian and the Listeners see each other's meddling as beneficial to the other. They're each making small progress as opposed to a stalemate if they faced the Watchers head on.
Those cracks in the control and armour for The Watchers heightened this past season with the soul channeling of Cleo/Pearl and is why Grian's aura was disrupted and he ended up in a vacant state (during the afk episode)
Does that make sense?
I'll definitely contradict myself at times but it's why I do lore dumps publicly so people can fact check me. This is all just for fun, so keep prodding me y'all :)

Ok so i just saw a clip of eret talking about their plans for the dsmp ending and first of all I KNEW THAT IT WASNT THE NUKE BUT XD WHO ENDED THE SERVER! (I thought that was kinda obvious so it has been my headcanon this whole time)
But hearing this reminded me about something q!Bad talked about a while back that makes perfect sense in that context and makes that ending kinda canon at least for his character! (Not implying that any of the dsmp is canon for any other character!)
But bad was talking about being stuck in a time loop for a long time and i think it was implied that it was connected to the dsmp but i really dont remember the exact wording.
Idk i just think its cool that even if they sadly couldnt play out this ending it still has meaning in q!bads lore!
