Life lately:

Solo hikes and letting mindfulness spread into every part of my life. Letting big rocks that have been here for hundreds of thousands of years (I think?) make me feel like my problems are not so big. Eating the most delicious pumpkin stew and thinking this moment is so nice you should take a photo of it. The mundane is not so mundane at all on repeat. FT a good true friend and letting that be enough. How many people do you need to hold you? Drinking my greens and eating this apple pie that I made with my own two hands (okay Felix did most of it). Throwing away the disordered thought that I don’t like butter. Apparently I love butter. Having drinks and not feeling bad about it. Is this balance??

Aber jede einzelne formt dich zu der Frau, die du heute bist. Du bist eine wahre Bereicherung für diese Welt. Und niemand der dich kennt, möchte dich je wieder missen.

Ich liebe den Anblick, wenn du auf's Meer schaust und in den Wellen deinen Frieden findest. Ich liebe es, wenn du am Fenster stehst und dem Gewitter gespannt zuschaust. Ich liebe die Art, wie deine Haare im Wind wehen, wenn du mit den Kindern draußen spielst. Ich bin froh, dass wir nach wie vor ein gutes Team für unsere Kinder sind und uns das niemals jemand nehmen kann.

Liebe hat viele Facetten. Liebe hat viele Gesichter. Liebe ist nicht einfach nur ein Wort. Es ist, was tief in uns drin ist. Liebe ist nicht immer laut. Manchmal lieben wir auch leise. Und manchmal bedeutet zu lieben, alles dafür zutun, dass die Person, die man liebt, glücklich ist - selbst wenn es bedeutet, das es einem selbst weh tut.

Aria, egal was passieren wird, ich werde immer für dich da sein. Ich werde dir immer zuhören und mit dir gemeinsam unseren wunderbaren Kindern beim erwachsen werden zusehen und ich werde gemeinsam mit dir immer wehmütig sein, wann immer ein Geburtstag ansteht. Du bist die einzige Person, die mich besser kennt, als ich mich selbst oder irgendjemand sonst. Du weißt was los ist, ohne dass ich es aussprechen muss und ich danke dir, dass du mich in all den Jahren nie verurteilt hast. Trotz allem, hast du immer auch Respekt zu mir gehalten. Dafür danke ich dir. Du hast mir beigebracht, dass auch wenn nicht alles so läuft wie man es gerne hätte, man trotzdem positives aus den Dingen ziehen kann. Und dass man auch glücklich sein kann und sollte mit den Dingen die man hat. Denn es kommt nicht darauf an wie viel man hat, sondern was man hat.

Ich könnte dir noch so vieles sagen, das ich durch dich gelernt habe, aber ich glaube, dann würde das hier noch sehr lang werden.

Du bist eine wundervolle, einzigartige Frau und ich liebe dich. Das habe ich, das tue ich und das werde ich immer, für den Rest meines Lebens.

The album is composed of covers of older punk rock, hard rock, and other songs.[1] "The Spaghetti Incident?" is the only studio album to feature rhythm guitarist Gilby Clarke, who replaced original Guns N' Roses member Izzy Stradlin (some of Stradlin's parts are on the album) during the band's Use Your Illusion tour in 1991, as well as the last album to feature guitarist Slash, bassist Duff McKagan, and drummer Matt Sorum, following their departures in 1996 and 1997, respectively. It is also their final album to date featuring longtime producer Mike Clink.
