when you guys see this post getting reposted for the 3948734987th time just remember: i'm op, me and a buddy did this at work while bored, it's real and afterwards my buddy threw pennies at the motherboard until it shorted something and stopped turning on

the only correct way to write proper high-stake sci-fi finale is to get 3 very gay men and ask them to improvise the most camp, slutty and intense game of catch (also helps if one is trouser-less)
look, they knew exactly what they were doing
the tension, oh gawd the tension
15's face kills me everytime
honestly show me a scene with a better sequence of events (bet you can't), I'll wait right here

with gojo, geto and even kenjaku dead, do you think satosugu's story is completely over? because for me personally, if this is the end of their story, it feels kinda unsatisfactory and inconclusive. i hope we get more content and there are so many questions about their story that still need to be answered. i dont expect gojo's censored last words to geto to be revealed ever but i hope we get at least a somewhat conclusive ending.....
Their story had a conclusive ending, they're not the main characters so no matter how much we crave for more bits of satosugu this is what we have and this is how they ended. I don't necessarily find it unsatisfactory considering both of them served their purposes and we got another top notch satosugu angsty crumb till gojo's last breath (that panel of him saying "my only disappointment is that you weren't there to give a slap on the back" and geto's tears). I don't think we should drag it out or find any other means to insert more stsg when it isn't even their story, sad but true. This is it for us, they happened, it was beautiful and then it ended.

hmm. thinking about how when the party goes into Aubrey's bedroom on One Day Left and she finally apologizes, Kel's immediate reaction is to apologize to her in return. and also thinking about how Aubrey always targets Kel in physical combat but also in her verbal accusations (Aubrey's dialogue upon winning in the church fight is "serves you right, Kel" and she doesn't seem nearly as mad at Sunny despite him actually slashing her with a knife). i know the common fandom perception is that Kel and Aubrey simply drifted apart after Mari died, but... i think it's very likely that something actively bad happened between them, but neither one of them wants to bring it up again. and i definitely feel like Kel secretly blamed himself for Aubrey's downward spiral.

"I feel you, Johanna! I feel you... I was half convinced I'd waken, Satisfied enough to dream you, Happily I was mistaken, Johanna!"
So, I saw Sweeney Todd on Broadway almost two weeks ago, and this idea hasn't left my mind since. Just the idea of Ingo as Antony singing to Johanna is really sweet, and the song itself is really pretty! Makes you temporarily forget that the musical is about murder and cannibalism, lol!

"I should've seen the signs" I feel like Stoick was basically reliving the way he lost Valka.
To him, after a lifetime of wanting nothing but to kill a dragon, Hiccup's suddenly and inexplicably changed his mind. To him, Hiccup saying he can't kill them is just like when Valka refused to and tried convincing others as well, then as a result was 'killed' by one herself.
To him, way Hiccup tossed his weapon and shield to the side then approached Hookfang while speaking about how dragons aren't what people think they are probably bares an uncomfortable resemblance to the way Valka put down her weapon and stared a dragon in the eyes and as a result was taken.
To him, attempting to do anything but preemptively defend yourself against a dragon will only end in tragedy, so he has to do anything he can to stop Hiccup before it's too late.
(And just like with Valka, he unintentionally escalated the situation by trying to protect Hiccup but only agitated the dragon, causing it to panic and react, inadvertently putting someone he loves in danger. again)
Stoick of course, wasn't acting rationally, but it makes sense when you think about how traumatizing Valka's 'death' must've been for him (and how much Hiccup reminss him of her); he watched her get taken, presumably killed, and couldn't do anything about it.

The one time Earth Reaching Willow got physically violent; AKA - Sun Wukong's wife defends his honor against a drunken Ex-Suitor.
I was chatting things with @lechuza-rosado about how much shit ERW has to go through with her family in the Fake Marriage AU - and it's a LOT - but the only time she's gotten legitimately pissed is when a drunk suitor of hers tried to insult him. At a large banquet in heaven.
Transcript under the cut!
SO it's at one of the shindigs of heaven, like a quiet dinner, there's lots of immortals there
including a few ex-suitors/people who were interested in ERW - most of them have gotten over it because they're immortal
ONE has not and it's one of the generals who has lost to him in the past during the siege of Huaguoshan and now has 'lost' to him again
and he gets quite drunk and forgets himself as is the case for whenever this shit happens in heaven
I haven't written up FULLY what he says yet, but basically he goes to ERW and SWK who are just vibing, chilling, ENJOYING themselves because this is actually a nice visit till this drunk prick rolls up and starts shouting drunkenly like;
"I can't believe we're all complicit in this spectacle! How we're just sitting here, eating, drinking, chatting like this isn't sat in front of us - how we have to tolerate some fatherless yao, who just barely scraped the Buddha's mercy by a hair's inch being married to a Jade Princess. I would sooner accept him marrying another worthless beast, at least then they would be in the same rank as one another."
SWK doesn't respond, he doesn't have time to, he's more amused by how bitter and malding the guy is
ERW slowly gets up. Walks around the table. And SLAPS this dude.
And everyone is like;
SWK is very surprised.
ERW just very calmly looks at this person and she is like, so much like her dad in this moment with how she calmly orates this dude as a dickhead.
"Consider that transgression a mercy compared to if my husband had done so to you - but then you've already seen what he was capable of since you're so eager to cling to the past. I am not a violent woman, I abhor it, but I will not abide such slander of my husband, not as a wife and certainly not as his queen, you insult him, you insult me and in doing so - the family of the Jade Emperor who was kind enough to invite you to this banquet. Know your place and hold your tongue."
EVERYONE IS VERY QUIET AFTER THAT
And SWK just staring at his wife like 'that's my wife, that's my friend, that's my BEST friend, i love my best friend SO MUCH'
